The bigger guy here is awesome. He knows everything about the store and everything about video games and whatnot. I come here for PlayStation cards and he will always be down to talk with the customers. Theres regulars here that walk in every time I am there and they almost always know his name. Very nice store. Im glad its here.

Probably one of my favorite places to go, the staff are very friendly, organized, and helpful. The place is very comforting, and their selection of games and merchandise is very impressive

Been going to this particular GameStop for 5 years strait, and in those 5 years service has been beyond satisfactory. They always have a good selection of games. The staff are as friendly and as helpful as can be. And the store in and of itself is (believe it or not) relaxing. Just a great GameStop. At least its the best one Ive been in.

Had to place a web in store order since the website refused to allow my free 2 day shipping for being a $30 elite member. After an hour finally got the order placed. Waited a week for it to process, only to close/cancel instead.Went into the store to refund the gift card I was forced to use to place the order (same lady who helped me last time at least). She was rather curt and unapologetic for my $150 order being canceled without reason and very dismissive of the problems this caused me so close to Christmas. Minimizing my shopping here from now on, going to stick with Amazon who understands how orders work.

I have got to say, my love for Game Stop over the years has fallen. It went from a place where gamers could interact, talk shop, and get what they need to something else. Nowadays most the ones Ive been to have followed mall like retail models where pretty people are hired and no one has a clue about what they sell, and are only interested in people buying stuff or getting out of the store. This particular game stop has changed that routine. Some of the best and most knowledgeable staff Ive ever seen work here. I often went in just to browse, and the Super friendly staff always wanted to not just help, but chat and have fun talking shop.

I like Gamestop, I do, but prices drop so frequently now online for digital copies of games that its hard to justify spending 30-40% more on a hard copy that could somehow get damaged. 99% of the time these days you still need to download massive files right off the bat anyway and having a hard copy solves little. Also, if you take your games to the pawn shop 2 miles away on Walnut they will give you exactly $1 more for every game you want to trade in and will look up every price in front of you. :/ :/

Every time I stop here the staff is always super friendly and readily available to answer any questions I have. Ive also had staff recommend games for me and my fiance to play when we are bickering about good two player games!!

I dont play video games often, but when I do I really want to have a good time without frustration. Matt and the staff at GameStop are fantastic and know A LOT about games and media. Its fantastic, and I love the fact that the Red Bluff GameStop seems more like a local hobby or comic store than a franchise.

These folks are ALWAYS on point and they have what you need! I got my preorder (super edition) 3 days before release and they still had them in stock, kudos!

The staff is pretty cool here, they are always doing their best to help out customers and they arent pushy about anything. If they dont have a game they will get it ordered. Launch nights are well organized and fun. This is my go to gamestop.

Those staff are very convincing you pre-ordering games. They always get me haha! I usually cant shop here without them convincing me pre-ordering a game. Hard to say no when they make it sound super interesting! They dont get lots of deals usually I buy my games on amazon or best buy.
