A great place to stop for hoagies and sandwiches. Gas is usually a good price, and the coffee is good too. Sometimes busy, but thats to be expected when stopping by a popular store. Even so, theyre pretty fast at making the food. Thanks!

Very disappointing. Miss the Sheetz in Birdsboro. Paid for food that we never got(I should have double checked it but we didn’t order that much so thought how can this get messed up) and the food we did get was cold. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I won’t even go there to pump my gas.

Ordered a pina colada smoothie and got food poisoning I couldn’t even go to work. Never will go back again. This smoothie was all I had that day.

20 minutes for a menu item...... restaurants dont even take as long. And not just one time its consistently like this. Yall want more money hourly you need to earn it.

Went to get a beyond burger and was told they dont carry them. One employee said what is that? When we told him he said I have been here awhile and they have never had them here. Lies I say. Because I have ordered them before from here.

Stopped for breakfast sandwiches 2 for &5 thought they are on special I’ll get two. When went to eat them their was no egg only meat, cheese and roll. Thought they forgot the egg. Next day stopped again thought I’d order again but this time take the time to actually read what it says instead of assume. And it doesn’t come with egg. I ordered a salad yesterday pay almost $8 for it and when I get it not even half the container has salad in it. Last time I’m stopping for food.

Someone punched our sandwiches

Came in and an employee was cleaning the cappuccino machine and thought great a store that gives a hoot. Now i can get one since morgantown couldnt get theres together. Another employee asked him if he got it working and he said yeah then we waited about 5 minutes for him to stop cleaning it so we wouldnt interrupt then when i finally got to it it was still dirty and sprayed powder all down the back and water in the cup. Maybe next time actually make sure theyre all working. Have fun cleaning it again.

Normally i come here and dont have a single problem, this time was an exact opposite. I ordered a tater tot platter with toppings. They forgot the steak (which is an add on charge) and I went back to get the remake. The woman who made the initial mistake was extremely apologetic and offered me a drink to make up for the mistake, however she was the only one to attempt to do anything to make up for me going back out for the initial order i paid for. Finally get home with the corrected order, and there half the toppings on top as the mess up! As well as absolutely no seasonings (i always get old bay which is pretty hard to miss the taste of). I love coming here, the food is usually great, but tonight was such a let down because of poor customer service. Props to the woman who forgot the steak, she attempted to right it as well as make up for me needing to make the return trip and was all around very apologetic and kind about the whole situation.

Should of went to wawa

Ordered 2 hotdogs. Get buns with condiments . . . . No hotdogs. How does one mess that up? MY wife and son also ordered and they forgot to add the condiments. Sticking with Wawa!

Can always find what you need here 24/7. Never a your bothering me attitude. Polite friendly helpful staff. Food is not bad either

I told the guy make it as a Maid to Order section what I usually get what I like and he made me something special in the specialty drink section with extra love!! And they have a point system that adds up quickly hint hint Wawa

This Sheetz is an older store and it the woman at the counter told me that the store is being torn down in August. No tea bags so I had to go to Wawa which I dreaded.. No place to sit and eat something. Im looking forward to their new location down the street where the bowling ally used to be. This store is NOT located in Birdsboro.

All sheetz are good. Quick stop if not at the total peak of their rush in the mornings. Quality of the gas is better than most at a good price, they keep their gas price in line or below all others in the area. Food is ok but my son claims it to be awesome. Good orders are made fresh at the time of order the way you want it.

Super friendly & quick service. However, their jalepeno poppers taste like garbage. Ill try something else next time 😂

Got 5 chicken strips for $6, what I got was more like 5 chicken nuggets for $6 what a rip off!

The employees are rude and slow and their pumps only work 10% of the time...this location is dirty and they make bad food they should shut it down asap.

This is an out of the way stop for me, but the food is so great my wife and I try to visit every Saturday to get our Sheetz fix. Great food, great people, clean store, never a bad experience.

Ordered 6 inch Turkey sub and other items. Was ticket # 889. The turkey sub did not have enough turkey on it. 1 slice! We frequent this store everyday sometimes several times in a day. If you cannot prepare you items up to quailty we will not be back in. And 3 slices of jalapenos on a 12 pepperoni and swiss sub! Come on now.

Typical Sheetz. Has everything. Easy in and out.

Love the MTO menu. The food is great considering it is fast food. The Cotton Candy Smoothies and Vanilla Creamers are awesome! You can pay for anything from the Salads, Cold Sandwiches, and MTO Cold Drinks menus with a EBT Card (Foodstamps) as well as pretty much anything else that is a food or drink item found on their shelves or in fridges/freezers.
