Busy place but the customer service is pretty decent. They keep the check out running smoothly. Is very crowded but I was able to get in and get out fast

Im sure riverside plaza is great.WHAT IS WRONG WITH GOOGLE MAPS? I HAVE HAD NOATTENDANCE OR BUSINESS THERE!THIS IS SOOOO CRAZY!!!TO THINK THAT THEY WATCH LITTLE OLD ME FOR NO REASON IS JUST WEIRD!

Wish there was more workers.. And that they would open all registers again like they used too check out would be a lot faster and customers wouldnt be so packed waiting to check out and the check out spot was only for quick stuff like at least 30 maybe 40 items or less not no 20 items or less you quick status....And I wish that if your going to have a call button on your locked shelves it would be nice if they would actually work I saw somebody stand in the razors n deodorant isle for over an hour hitting that broken button waiting for a worker while their partner went to look for worker, and when one finally came she told them oh sorry not my department Ill get somebody. Only to wait another 20 minutes before leaving because they took to long... All workers should carry a walkie-talkie than and or carry a master key to all locked shelves cause that is ridiculous. It shouldnt have taken that long for service...

Needs more caishers and self check needs to be able to pay with cash

Website said two different printers were in stock, neither printer was there. Employed confirmed their system showed multiple of each printer should have been in stock. Employee stated their website was garage and that the store only does inventory once a year... on a different occasion I tried to buy an electric razor from a locked cage. Had to ask multiple employees for help, but none had a key. One finally had the key and said she would take the razor to the cashier. (Apparently customers cannot be trusted to carry an item to the cashier themselves.) When I got to the cashier with my other items the cashier could not find the razor and I had to start the process all over.

I guess ok pretty much as expected. California may be a liberal state but this is the opposite. Just get your stuff and checkout. Do not look at anyone because you could get a rifle in your face!!

We shop at Walmart a lot, but they need to do more when someone needs something in a locked display case. They left me waiting for over half-hour .l pushed the button multiple times, got workers attention, floor manager who announced it on the speakers twice. I had to go to Target to get a replacement head for my toothbrush.

The store is great but some service is lacking the staff,4 registers open with at least 10 to 15 people in each line. You could here over intercom asking for cashier to return back to work . while I was in line not a single additional register was open . Was in line for more than 20 minutes. Along with everyone else.

Like their hot menu options for a quick lunch on the go. Sometimes the self check out line is long but they work the line as quick as possible. You jist have to be patient.

I stop coming to this Walmart not because of the staff. So I resonantly just started going there again and this time Im done. That man behind the counter. Bad approach to work.

I love the local Walmart prices however i would like to show certain employees that work there, what its really like to have excellent customer service skill. I only say it because its very true. the staffing that is currently in place most definitely need to have a tune up...

Very nice store. The store is clean, the stock is great, and the customer service is very good. Only one entrance/exit is open, which essentially cuts the disabled parking in half. 9 out of 10 times the disabled parking that is actually near the open entrance is full.Edit: The day after I posted this, the second entrance was opened and has remained open since. The disabled parking issue has been remedied.

I really liked this Walmart. It is at least 2 times the size of the Walmart in my home town. There was way more of a selection to choose from also. The only down side was that, at least around the time I went, there was no self check-out so customers were forced for wait in long lines while a cashier checked them out. At the Walmart In my hometown there are barely any regular check stands with cashiers. Self check is the main way to check out.

Easy to find items and clean aisles. I loved the staff. But cashier forgot to give me my receipt so I had to go back and get it. Otherwise amazing.

This location is usually very clean and stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. The senior associate in the money center is a sweetheart! I dont think she is as appreciated as she should be!!

Its a standard WalMart. Most items seemed to be in stock. Its a good place to stop and load up before heading into the mountains.

Not enough checkers. The lines were long. Took a twenty to thirty minute wait to get checked out. People were getting frustrated. This should not be happening at a busy time of the day. Come on Walmart. Get your act together.

I was waiting for my prescription at their drug center and had two other things and they rang them up for me so I could get them and leave without having to go get the other things rang up at the other registers. I was so happy as I wasnt feeling well.

