Prices were pretty good, but I drove 60 miles to go to the store in Chico, because their website said they had a couple of items on clearance in stock. Got to the store and both items were sold out. If you see a deal like that, Id call ahead.

The employees are all ready to help if you need it.theyre not pushy and dont follow you around.

Redding location is not large enough to hold the tool work stations in stock. You must pre-order them. So I called Red bluff ahead to see if they had the one I wanted in stock. Sure enough they did, they held it for me while I took the time to drive down there. Awesome store with friendly service and helpful employees. I was in and out fast and they loaded it in my truck for me without having to ask. The store was clean and definitely has more product in stock than most harbor freights I have visited. Definitely recommend this location.

I went for certain items. I was able to fine the right tarp size. And correct tie downs in too. I needed the help and was helped each time i asked for the item having a rain outfit was great to see my size was still available. I like going to this store. With so many places running out during this pandemic. All the staff were very helpful and polite.

Bought inflator for my vehicle didnt realize its not for vehicle use until I opened the packaging. Kind of disappointed.

Store is clean. Shelves stocked. This is a favorite store chain that is always handy. Too bad there are homeless and pan handlers in the parking lot that approached us for money and people sleeping/camping by vacant storefronts and the outskirts of parking lot. Felt a little unsafe.

Did not have many of the ad items . I had to drive 30 miles to red bluff to get the power steamer that was on ad for this week... also never had in stock headlights on ad or scissors it goes on and on...when asked they made it seem like it was a total inconvenience that id even ask them about where I could find those items ...There must of been a change in management as the whole store has a completely different feel.It use to be welcoming now its more like a inconvenience that Im even there, and how dare I ask for assistance...

I would give this business a five star rating however i recently purchased a framing nailer and a box of clip fed nails to go with it. I wanted to buy more of the nails but they changed inventory and now i cannot purchase the clipped head nails for my gun. The gun is useless to me now without them.

Had what I was looking for and fast check out. Friendly people to help find things.

Not as good of experience as Ive had in the past. Supervisor was at the door making sure everyone had a mask, which was great. Unfortunately I didnt have one at the time. Asked if they sold them and was told no. Walked to another local store and bought one. Came back to Harbor Freight and saw they were selling them at the register. When I questioned her, she just wanted to argue with me. Not a good example to set for staff. Leaders should be leaders, not what she displayed. Hopefully she will learn to be a btter supervisor and deal with customers appropriately. Believe me, the last thing I wanted to do was argue with an employee.

Its my toy store, nuff said.

On Fathers day my son and I went to the Red Bluff Harbor Freight to shop. We were stopped at the entrance by the Mgr. and told we needed to wear a mask to enter the store. I had one, but my son didnt, so he asked the Mgr. if they had any masks to sell. She replied that they didnt, so we went down the shopping center to purchase one. We returned and was allowed to enter. As we approached the registrar to pay for our items we noticed that they had masks for sale.Talking to my son I said I thought the Mgr. had said No that they didnt have any, and my son replied yes the Mgr. Had told us they didnt have any. This was a discussion between myself and my son, when the Mgr. Interjected herself into our conversation, and denied ever saying that. She was very rude and loud!Why would we go to another store to purchase a facemask if the Mgr. hadnt told us that they didnt have any? This Mgr. needs some lessons on mannerisms, and customer relations! She spoke very loudly and argumentatively! Im 75 years old and my son is 50. I say this because I want the public to know how we were treated, were not a couple kids, Ive had experience running major companys, including a major theme park in So. Cal. My son is well respected.this experience was very embarrassing to be dressed down by a manager in front of other employees and customers in harbor freight.

Good place to buy tools on sale

This week I give it a five star rating. But in Nov I give it a big fat zero. One female employee snapped at me and another basically showed me a coupon but refused to give it to me. Quite childish. I didnt see him this week and I hope he is gone. Same w/the rude lady who snapped at me.

My experience at the Red Bluff Harbor freight today was excellent. I was met at the door and led to the first item on my list, and on the next item engaged another associate, took care of my next two items. In and out of the store in 15 minutes.

Found everything I needed and they had some good sales going today so I got out of there by spending less all in all good

Hated it...of all the harbor freight stores. (Ive shopped many in the Northstate). The Red Bluff chain is the poorest service of them all. Its the only one that leaves me with a feeling of dread to shop there. Im speaking of several episodes of events, not a one time event. Not just poor service, but absolute rude. All the time. Have had an occasional good time by help by an employee. But all the supervisors and manager have without fail been utterly rude to the max. Not just to me, but others I have spoken to as well. Its sad for me to voice such a bad review. However I feel the need to report a beware review of this place.

Worst harbor freight i have ever been to! If you look at my reviews you will see i rarely give negative reviews but this stores management and employees are beyond rude and poorly trained. I will never shop at this store, possibly harbor freight in general because of the experiences ive had here.***Update: march 6 6:30 p.m.If reading this stay away from Harbor freight! At least at the Red Bluff store. So after my terrible experience I had a regional manager call me asking how he could make things right so I told him I just wanted to buy the yellow tool Box but supposedly it was never in stock, well He promised me that he would call me personally when he brought one down in a week or 2 and guess what? He never called back! Then I go in tonight to get a couple paint sprayers and I notice I needed AA digital scale to measure some pearl powder And I asked the same teller I had a problem with a month ago if they were out of scales and she says If you dont see one were probably out! No checking the computers, no checking the shelf just flat out ignoring me altogether. Screw this store! Harbor freight has lost a customer for life, and Hopefully anyone who reads this will avoid this store at all costs. Besides, go check the tractor supply store across the street and youll see their prices are way cheaper and customer service is a 1000 times better. And I hope the regional manager who reads this realizes what he did when failing to follow up on a promise.

My husband and I went in to buy a couple things to help with working on cars a little easier, I grabbed a roller seat to sit on it and try it out. I put it back up on the shelf where it was and a lady named Jaime (not sure if this is correct spelling) came up behind and said can we get some straps to tie this seat down, so a kid doesnt pull it off the shelf? Which I thought was very rude. Before you buy something you wanna try it out to see if it works for you or in this case comfortable, and she reffered to us as kids as we are in our 30s..Everyone else there was very nice and helpful... not a bad store but bad employee is all.
