Update...Ted from Marine Specialties came out this morning and was able to fix the problem in under an hour! They are good, just got to work on the follow-through!Yet another boat service company that doesn’t follow through. I’ve heard they do good work, but that’s as far as I’ve gotten. Jared answered the phone the first time a called, seemed like a great guy...said he’d come out to look at my bow and stern thruster in two weeks. I’ve called him every week since for 8 weeks - no answer, no return call. Hopefully nothing happened to him, don’t know - but very disappointing to say the least.

5-Star service from Jared & crew on a Saturday with a dead generator.. 1 hour later we’re leaving the slip! Thanks Jared!
