Service was awesome. Corporate needs to get their Shhhhh it together and fix the store hours with with what it says online. Store closes at 3pm on Saturday and isnt open at all on Sunday.. I only go here because the store manager is kind and very helpful..

Love this place! The staff is knowledgeable, super friendly and courteous! Online orders are processed promptly and were always greeted with a smile. I forget the name of the auto parts store that used to be here but Im stoked that theres finally an Advance Auto here in Red Wing. The convenience of having our needed parts and accessories at a local shop (without paying the higher prices elsewhere) is a huge bonus. Will be back again soon!! 5*!

I had called about my car battery needing to be replaced. I was quoted a price, which I would gladly have paid. Then I asked about the free installation.I was told, That looks to be a 30 minute job, I am not going to do that today.Would you be willing to do so tomorrow if I dropped my car off early?If it is raining tomorrow, I wont because I dont have a shop here.After that, I said thank you very much.What I am thankful for is knowing I do not need to take my business here.

Manager John is not friendly. Would not take a simple return because the spark plug boxes were not brand new he couldnt resell the spark plugs with the boxes they were in and I had no receipt even though you can look it up on my account and see that I purchased the spark plugs and was rather rude about it. He just simply said they are not in advance store

A bit more pricey but every time iv gone in with an oddball issue they always take care of it instead of passing it off.

Wont stand behind warranties or return core charges on parts. I used to like doing business here but they are losing a lot of business from the professional community. Oreillys is a farther drive but the service end has a lot of value there.

Got brake lines

Apparently the Red Wing store was emailed to throw away their Check Engine diagnostic equipment. Even tho they advertise it on their website and commercials. Terrible customer service and false advertisement. Won’t be going here again. John was aweful

John was able to help with road side break down and had the part on hand. It was excellent was customy service!

Went there today to try and figure out how to get my ac cold and was asking if theres was any way they can help and was told to read the instructions in a rude manner.WOULD NEVER GO BACK
