I like it in this AutoZone these people are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are what they say. They always have 5he parts you need and if for some reason they dont and have to order it they do. Couldnt ask for a better place for all your auto parts needs. If I could use give 3 thumbs up for everyone in there. Keep up the good work

Quick place to shop. Its a hot or miss on certain parts and its more expensive than regular super stores for certain products and tools. But almost 90% of the time youll find what youre looking for if you want or have money to spend or order a part.

The staff here is always friendly, respectful and helpful. They also have excellent bilingual staff to assist those who are Spanish speaking only. They always try to move fast and make things Easier for customers. Theyre open until late which is convenient for those who work 8-5pm.I recommend this place 👌

I went to AutoZone Auto Parts to buy a Floor Mat, and I ended up buying five more Items. They have a variety of articles in stock, and when they dont have the articles in stock, they order such articles for the customers in short period of time.The same thing happened to me today, I was looking for a Windshield Wipers, they did not have it and they order it for me.Basically, they as AutoZone Auto Parts have all requirements for vehicles maintenance.

Staff is helpful and friendly but the lines are always super long and the check out there feels really unorganized. I feel like they need a really big clear sign telling people to go on one line just to buy something and another line if they need more help.

Im posting 3⭐ for inventory alone, and thats the usual highlight. Im posting a 1.5⭐ for staff. Usually its a non mechanically inclined individual, and You end up pretty much doing their job for them. Unfortunately it doesnt end there. Next up is what I call the Mcdonalds affect (you know when You get all the wrong stuff, and have to return it at the next window!) Lastly I will give them 4⭐ for their hours. I do appreciate the late hours.

Lacking product, employees and cleanliness (even for an auto store)and price is ridiculous. AN ABSOLUTE emergency with my car will have to be occurring for me to shop here again.

Store is always busy, however Staff are helpful and pleasant. They work with you and try too help at all cost.

Older Hispanic lady was very rude and lazy. She made me look for the part I needed in a very disorganized Isle which made it hard to look for what I needed( it’s her job to look for it. My mom used to be a store manager at autozone and told me I shouldn’t of been looking for my part). I guess I took long and she came over and told me I was looking on the wrong side with attitude ( I was looking for help from another worker). She had a nasty attitude and just thought it was cool to speak rudely. Do better.

Store employees were friendly. Came in for a backseat cover for my Elantra on 9/24/20 but the one cashier said the product (Body Glove) wouldnt fit. Well, as you can see, it fits just fine. I wish I could thank the 2 employees there properly cuz I dontknow their names (Spanish guy with tied up hair and the lady with him) for letting me purchase with a refund guarantee if it didnt fit.

First the help behind the counter needs better training in customer service. Second they need to know prices and do as the computer says. I paid over 100 dollars for something that cost no more than 45 where did the extra money go. In their pocket probably. There is no way there was over 50 dollars in tax but oh well hope that person got what they wanted with the money..... I am NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I called them just to ask if they make keys there. They placed me on hold for 5 minutes, someone else picks up, placed me on hold again!!! I hung up and tried calling at 2:30pm. Guess what? The same thing happened again! Apparently even the employees don’t know what they’re doing! I’ll drive up to Lowe’s!!!

Some people just dont want to do there jobs went in the store and got told all the wrong things because the young man didnt want to work or needs to be retained its coast me time and a 90 miunte ride to get parts

Place Showed me Anyone Can Work @ Autozone. Was told 30minutes of a wait.Waited close to 2 to 4 hours waiting for a part. Why they brought the other Part for a different vehicle and they Had to make Double the Trips . To Receive THE WRONG PART. Anyways. Wasted my Time. For me just to pull up to the Dealership and order it myself.👎👎

Plan on a long wait and poor product selection. The staff including the security guard, however, were all polite and as helpful as can be expected given the lack of material they have to work with. I give the employees 5 stars and the store 2. Kudos to staff doing a great job in an undoubtedly stressful and hectic work environment.

Went in for a battery test and it held a charge but low charge.Jermain looked up my warranty on it and told me about a swap but the alternator might be going bad. I took the alternator in and he tested it and it came out bad.I told him I will be back for the alternator in two weeks.Thank you Jermain from the auto zone on Greenwich St.

I would like to make a comment about the auto zone at Greenwich st in Reading Pennsylvania those people that works there they done know how to treat people they treat you with attitude they are rude they need to be shutdown or something

Went there today to buy a few parts but they didnt have everything I needed so they sent me to Lancaster ave.. Not a problem... So I buy the wrong part which was my mistake so I go to return the part on 6th st which is closer to me and was told I needed to return it where I bought it. Very inconvenient especially after waiting in the long line with no air conditioning on. Very disappointed

The assistance I received was amazing it does get busy at times.

Rude employees, no customer service, alot of loitering inside and outside. Employees like to skip people in line in order to tend to the people they know.

I called on a Saturday to see if they will be open next day, Sunday because I had to buy a product for my car & they said yes, they open at 7:30am. I got there at 7:35am & waited for 10 mins so I decided to go see if the door was open but no chance. Waited a few mins longer than had to leave. What kind of business posts hours but then doesnt open up when stated? Thats a business I WONT be going to AGAIN.

Dont go here. They sold me a head gasket seal for the exact make and model for my car that didnt fit and refused to exchange or refund me my money. Terrible service.
