Red Bluff has the worst service for T mobile. I feel like they owe me money for the last 2 years at $30 a month. I constantly have no service. Cant make calls, cant get calls and half of my calls are dropped. I am switching to another service this week. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. No more.

So if they sell you something & it doesnt work they dont care! You are SOL!! Very unhelpful. I was really happy with them until I bought my new phone in June. It only works now & then & they have every excuse in the book why it doesnt work. So you call the Metro 800 number for help & they tell you for $50 you can use the insurance you have been paying on & you will be without a phone while they try & figure it out. Very frustrated & unhappy customer!

Metro suck I bought a $30 card charging cord and the lady said 14 days to bring it back we dont work see you then say anything about a receipt and said bring back the package I tried to return it if you wouldnt do it

Everytime I come in to pay my phone bill, its OVER an hour wait, even when theres 2 people working. And when you finally do get up there, theyre beyond rude. Not even worth it.

Excellent Service! As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted with a smile and a big hello by Ramon. Not only did he help us activate two lines, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. What inspired this review was how Ramon welcomed each person as he was helping us. Switching over from T-Mobile, I never felt important in their retail stores. Metro PCS in Red Bluff gets an A+ for their in-person customer service and affordable plans. Thank you Ramon!

Went there waited 1 1/2 to get a new phone I been paying insurance for 3 years I got $ 60 off for a new phoe and they changed me $16. For activation fee I needed a phone case they were out the cost was $14.99 I go there the day after they said the case is 19.99 then the sale guy starts arguing with me because I said I dont like there services

Went in a few days ago because I tried to pay my bill online. Paid $108 and it ended up taking $324 out of my account. So I went in and they didnt even try to help me just told me to call customer service. For three days now Ive been calling and still havent gotten an actual person. Thanks.

Second visit: I walk in and some one yells at me Ill be with You (emfasis on YOU) in awhile. no good morning no hello, just (oh not another one attitude). I ask to pay my bill and she says oh I cant take any large bills I have no change. What business operates with out a cash drawer. Ok I say just apply it all to my account. She looks at me square in the face and says I told you I cant take that I have no change and (throws) it back at me. I say aplly the full amount accout i know you dont have change this is what you do in this situation. Look MARIA when you talk to people rudly and dont listen to what they say, like they arent important (ex. Ill be with YOU in awhile ) Instead of saying Hello, Good Morning! (just let them get in line they know itll be a minute when there are other people being helped, you set the tone of your experience if you come off annoyed and rude this is what happens, Me. MARIA at the least needs a real talking to about what customers are to a corporation. If this person worked for me, pack your stuff girl you are gone. There are plenty of respectful, nice people out there that would love to have your job. No excuse for your behavior it is part of your job description to be professional and welcoming. Customer service is not for you. If I could lower my rating I would.First Visit: Didnt have anything in stock, like 5 phones on display were just non-existent. When I asked to buy a phone the person said they would have to order it and that it would take like 3 days. You cant operate a business that way. Person after person after person was just leaving.

Went in to buy a new phone guy told me they would throw in a free car charger found out they charged me called them they said that they dont have the proper pricing.... sounds like a classic scam.

We are open Monday through Sunday everyday except major holidays. Someone keeps changing our hours. We are open 10am to 7pm everyday except Sunday which is 10am to 5pm. Thanks.