Found everything we ( my son and I) were looking for. Was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Went thru self checkout. Overall was a good time shopping

This is a great Walmart. Better than the one in Anderson, Chico and Redding. Friendly staff and they have enough staff to find someone easily.Not crowded hardly ever. Clean. Their secret shoppers are a little obvious and maybe overstaffed but keeps the bad guys away.

Such a disappointing trip! Garden doors were closed, and only the main entrance was open so it was a trek to traverse the garden department. When I asked an employee about the prices of the accent pillows, she said she did not know, she was only there to take employee temperatures. Is that why the other two entrances were closed? Add to that, the long register lines, dampened my excitement for perusing the flowers or anything else and I left without making a purchase.

A new (Aug. 2021), clean, well stocked Walmart.

I entered the store through the garden department. I proceeded to go towards the other end of the store because I had some purchases to do and would collect a shopping cart from that area. I was told that shopping carts were currently located on the side of the building. Upon investigation, I was informed that these were the broken carts. I was then told that there were no cards available, they were all in the parking lot or being used. The employee proceeded to tell me that I could go out to the parking lot, collect a shopping cart, bring it in and sanitize it myself. It is amazing that all outside doors are locked along the entire building in order to follow Covid protocols and I am being told to get a cart out of the parking lot, bring it in and sanitize it myself. My response was this is absolutely ridiculous. Moreover, I walked clear back to the garden section collected the lawn chair that I wanted to purchase and asked the garden employee if there was someone who could assist in carrying the chair up to the cashiers station for me. I was told after a brief wait that they didnt know how long it would be till someone was able to assist me with my request. So I hauled the lawn chair back to the cashiers station and found only two stations available with very long lines. The upside to waiting in line is that I had a very nice gentleman and his son ahead of me and I enjoyed conversation with them. Still no carts were available, I viewed at least 30 customers without carts. Just imagine the business you lost by not having an employee collect the carts from the parking lot. I hauled the chair back to the Garden Center only to find that the entrance that I had used to get into the garden department was now locked. I asked the garden employee to call for assistance to unlock the doors. The one employee had a full attitude about it, made a call and informed me that nobody would unlock the door. Again, I hauled the chair clear from the garden department up to the service desk to file a complaint. I waited 20 minutes at the service desk for assistance and was finally able to file a complaint. One of the employees that was in charge said they would open the Garden area door for me. There is a sign that is posted above the service area,which states that CUSTOMERS are important to you! Moreover, there is a sign in the garden department that states something to the effect of We will load your cart for you. At this point, all I can say is whoever is in charge of Red Bluff Wal-Mart needs to have a training session on continuity, customer service, consistency, and employee training.

I decided to order all my groceries online yesterday. And when I went to pick them up the two employees that helped me load it all, Israel and Thomas were amazing. They had great customer service skills. They were so helpful and made the experience great. I will definitely do it again because of them

Employees were super friendly & helped me find everything I was looking for. Glad I wore my jacket because the temp was a bit chilly in the store. Otherwise, it was clean, neatly organized & well stocked. One of the nicer stores Ive experienced over the years. 🙂

I was able to get toddler formula, and a big box of diapers in less than 10 minutes from when I entered the parking lot, to when the car was started after exiting the store. Its not always such a quick process, but today was excellent. Well staffed both in quality and quantity of employees.

There claim to be short coins come on they get money delivered by the truck loads and the dont have coins what a joke and in the self check out you cant use cash terrible place to shop

Got kicked out of this store for cutting under the taped lines, the doorman tried to tell me I needed to walk around the taped line to enter the store I told her theres no point and went in the store anyways security came and found me and kicked me out.

Its nice to have close by, I just wished that they would have more inventory in for children clothing and shoes.

They moved everything around and installed self checkout terminals. No one could find anything, not even the employees. But now they have more staff picking for delivery or pickup so you can ask those employees.

Went to get a bicycle - there were none assembled- customer service rep - so sorry I dont have her name - rep took my daughter (12) to buy all the tools to assemble.

