I purchased a Leap Vape pen about 2-3 weeks ago, the younger man working there talked me into it, and it worked really well for about a week, then suddenly wouldn’t charge, then would suddenly charge for hours and hours, and it literally stopped working. I couldn’t pull on it at all. So I took it back. Obviously it’s a lemon. I had the box, the receipt, the card I purchased it with, the woman told me they don’t have a return or exchange policy, all sales are final, and I probably didn’t use it correctly. Whatttt? I’m a grown adult, I read the directions and used as directed.Poor service from this place! Never going back!
