This has to be the worst Sheetz that there is. I only go here because it is right down the street from my house, but they NEVER get my order right. Sheetz food has gone WAY downhill in the last year, but when the employees cant even read a screen to fill an order correctly, it is that much worse. Tonight they told me that my order would take 45 mins ... I walked out and went to Rutters. Much better food and a quarter of the wait. Theres a Wawa and a Rutters near this Sheetz, do yourself a favor and go there instead. This Sheetz is awful.

This store has extreme potential if it was properly run. This store seems to be temporarily closed on a regular basis for some unknown reason during the hours of 3:00 a.m. to 8:00am. its evident that the management in this store does not have pride in their store. Its continually understaffed and disheveled. Gas pump conveniences like the garbage cans and paper towels are empty and overflowing with garbage regularly. Might be time for corporate to make a visit..

Last night at 10:00 pm, after I took my son to work, my sister suggested to stop at sheetz, her treat. She got a Italian sandy and I ordered the nachos. When I got home I was so disappointed. I had the nachos years ago there and they were always good, this time however not. It looked like after they added the toppings they microwaved it all . The lettuce was all soggy and the sour creme was all liquified. The cheese sauce was still solid. It was late and I didn’t want to go back out, very disappointed 😒

Is the best place you could go

I had my phone stolen here a few years ago, honestly I avoid this gas station since then. I was called a liar when I tried to tell them someone inside their store stole my phone, it took them a decent amount of time to check the cameras, to find out I was telling the truth and then authority had to be involved. This is probably the most ghetto sheetz in the area. If you want a good sheetz go to the one in the shilllington area by the old Kmart. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Christina was being quite rude when I asked her to confirm my crispy bacon. Didn’t expect that level of sass at 7:30 in the morning.

The burger I ordered was very good. However, it should not take that long for a single burger.

My son was going crazy looking for his wallet today and the only place he remembered using it last was at your sheetz. I’m very impressed with the honesty of the store, and whoever found his wallet. Thank you for turning a stressful day into a good ending !!

I have come here regularly in the morning ( around 5a to 6a ) for a little over 2 weeks and I am never satisfied with my experience. The handful of times I’ve order food there’s always toppings missing and they never bother to tell me through the mic ( not even sure if they even use their mic!!) Both of the lady cashiers attitude’s are not the most friendliest either, I notice when a person that can’t speak English comes up they try to dismiss them instead of trying to help. As I’m typing this in my car I can see one of the employees smoking in front of the store, still in her uniform. This is a disappointment of a store, they over all store is clean and organized and very well kept. Breakfast cart is always filled when I arrive and coffee usually freshly brewed.

My friend ordered 4 hot dogs (2 orders of the 2/$1 hot dogs) and a sandwich and waited over 30 minutes for her order because the M.T.O. employee didn’t realize that the order was already paid for. it took for us standing right in front of the counter looking obviously peeved for the employee to ask us what number we were waiting for and when we told her she reached down and pulled the food that had been very obviously ready for some time now up from the counter and put it in the window for us to take. perhaps some friendly customer service, even a simple apology, would have been nice. the worst part about our visit didn’t even directly affect us, but we legitimately watched an employee drop a chicken tender on the floor and pick it up. we have no idea what she did with the floor tender but she definitely didn’t disregard it. just wow. won’t order M.T.O. food from this location ever again.

Usually have the lowest gas prices. Love the food. The store has never really been dirty or disorganized at any point I have ever been there and Ive never had a problem with any of the employees. In fact because the icee machine was currently defrosting the particular flavor I wanted they gave me a free one of whatever other flavor I wanted.