Extremely clean store. Pricing seemed lower than Willows store may be my imagination.

Just an average Walmart! LOL ...although I was not super happy with the fact that they had all but one entrance closed and none of that was marked until you go to go in the door only to find it not opening. I dont often shop at this location so I have no idea if this was a normal occurrence or some random issue.

Two lanes open with over 7 ppl in each lane. Yet theres no 3 workers just standing around in self out. How does that make any sense. As much of our money your company gets, do a better job of serving your customers.

There is a serious Management problem at this store. The shelves are never stocked, there are always crates left right in the middle of the isles making it hard to walk around, and the parking lot is always full of shopping carts left in the middle of the road making it hard to drive and park. No management, no associates stocking the shelves, and no associates tending the parking lot, makes for a horrible shopping experience. 😔

This is the cleanest and best stocked walmart I have shopped at so far.. The employees are nice. Customers are also much more friendly than other stores in the area.(Walmart stores). Usually we can find parking for the disabled. My boyfriend is disabled and we have a hard time finding parking at other stores. If we can, we shop here before venturing home.

Ive visited here many times and have never received quality customer service. They have terrible communication skills and no one that has helped me has never hustled to do so. They get 3 stars because their product and selection

75% of the time there are not enough cashiers no matter what time of day you come to the store. I’m here 2 o’clock in the afternoon walk in the end by the pharmacy there are no carts, I even make the statement there’s no carts? And the guy who standing there to “check out people“ doesn’t say a thing so I walk all the way down to the other end of the store guess what no carts there either! I stop by customer service to lodge a complaint and all they can say is I’m sorry. You can be sorry all day long but nothing ever gets fixed here. This is not the first time this has happened it’s been on numerous occasions. This store never has enough employees working and management doesn’t seem to jump in and help because they’re usually standing around on their walkie talkies. This problem has not just been since Covid they had these issues even before. Someone needs to look into how this store is being managed and staffed.

Sadly...the Red Bluff Super Centers associates reflect what is in my opinion, Completely detached and complacent leadership within the store...

Maybe let people know with a sign or something instead of make them wait 10 minutes in one line, only to say they dont take cash anymore and send them to wait another 30 minutes in another line.

Good meat, the fruit and veggies are always fresh. All your shopping done at one store. Awesome.

It was really really crowded. Which is a good thing obviously, for the store, but bad and annoying for the customers. It was really loud and had to watch out carefully to other people so you wouldnt crash into them or them into you. Seemed like alot of sketchy people were in there as well, just window shopping, and scoping things out instead of actually buying things. I know Im not an early morning person myself, but if Im going to be at work that early, im.getting paid to represent my place of employment, and the staff for the most part werent very upbeat, friendly, or smiling. Work on that employees, or request to not work morning shifts.

It was as good as any Walmart Ive ever been to, except there wasnt any shopping carts available to take groceries to your vehicle. Seems they were all out in the parking lots.😩

I was VERY dissatisfied with the check out procedure today at the Anderson, CA Walmart on Rhonda Road. Only two lines were open and there were 7 customers waiting in each line. I went to Services and asked to speak to the supervisor and was told she was out on the floor. Couldn’t see her, and went to self check out supervisor, and she said the supervisor is busy helping check out some customers at SELF CHECK OUT! I said excuse me to the SUPERVISOR NAMED JILL, but are you aware there are over 14 customers waiting in two open lines. She replied yes, you just have to wait.She didn’t need to help the self check out line, she needed to help the people WAITING IN THE REGULAR LINES! It took over 30 minutes to check out. Totally unacceptable!

A pretty typical Walmart in regards to items they carry and cleanliness. It is usually not too busy and if you are lucky you will get a friendly cashier at checkout. However, dont go here expecting to find a variety of choice items, you are better off at the Redding or Anderson locations. Also, dont bother to ask any store associate for help (they usually cant help you because they arent in charge of that department or have no idea where items are located). Using the Walmart app on your phone to find items and check prices will be your best bet to find anything in this store
