My husband purchased his 2020 Ram 2500 in white a few days ago and he raved that he was super impressed with how House Red Wing dealership treats their customers and how he got the best deals from here.At this dealership I felt like one of the gang. The crew (including Kati, Tony, Jackie, Mitch etc) are super knowledgeable, friendly and driven to make it work for you. Jessica (the GM), Brad and Josh are nothing shy of spectacular. They really know how to make customers feel heard and work to get them the best deals.Some dealerships are all about making the customer buy things we don’t really need so they can make bigger sales and commission but these guys and gals showed us some deals we weren’t expecting and it saved us thousands!!!Today I purchased my first Jeep Wrangler and this experience has turned me into a die-hard fan. When all the paperwork was done, Kati and Jackie got into the Jeep with me and showed me what each of the buttons do and taught me all about the Jeep wave and the Jeep culture. These simple but effective methods have turned me into a customer for life. I will be coming back to work with these guys again and again.I have purchased my fair share of vehicles but I have NEVER had a dealership that took the time to do all this. I am completely taken aback. It would be down playing if I said they are my favorite dealership to work with. Stop wasting your time going to other dealerships. This is the only place that makes sense to go to.
I purchased a 2016 Malibu, and my experience at House was great! They didn’t do the typical “car salesman push” by trying to sell my this, that, and the other over and over again (I was asked one time, when I declined, they left it alone), and were very easy to work with. My trade in wasn’t what I expected, I was sat down and they explained exactly why it was the amount it was at. No surprises, and they made sure I knew what I was signing. Big shoutout to Jason for the assistance, he even went through my car for me to make sure I didn’t leave anything important behind (I forgot my phone holder and jumper cables).

They adjusted the price on on the jeep Cherokee I was purchasing and added $1,000 due to current market level which I somewhat could understand. They did this prior to my arrival as I told them I was coming to buy it. I felt slighted. However, they denied the Employee Purchasing Price that I am afforded too since my father worked for 36 years in a Chrysler factory in Belvidere Ill. This was easily the most disrespectful dealer I worked with. It was not Brook, the saleswoman, she did great and showed a lot of compassion due to their management decisions. Next day I purchased a Jeep Cherokee in Hudson WI, they wanted my business whereas House Chrysler was indifferent and disrespectful.
You know, in this day and age you can get a vehicle just about anywhere. Heck, you can even complete the entire purchasing process online. But my wife and I are social people and we enjoy interacting with others. And that is what places House CDJR head and shoulders above all other dealerships weve dealt with - their customer service. They truly understand what it takes to make their customers comfortable during the entire process from contact to contract signing. Thank you for all you do! All of you at House are why we chose to drive from Saint Augustine, Florida to Red Wing, Minnesota to purchase our Jeep. Keep up the good work!
The whole sales team was great but Jessica went above and beyond with calling to tell us about the vehicle before we made the trip to Red Wing as well as the follow up to questions that we had. Excellent customer service is rare nowadays, but House CDJR deserves the accolade. Also, I love my new used Jeep Grand Cherokee!

I had great experience with the purchase of my new Ram Bighorn! The sales guy Mitch did a great job explaining all the features of the truck to me and Brad, the sales manager, did his best to get me the best price possible for my trade in. I came in looking for a Jeep Wrangler. I knew what I wanted but wasn’t exactly sure what I could afford. Kati didn’t push me toward one Jeep or another, but instead showed me multiple that fit into what I was looking for to find me the proper fit. And Brad ran the numbers on 5 different Jeeps in order to find me the right one for my budget. I know it was a lot of work, but not one single complaint.

