My parents asked that I write a review for them because they had outstanding service this week. My dads power steering went out while they were on a road trip moving my sister into school in the U.P. of Michigan and then going to visit family in Red Wing. They tried mechanics in Gaylord and Houghton in Michigan, as well as Duluth and no one would even look at the car for 2 weeks. My mom called House Ford when they got to Red Wing, and John got them in to look at the car that day. They got the part it needed Wednesday and had the car back to my parents that same day. Thank you for helping them so quickly and for the wonderful customer service!

I did not purchase my vehicle from here, but was told I needed to go to Ford dealership so they could read the codes my car was putting out. Got there towards the end of the day on a Friday and could already tell the service guy was annoyed. They took my car for 30 minutes. Never came and let me know what was wrong with it, and then charged me nearly $200. Told me they replaced a passenger seat sensor, which had nothing to do with the lights that were on. And they shut the dash lights off. I made it 2 miles down the road and everything came back on. Service guy sent me a message next day asking about my service. I let him know that nothing was fixed. He has yet to ever respond!

I have never had such a poor Customer Service Experience. When I made an appointment earlier in the week it was set up for 11:30(their appt person indicated that was a appointment slot-I didn’t just “POP” in)my assumption was my car would be looked at within a reasonable amount of time ….even a few minutes is expected in my opinion. The Service Person immediately told me that the Technicians go to lunch for 12-1. I’m thinking ……,”ok………why are you telling me this?”…Well I found out why….I got a diagnosis on a simple brake repair….at 1:30!!!!! ……It gets better…$500. The vehicle has 15,000 miles on it. I understand that brakes aren’t on a typical warranty, but 15,000 miles????? AFTER getting my son on the phone with them(FORD Mechanic/Manager in Hawaii) it was decided (he asked to speak to someone higher up) that they would contact Ford Main Office. So I go sit down awaiting response….1.5 hours later, I walk out and say ”I’m leaving”…the service tech….THEN DECIDED to see if he had heard back via email from FORD. 🤨. Then I realize they have to put the vehicle back together again. So I go back and sit down. Then I’m driving out of the lot and realize OMG this is almost undriveable!!!!! When I drove in, the vehicle had a sound when applying the brakes…now we have a horrendous scary noise all the time.I would not recommend this dealership. I tried 3 different avenues to Follow up after leaving there that day (after being reassured I would hear from them) DON’T DO IT.

Had a good buying experience, however, now I need to get a hold of the finance manager and it’s been a week with no returned phone calls. Dealing with a time sensitive issue and I can’t get a phone call back or get through to him when I try calling. Thanks for nothing

I was very happy with my visit today. I unexpectedly had a dead battery. Its a tough one to reach in my Escape. They were able to get me in immediately and get a new battery in and get me back on the road. Tim in the service department was Awesome!!

The service is okay you really have to push and pull to get things done. If you have warranty work youre going to have to be patient. The diesel mechanic is excellent its his support service people that fail. Double check your billing it seems like twice now they have made some errors that could have been costly. But good when you point this out to them you do have to babysit them but their work is good once you push through it.

I was traveling through Minnesota for work last week and ran into some trouble with my brakes. It was late in the day and Geoff Bruce, Sales and Leasing Associate, checked with the Service Advisor, John Goeman to see if there were any mechanics still available. Unfortunately there were not and I decided to check with another Ford dealer near the hotel I’d be staying at over an hour away. That Ford dealer would not be able to get me on the schedule until the following afternoon. I also tried a brake shop in town but their mechanics were also gone for the day. I went back in House Ford and asked if they could get me on the schedule for the following morning and if they had a car I could rent. They do not rent cars out of that facility and didn’t have any loaners available. Geoff was able to get me a car to use and I was on my way to my final destination. I received a phone call from John first thing in the morning with an estimate and they were able to begin working on my vehicle right away. I received regular updates throughout the day. The car was finished in time for me to make my journey home on schedule and I didn’t miss any of my customer appointments. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had to date and Geoff went above and beyond when it wasn’t even a sales or lease related issue. I definitely recommend House Ford and specifically Geoff Bruce and John Goeman, thank you again!!Jennifer Riordan

I have bought nearly 20 vehicles from Red Wing Ford over the past 4 years. Both the purchase process and service afterwards has been excellent!Unfortunately last month Red Wing Ford was sold and they changed managers. I can say for a fact that was a BIG BIG MISTAKE. Tim Ciccarelli was the reason for the success of that dealership over the past 7 years. With Tim it was service above and beyond!No loaners now......you get to rent them! My business is in Eagan so much for the free pickup and deliver when service was needed. Try the website....obviously they have changed that as well but not even a re-direct from the old one to take you to the new one!! I am going to miss Red Wing Ford but I dont think anyone in management there will even have a clue that I and a lot of other loyal customer have taken our business elsewhere.

I have to give a star it should be ZERO Do not buy from this place.we drove over 2 hrs one way to buy a Jeep they had when we got there we found the information was all wrong on the jeep no high tech radio and a few other things,negotiating a few extras fell flat so we decided to buy anyway went through all the paper work on who we are and then the price paper work comes and the price is 1500.00 over I told him this must be a typo he said no then I showed him his E mail he was dumb founded,takes my phone to the manager and came back and said that was the price 1500.00 the E mail price not even an apology over 4 hr round trip for nothing very poorly ran business
