Service is slow, gives no indication you have medications ready, staff seems upset they have to do their job and assist you, very rarely answers the phones. 1/5, don’t recommend. Using any other pharmacy would be better than this one.

Worst location ive been to. Bathrooms disgusting. Pharmacy staff incompetent and rude. Went to get covid tested with appointments scheduled and was toldthat they were out when arrived.

Had two full service lines but made me wait till they emptied the first line before they serviced the 2nd line. All I need was one meds for my daughter they kept telling me they didnt have for 2wk when they replied with thank you to the doc office the day they got the prescription. 2wks ago!

Not all of the employees are bad but I have had more bad service than good. More than once they tried to charge me cash for something that was already paid for by insurance.. The drive through decides when they close regardless of the hours posted. Not reliable at all.

The is the worst pharmacy to ever use. The staff rudely passes you by and the pharmacy will no longer fill my prescriptions because they said I was rude to their staff when I asked them what they were doing wrong with getting the prescription through to my insurance.Turns out they are incompetent at the window unless you get an actual pharmacist with some schooling as they had my Id card from the insurance and they kept putting in the incorrect Id number so the claim wouldn’t go through.I understand they are human but to tell me I’m being rude and no longer fill my meds because someone got their feelings hurt over a question is ridiculous. I would never recommend them as a pharmacy. Never. It’s never worth that much frustration.Ps: they are closed on weekends now. Owens is open. So many better pharmacies out there who can competently file a claim with insurance companies.

I have had very good service at CVS RedBluff. The people that serve you are kind and are good at what they do.They took over Ferrys Pharmacy when shut down I know they did a good job I have have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks CVS

I take pcr test for traveling to Hawaii and they told me 1 to 2 business days will be readyI took the test on Wednesday and I was traveling before the 72 hours expired, I called them they said I am sorry but they just started testing it this morning on Friday unfortunately I can’t travel because of that i spent $900 for rapid pcr test and today is Tuesday and I just received a call from them that the test is ready so irresponsible and unprofessional DON’T GO THERE THEY WILL SCREW YOUR TRIP IT TOOK THEM 6 DAYS TO CALL ME WITH RESULTS JUST THIS MORNING

I like going to this cvs but oh hun today I went and the cashier worker with glasses was rude, I asked one question and she replied rudely saying “okayyy?!”. Yup, just the way she said it was rude. I’m not sure if I’ll be going there anytime soon👎🏽 1-30-21

5 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Under staffed. They dont ask to fax order to the dr when you run out. I shouldnt have to tell them to fax the dr.

Thank you for being a Covid test site but please place directions in the parking lot indicating where the test is done. There was no guidance and I could not get a live person on the phone to ask. Very frustrating. The registrations says follow directions once you arrive but there are none. Coming in from out of town I had no idea the testing was done thru the drive-thru.

Today my daughter and I were discriminated against and humiliated by the Red Bluff CVS mgr. I work retail for 20 yrs I know protocol for stealing and this was not about stealing, my daughter was actually carrying a clear see through bag. We were well dressed NICE AND getting ready to purchase. My daughter 19yrs was dressed the part of LGBTQ, half HER head shaved the other half pink with nice makeup and a brand new hot topic outfit THE MGR APPROACHED AND EXTENDED HIS ARM SHAKING HIS FINGER AT US AND LITTERALLY YELLED I NEED YOU TO LEAVE THIS STORE NOW. I WANT YOU PEOPLE TO LEAVE HERE AND NEVER COME BACK. We were so shocked. THIS IS WHY YOUTH COMMITS SUICIDE. THIS IS NOW IN HER MEMORY FOREVER. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS.

Second prescription within two weeks. Simple prescriptions nothing that shouldn’t be standard in stock. Prescription called in by provider in the early morning only to be told it would be ready each time at 3:59. Each time, I have arrived as directed only to be told they are working on it. When I’ve asked about it the response was the same. Well, we promised it to you at 3:59 but now it’s an additional 45 minutes. This will be my last prescription here. Taking my business elsewhere

Went to the drive thru to check on my daughters prescription and the clerk wouldnt even check to see if they got it faxed over. Then told me to call later to check on it. Im currently on hold waiting to check on it and Ive been on hold for almost 25 minutes. I understand this is a busy time and they all have their hands full but 25 minutes is a little excessive. Owens always had such amazing customer service and treated people with kindness. These people need a lesson on how to work with the public. We are all here for health reasons and need these medicines in a prompt and friendly manner. Not a happy customer at all. By the way Im still on hold for 28 minutes now so can someone please answer the phone! Thanks

Every time I call the pharmacy Im on hold for 30+ minutes, half the time it sounds like the line was picked up and then hung up on. My meds are never refilled on time and it is always a hassle to find out when theyll get around too it. The staff is very kind though.

If I could post 0 stars I would! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life! Not only do they lie to your face, loose your “scanned” paperwork and make up being there when you filled prescriptions, but they don’t even fill them! They wait until closing to call and inform you they won’t be able to fill them on a Friday. Don’t waste your time with this place! I’ll save you the nightmare!