OIL CHANGE GONE VERY BAD! We had our 2014 Jeep in for an oil change on 07/22/2019. The oil filter seal wasnt installed properly which caused the oil to drain out on our way home. We had to have the vehicle towed back to Red Wing to get repaired. Because of the damage done, I asked for the House Dealership to buy the vehicle back from us. They offered $13,250.00. We refused the low offer and instead asked Greg House (owner) for a 3yr/36,000 extended warranty. He agreed to purchasing the warranty for us at his cost of $2,243.00. Fast forward to 03/26/2020 when our radiator developed a leak. We asked if the extended warranty would cover the issue and found out that Houses Red Wing Dealership never entered the warranty with Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. After talking to Greg House and getting his personal guarantee that the warranty was entered, I called Fidelity Warranty, Inc. myself. They have no record of the contract that I signed on 07/25/2019. Three conversations later with Greg House himself, I was told hed look into it. I now own a damaged vehicle with no extended warranty. I had to pay $1,271.09 for the new radiator. Is this the way to treat your customers, Greg House?

Bought a couple of Vehicles thru the dealership this past week. Worked with Clayton as a salesman, was a pleasure. Also had Brad, Justin, Josh, working with finding vehicles that would fit for us and our needs and finances. Got a great truck and wife got great car (compass). If we need another vehicle in the future we will be stopping there first.

We went to the Chevy store in Red Wing first and did not have a good experience, they sold the car we wanted twice yet when I showed up the vehicle was there on the lot with a sale sign in it on 2 different visits. I dont like car shopping but Jessica and Austin were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Glad our son recommended us to check them out and we are glad we did.

At first, I was hesitant about buying from this dealership because I have heard a couple of bad experiences, but this was not the case for me. They made me feel right at home and I know I got a good deal on my Jeep. What surprised me was the service and attention I received after my purchase. I had a few questions, and they went above and beyond to answer and to assure me that they are there if I need anything. Its nice to know you can go to the local dealership and get a great deal and that friendly hometown service. I would definitely suggest buying a vehicle here!
I bought my Jeep Cherokee from here a couple of years ago. Cody was an attentive salesman and was not pushy. Unlike some veteran sales people, he didnt treat me like I didnt know anything about cars or buying them. I walked away twice but was kept informed of any further incentives to purchase. I did and was happy to. My Jeep goes back there for service. Everyone that I have dealt with at RW is pleasant, respectful and offers great customer service. I would be happy to do business with them again and would have no problem recommending them.
My salesperson and the finance man that was helping him out. Cody was amazing to work with and very attentive. I wound up being there after the dealership closed on a holiday, and he moved my belongings out of my trade-in to the new purchase for me, while I was signing my papers in the business office. He even went so far as to put everything in the exact same spot. I literally had nothing else to do but get in the car and drive away. Wonderful experience with your sales rep.

Im not fond of car dealerships but immediately I had a great comfort level with Austin Behnke. He listened to my wants/needs and directed me to a Jeep Cherokee. Ive never been happier with a vehicle- the comfort features, the ride and the great sight line visibility that was a must for me. Austin was informative and wasnt a high pressure salesperson. His sales manager was also good to work with. I will be working with Austin on future purchases.
We drove about an hour to see a used Jeep. Our experience started out a little rocky but once we started working with Clem everything went smoothly. He made sure everything was taken care of and made it a great car buying experience. We will definitely go see him again when we are ready to replace our other vehicle!
I purchased my Ford from this dealership 6 years ago and have had all maintenance done by this service department and have been satisfied until my last two visits. My last two visits resulted in one of the service department representatives trying to price gouge me. I am unsure if this is because I am female and he thinks I dont know better. CALL AHEAD for price quotes before having service work done!! Because of this person, I will not return to this dealership and especially will not purchase another vehicle here again.

My husband and I were interested in a vehicle online sold by this dealership. We called regarding the car and mentioned that we would be driving quite a ways to see the car, and that it would be pretty close to their close time (6 pm). Everything sounded fine on the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted with such an unprofessional presence. Huffing around, unkind comments, and a rushed attitude. The pricing for the car online was incredibly misleading, plus extravagant fees. We were so disappointed to have wasted an hour, each way, to be treated so poorly. a few days later, the dealer called to tell us they sold the car.. ? (it is still listed online). And inquired if we were able to find anything. Seemed quite rude and distasteful. I would give them zero stars if I could. Completely disappointed on every level.

