Everyone rude, slow, always has new and different people. They don’t even explain what they’re gonna do they just do it. They try to peer pressure into giving tips to every single person that laid one finger on your car. Even if you ask a simple question it turns into back talk and attitude.

I had a great experience i was traveling from out of town and had a blow out found this shop on google maps called they had my tires got a tow to the shop not only did they have my tires i needed an alignment bad the reason for the blowout. The staff were very helpful they gave me some really good used tires and the alignment! I made it to my destination in NYC and back home in Tennessee with no issues! If i ever have problem with my vehicle again passing thru this will be my go to spot!

I was there for two hours! Very slow & ignorant service! The employee’s name is Lucy. My mirror was broken and my car wash sticker was removed. I didn’t even get an apology or a discount. As per the employee, it was a mistake. I think regardless what your profession is you MUST be professional and appreciate your customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible customer service. Guy had me on hold for 5minutes with nothing but background noise. Not recommended if you dont speak spanish

Ripped me off on an alignment. Went in with a pull to the right and a small shimmy at 70 mph. Wasnt able to drive again until a week later and nothing had changed. They left this paper in my car and when when I questioned the numbers (I know little about This stuff) thier response was thats how they have to set it. Now Im having to take it to a diffrent place and pay again. Feel as if they took advantage of an easy female target. Use to get tires here but I refuse to give them my service ever again. UPDATE:::: as the owner responded I did take my car back 2 1/2 weeks later and still drove away with it pulling to the right. 2 days later I took my car to Martins in Morgantown and the mechanic said he did a regular alignment and rotated my tires. Low n behold problem solved. Either the machines need calibrated at Master Tire or the employee didnt know what they were doing. Waste of money 😠

Told me they had my size tires over the phone. I get there an hour later and they cant find them and only told me AFTER an hour and 45 minutes of waiting. Superrrr slow and terrible customer service. So many other places that show their appreciation to their customers. I suggest you go there, because this isnt that.

Stopped there to get a tire replaced cuz it was loosing air. Instead of them getting a new or used tire they simply took whatever out that was causing the leak and patched up the hole.. that was nice of them & they worked quick. On top of that it was only a $7.00 bill. Thanks for the help.

They need to put lanes to separate tire changes from maintenance so people doesnt park all over.... if i need just air ...i dont want to be in the way of a guy that is about to spend 800 or 900 dollars on a set of tires...

Terrible customer service! They diagnosed a problem on the drivers side of the car but they replaced parts on the passengers side of the car (which had no problem)and not the drivers side! Which makes no sense!! To make matters worse, they refuse to fix their own mistake!!!

Workers are fast paced. but they are always busy and need to tell them what you need done. Dont stand around you will get passed over

Very quick in and out. I paid 56$ to have four tires mounted and balanced. They upcharge on valve stems. 8$ a piece kind of high for my taste. Also check your own air pressure when you leave one tire had 48 and the lowest was 31. So for quick in and out you get what you pay for. Also when you get there you just drive right in the door. Dont make the mistake i did and park cause you might fall down in a line of cars. ALSO CHECK YOUR LUG NUTS!!!!!!

Cheap prices but poor installation. Techs (if you want to call them that) didnt balance the front tires right and didnt even bother to balance the rears (guess to save time). I had to take them elsewhere to get correct balance done.

Management is very rude,their tire options are limited & low quality,it took 10 minutes to be helped whilst waiting for someone to talk to. I was getting 2 tires,they told me they have my size,started filling them up & one wouldnt hold so I said give me back my 2 original tires,they wanted to charge me 16$ for rebalancing! Their fault their tire did not work & was willing to buy but because it wouldnt,they wanted to charge me for putting my old tires back!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service and the people that work there are rude. If they suspect you dont know anything about cars they will over charge you! If you go for an alignment they will try and convince you that you need tires or they cant do the alignment so a 60$ alignment will turn into 150-200$. They do not have set prices, they look and assume a price. They tried to charge me 50$ to mount 2 tires. One time they changed a tire on my car and torqued the lug nuts so tight that when I removed it, it snapped the lug nut, I drilled it out and extracted it and there was red loctite in the threads! They did it on purpose! Go to King of Tires in Mount Penn and theyll only charge you 15 per tire to mount. If you want quality mechanical work go to Marreros Auto Service, great people and great prices. STAY AWAY from this shop, multiple occasions of bull****.

I went here after one of my $225 performance Michelins blew out after hitting a road hazard. They replaced it with a Pirelli of the same size with comparable tread wear and charged me $35 installed. I dont know how they make money at these prices, but theyre going to get a lot more of my money in the future.
