Rude, unpleasant staff. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere for better service

Customer service at least over the phone was not very courteous, the employee was not very friendly, and also, put me on hold and never got back on the phone. Very disappointing since I just moved to the area. Will not be going to this location in-person.

Cashiers not honoring their advertised deals how but one get 2 free equals to 4???

Sunday morning. My wife broke her femur and the hospital sent 5 scripts to this drugstore last night. This is my second trip here today to get these meds, Ive now spent over an hour in here, with no meds in sight. Theres poor customer service and then theres no customer service!!OK, several months have passed. While I havent been in the store itself, the drive-thru is AMAZING! Im updating my one star 🌟 to 4 based on the excellent customer service experiences.

Have been a customer on Lancaster Ave. for years. Great people with pharmacists that are top notch professionals and extremely helpful. They have great prices on everything including prescriptions!

Cashier was wearing her mask on the bridge of her nose. It covered breath from neither her nose nor her mouth. She kept puffing it up so that if you were taller than her it appeared to be covering, as if she was doing it for an overhead camera. This was the second time Ive been in and this was how she was wearing the mask both times. A pharmacy is one of the places immuno-compromised people should expect that staff would want to be compliant. Inexcusable. Blonde woman, 40s or 50s.

( Subject - the pharmacists) From my experience, the pharmacists at this Walgreens in Shillington are the best I ever experienced. This last shot I got, she even called to see how I did with it. All of pharmacists went beyond to answer any and all questions. Your own doctor will be updated with any shots you got.

I cant understand the negative reviews, as my experience in the store has always been very good. Most of my transactions involve prescriptions as well with nary a problem. Prices are a bit high for general items, but it is a convenience/pharmacy store not Walmart! If there are cars waiting at the drive-thru, I suggest parking and going inside for your script.

Pharmacy Staff were very helpful to me. I moved there for a few months from Texas and they moved my prescriptions quickly.. Ive now returned to Texas and not as helpful here as in PA.

I worked for Walgreens and I totally miss it I loved everyone I worked with .I still go in I be doing my lil shopping here n there and I be happy to see everyone smile when I go in .This Walgreens is a family team who stick together no matter what .

Filling scripts is the hardest most frustrating thing you will ever do. If you need a certain dose or quantity it will for sure be wrong. They will argue with you and tell you to call insurance at which point your insurance will tell them to fill it how the doctor wrote it and they might do it. They won’t ever keep your meds in stock even if you’ve been getting the same dose and quantity for over 2 yrs. they are a bunch of idiots and unwilling to help or make anything easy.

U guys are doing great only reason why 4out of 5 stars is the price is not good pharmacy is the best people in town

My favorite Walgreens! This store has the most compassionate staff!At closing time, the remaining two employees on their way out of the building stopped and agreed to walk back into the store to help locate misplaced keys keys. They could have made apologies, got into their cars, and left, but they remained, while we were unsure if the keys were, in fact, in the store. Fortunately, the keys were on the counter, and the employees were all smiles, despite the inconvenience. Way to go, Walgreens!

I been in this store for a couple times now and I get good customer service from a young lady name yamilet she is very respectful and I would recommend her to work in every store if she can I have been treated well and she help me throughout the store getting things for my elder disabled mom and I couldn’t believe everything on the list she had got it for me I thank you so much Walgreens for having people like her working there can make the store any better then it already is special thanks to you yamilet god bless you always Linda sadowski