Drove from Rochester to look at a SUV that I was interested in. Only to be told it wasnt there. That the general manager took it home for the weekend. Dont you think if you want to sell a car have it on the lot. Was told it would be back Monday and they would give me a call. Its now Wednesday and no call very dissatisfied with this place.

We bought a 2014 Ford Focus from Dan Tank Torgrimson. He was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We spoke with several other employees who were equally pleasant and helpful. The car itself was an excellent purchase at a great deal and we intend on purchasing all future vehicles from Red Wing Ford.
These guys are great. I came from Colorado to buy a truck because they had the one I wanted. Ill try and go back there for my next one because of the service they provided.They were easy to work with on the initial purchase. I bought a Vehicle Service Plan with the truck, 6mo later I needed to use it, I spent several days going back and forth getting the work approved. Long story short as a last ditch effort I called Red Wing and spoke with a manager. He apparently knew who to call and what to say and got my issue taken care of.That level of service existed for me as a customer that had spent my money 6 months ago and was 1,000mi away. Very glad I went to Red Wing.
Had a warranty issue. Dealership noticed that oil change was due as well as 2 other recall issues. All fixed in a timely manner. Message left when vehicle done, and recalled me later to make sure I got the message and offered to come get me to pick up the vehicle.

Not willing to sell you what you really want. Ruining your credit scores by doing credit checks with multiple Banks. Im amazed that they ever sell ANY VEHICLES. I personally have gone there twice and too No Avail they have not sold any vehicle to my Family. Had half cash, Good Credit score and still did not sell a vehicle. Good Luck to Anyone who Goes there. Bought two new front tires for my Dodge Dually and had some routine maintenance done before getting on the road again (were full-time RVers). They told me that the lights on the roof of the truck were under recall, so I let them fix that as well. My fault for not checking my vehicle thoroughly, but someone there creased the hood of my truck (Im guessing by stepping on it accidentally (I hope) while doing the lights). Unfortunately, I didnt see it until the next morning (when we were leaving Red Wing), and had a tight schedule to keep, so I didnt make or have the time to go there and complain. Check your vehicle thoroughly for damage.
I bought 4 new tires, had them installed and balanced faster and less expensive than I thought possible! This dealership has the nicest staff ever. I have 3 vehicles and they have serviced 2 of the 3. I will definately bring the 3rd vehicle to them when I need it without any hesitation!!!! Thank you Red Wing Ford for EXCELLENT Customer service.

My experience at Redwing Ford was awesome. I found my truck on their website. I walked through the door without an appointment or had even talked with anyone on the phone and was greeted with a smile and how may I help you. The saleswoman Bailey whom I worked with was very helpful and immediately brought the two trucks I was interested in to the front door so I could test drive. The next day I brought my wife and our two young kids and our new born baby to the dealership to look at the truck. Once again the service was great. My family and I felt welcome at the dealership. Very happy with my new truck and the customer service that my family and I received from Bailey. So much that a month later I returned to talk with Bailey about a expedition my wife had found on line. The vehicle was brought to the dealership from Michigan in a couple days. Long story short I bought that vehicle as well. Just want to say thank you to Tim and Bailey and the rest of the sales and service team at Redwing Ford for a great experience. Both my wife and I really felt like our interest and our family was number one priority. Look forward to continuing doing business in the future.
Nice sales guy I worked with. Beware the prices they list have a catch. You only get the advertised price if you finance through them.. Their rates were a full point below anywhere else I shopped. Kind of a sleezy tactic. Perhaps they should just say $500 off if you finance through us. That way consumers don’t have to read the fine print and it doesn’t seem like they’re tricking you.

This is a very clean place. I just wanted to thank the gentalman that gave me the over flow cap for my truck. I was leaving town and couldnt wait for shipping. He gave it to me right off his own truck. Dont get this kind of niceness in this day and age anymore. I would have put his name on here.