This is a good place to grab & go. Its has a better hot food variety then a wawa. The wings are amazing but then again most of the hot food are. Now with that being said.....they do attract the nightlife crowd spilling over from near by clubs and bars. Overall good place to get the munchies

Good service and employees

Usually a good spot for a quick bite. I got off work late and ordered a brat with lettuce, onion, and some cheese. They forgot the cheese and nothing was in the bun. I had already two bites before i realized it. I Had my boyfriend go back in and told them that the order was wrong. So they took it back and said “how many pieces” and the other clerk said “idk how many has less bites out of it”. They just threw cold cuts of cheese back on to the already eaten brat that wasn’t even cooked. The lovely javill, the manager accommodated us with a perfectly cooked brat and cheese! She gave us a refund. That’s customer service!! Thank you! I appreciate it

Gas quality is better than most. I happened to meet a guy that drove tanker trucks and knew what additives each station adds to their gas. He informed me to stay away from wawa gas and most other convenient stores as they don’t spend the extra money for additive to improve the quality of the gas likes Sheetz does. He said it compares to Sunoco and other quality “gas stations”.

I like the location it’s easy to get there.

So I order a nacho platter with cheese, salsa, hot peppers, sour cream and Doritos chips. I placed my order then continued to shop for a drink and a snack. I walked up to the cashier to pay and they said that they had no salsa. I said I would order a new meal but I was told it was already made without the salsa. I Basically couldnt order something else. Who keeps track of product there?

Just bought 2 bottles of soda which both stated buy 1 get 1 free and I got charged for both sodas at original pricing..the woman behind the counter said that she thinks that its not supposed to be like that....THATS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I could have saved almost a whole dollar..I know it shouldnt be that big of a deal but seriously thats how you lose..otherwise they are a decent gas shop.

Extremely busy, which sometimes causes a messy ladies room, some spills around coffee and soda dispensers dont get cleaned up quickly because a person can only do....With one exception (whose name I didnt catch), Ive always been treated respectfully, and greeted with a smile.

Manager Heather yells at staff and blows up on them for no reason..then calls herself the Enforcer, like there is an excuse for her lack of professionalism. She takes her job way too seriously, and has gotten one of my friends fired before, and was telling her mom she was abusing drugs. (NOT TRUE) but then you can totally tell Heather is a party person. My friend confirmed that she is from when they used to hang out. Also, old asst. manager Ricky was a total loser, you could tell he fully related to Seth Rogens character in like every one of his movies accept the Green Hornet. Hes lucky I had to go or I would have chewed him out for his lack of professionalism when dealing with staff. I saw him snarl, I dont need your life story, at one of the new employees when they told him they were getting a drink and would then get on there work. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!Heres a hint Sheetz: Stop hiring the people who never got over being picked on in high school as managers. Push someone, like the asst. Manager at the store, Eric...who actually brings intelligence and professionalism to his job. Ive chatted with him numerous times and he seems to be, besides a few of the shift supervisors, (Albert was a HORRIBLE in every sense of the word supervisor to the stores employees and was thankfully stepped down) very good at his job and what the store needs to be taken seriously. Lastly, this store LOVES, LOVES, to screw with peoples hrs. My friend went from around 30 hrs. a week to 11 hrs. a week.A part-time, 25 hrs. a week job cashiering at the grocery store would be better than this...dont even try to work here. Just wait, for Burger King or Wendys to call you back.

Food is good. Havent been there in months because of poor service. Went today and again, poor service.

Right so I was at this Sheetz approximately 10:45PM and I ordered Chicken sliders with mayo bacon lettuce and pickles. Both of my chicken sliders came without any of the chicken on them. This is such an appalling incident because if it comes up as a chicken slider on the receipt and I assume the order on the kitchen side youd think the chicken would be the first thing they would take care of. The fact I know will have to check my food to make sure they put the main part of it there upsets me greatly.

Constantly messing up simple orders. I ordered a burger with bacon and provolone on it, they gave me the bacon and provolone without a burger. Basically its just a bunch of morons wasting your time.This is just 1 time is a long list of screw ups, but what can you expect from a bunch of idiots who work for $8 an hour and dont want a real job?

I actually just witnessed an employee making french fries. Grab the frozen fries with her bare hands and drop them in the fryer. I dont believe that should be a standard practice. Decided to cancel the order and leave.
