The entire staff at Bills Bay is AMAZING! Zach helped us get a boat this spring and Mike and Gordan made sure our boat was a true turn key boat. I have never experienced this great of customer service. Any time I have a question or concern they go out of their way to make sure I get all the info I need. They are the only ones we trust to maintain our boat and have earned a customer for life! Keep up the good work guys!

Zach sold me my boat, it was a very smooth process. He went above and beyond to help me. This was my first boat, he helped deliver it and made sure that everything was in order. I would highly recommend River Valley Marina if you are selling or purchasing a boat!

I am getting ready to finish my full second boating season at Bills Bay Marina. I had never owned a boat before and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. All of the staff there (Bill, Casey, Mike, Zach, and Alex) have been great. If I ever have a question or need something, they have been more than accomodating. From service on my boat, to getting gas at the dock, and listing my boat so I can move into a larger one, the staff have been very helpful. Thank you all for the good times down at the marina! The other perk of Bills is all the nice boaters down there too!

Lovely brand new pontoon!

I have stayed with bills bay for several years and have had a comfortable and memorable time for the most part. The problems with flooding and low water were issues for a short time, but since then the marina has been dredged and put back in place so there is deeper water there this season and probably for several more summers. With the water park and colvill park at your disposal, it makes for a very nice place to take friends and family for a memorable weekend or week long stay. All of the dockers at the marina are friendly and helpful when your bringing your boat in. Everyone gets along well and have weekend get togethers and special parties during the course of the summer.. Have had a great time in the last several years.

I have purchased and sold a boat through Bills Bay Marina and this is our second year renting a slip there as well. All of the staff from the showroom and service department to the gas dock and ship store are the best in the business!