Up until CVS took over Ownes Pharmacy they were really good. The hold times for the phone was a bit long and needed improvement. Since then they seems to be trying really hard to keep up with the demand. My prescription was fill but I wasnt notified until after I picked up the next day. Also the hold times for the phone is terrible 45+ minutes is ridiculous. They are over worked and under paid and seem a little burnt out with the sudden influx of patients. Hopefully Corporate will figure it out for their employees.

This place has the worst customer service ever! You call and they hang up on you, they say your prescriptions are ready and you still have a 2 hour wait when you show up. The staff is cluless and absolutely the rudest i have encountered. Its a complete shame that this is one of the only places that take my kids insurance. Dont waste your time with CVS. I completely regret getting my childs prescriptions sent here. SMH

They are ridiculous. My doctor sent the paper in for my meds and they said they never received which they did. Had to call the doctor in there store to make sure they hesed that they sent it in. I been on hold on to lon . They hung up on my twice. They arent grea . Owens was better than them. Cvs is terrible.

The store is very clean and organized, Ive never used the pharmacy however the store manager is very very rude and likes to talk down to customers and even employees. When the nice. Cashier tried helping some customers the manager snapped at her in front of all the customers when the cashier moved to the very next register (5 feet away) the manager started telling the customer she was helping how slow and annoying that cashier was when she was only standing 5 feet away. Ill tell you that cashier (whos name I forget) was the nicest, kindest, sweetest employee Ive ever seen in that store.

Pharmacist was very busy and over heard my conversation with the cashier. Cashier politely advised my there was a 20-30 minute wait on the prescription. I told her no problem, we would just hang out and shop around until it was ready. Even though I had a sick, irritable son on my hands. His name was called over the loud speaker in 5 minutes. I was blown away and very thankful!

They do not pick up the phone. Tired of 12-15+ min holds to call in an Owens Pharmacy refill. The transition will be smooth, seamless they said. BS! Owens did new and refills in 5 min. Owens employees were VERY friendly, helpful and had the best customer service. CVS-not even close. I called in a refill one day 6 hrs before they closed. Gave them an extra 45 min to make sure it was filled. I arrived at 5:50pm. No other customers, one holding and 6 people just chit chatting while I and the person waiting on the phone* waited. At 556 I was asked what I needed and told they close in 4 min. Guess what. I KNEW THAT THE ENTIRE 6 MIN I WAS LEFT STANDING AND WAITING ON YOU! Of course my Rx was not ready. I told them I had been without my BP med and needed it for sure that day. They got it done in the 4 min.I do not care if they do not like this review. Its a true customer experience. Once we have new Rx#s I am going back to Walmart. I left Walmart and changed to Owens but to me Walmart has far better AND faster service.*oh the person holding on the phone while I waited, turned into 2 callers holding. NEITHER CALL WAS PICKED UP BY A PHARMACY EMPLOYEE. SO WRONG!!!

ZERO STARSUnbelievably bad manners!! Need to hire someone to help if youre understaffed. Take classes on customer service. They do not refill prescriptions timely. They blame the Dr. for not responding, only to find out they are not returning the Dr or nurse calls. Arguing with patients who are in a lot of pain is unkind. And, I was hung up on by the attendant after being told she doesnt have time to call my dr back.This is why people are going to mail order. WAKE UP CVS and make changes.

They cant figure out how to manage their inventory so dont expect to be able to get a common prescription filled in less than a week. Not the rudest staff, but definitely not the most polite. Going to Walgreens or rite Aid from now on, and I have family that works for CVS.

Having to use walmart in red bluff was a NIGHTMARE! CVS exceeds my expectations every time! My doctor sends scripts electronically from chico and they are ready to pick up by the time i am back in red bluff. Never a line here, and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will never go to a different pharmacy again!

Was 3 card deep waiting to pick up through the drive through got to the 2nd drive up window & was told they were short handed & to either come back inside or drive around again & get back in line behind the 3 cars that were waiting behind us? WHAT!?!? BTW,Ive been without & waiting since last week& was originally told that my insurance wouldnt cover it until Saturday? Then Saturday was told they ran out & will need to reorder & wont be in until Monday. Then Monday morning was told they will have it at 3:00pm. Then at 3pm were at the beginning of my story where Im now inside, had surgery & didnt want to walk inside, & the representative who just told me to come inside or drive around & wait behind the 3 card that were behind us?? Now he asks me to come back tomorrow since they are short handed,WHAT, REALLY!?!? Nicely said no Ive been waiting since last week?!?!

This place is terrible. The pharm cashier is very unpleasant. There is only one pharmacist that takes 2 lunches so if your prescription is new, expect to come back or wait no matter how sick you are, and hopefully she isnt coming back late like she did with me. Go to Raleys.

This pharmacy sucks, if you call they put you on hold for 45 minutes before you even talk to someone then you have to wait a half hour for them to get it ready once you get there when they text you saying ready for pickup
