Great service. Clean store. Nice smiling staff. Was my first time visiting and really liked so Ill bring my sons back. Olivia makes a great M&Ms Carvalanche. Great and really yummy for this warm summer. My baby takes a simple waffle, he does not eat ice cream and his dad takes a run raisins ice cream. Full of delicious raisins.Thanks ladies!

I recommend this location. Friendly staff and clean place. Also thumbs up for the Hocus Pocus shakes. They are the Bomb! Go get one everyone! The cups are adorable and so are the witchy spoons.

Horrible customer services could of done better on my daughters cake. She allergic to chocolate I said no chocolate they still put chocolate. Next time I just stick to sweet ride or cold stone

Amazing! We ordered 2 custom ice cream cakes for our wedding. We live over an hour away from the store (it was the closest for custom cakes). We were nervous with transporting it and not having it melt. The owner did a fantastic job of packing the cake into our Rubbermaid bins (would not fit in a cooler). He provided us with insulation as well. Great customer service! Our cakes did NOT melt on the way home either!

It’s certainly not cheap but it is oh so yummy! We love going here for special family occasions. The staff are always nice too.

We went here only because Schells was closed. The staff were not friendly. The treat I got was not made correctly 😔 The ice cream was melted, and it tasted off Overall a very disappointing experience. Side note.....it wasnt busy, so there was no excuse for the poor customer service.

Fantastic treats! It has been a while since I moved, but I have been coming here my entire life with my grandfather. He has developed dementia over the years and the fact that this place has never changed means more to both of us than I can really put into words. Ive had so many ice cream cakes made here, they are always amazing and the staff is willing and happy to accommodate customized requests. I love taking home the frozen cooler treats, poppy likes the strawberry sundaes and I love the double chocolate ice cream sandwiches. Its just the creamiest, most delicious soft serve ice cream you can find without having to drive out into Amish country. Thanks to Carvel (esp. frank and staff @ this location) for consistent quality, wonderful ice cream and so many years of smiles :)

They have a lot of different flavors that are really good. A lot of variety . I recommend the cookie monster ice cream.

Great place for kids and grownups.Very friendly staff, several unique products, immaculately clean. I think the fact that it is locally owned helps to make it that way.Also great specials, check for their coupons online.

I ordered a decorated Birthday cake for our son a got the most pathic looking cake.Np decorating just Happy Birthday and his name.Drove over15 miles to get a special Carvel Cake a HUGE disappointment for a cake.This place needs some help in the decorating department.

I love this place. Reminds me of the Carvel my family used to go to on Staten Island. They have really good flavors, and the staff was amazing!

Great Selection of flavors. Try the Coquito ice cream during Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Yuletide, Christmass, and hopefully up until Three Kings Day. (Add your own rum to it though.) Kinda tucked away so you have to know Carvel is here, the sign helps, not much parking though.
