I needed 4 brand new tires for my road trip cross country towards the west coast. They know that and i have also requested an inspection to make sure everything is safe for my drive.Note, my car runs great, brand new, just a year old and it hasnt caused me any problems. The car drive straight and perfect! I simply just needed new snow tires instead of all weather tires.The service took about 3 hours to add tires and inspection. After the service, they told me that there was this bolt that needed fixing and it needed to be done. I had to pay an extra $500 for the job to get done then and there. Lets just say i didnt do it and asked my father who is a senior mechanic for advice. Father says they are crooks and took advantage of me being a young female.I drove my car home with the alignment all messed up, when I let go of the wheel it would severely lean towards the right. I knew something wasnt right. I took it in the next day with my uncle and had him talk to them instead because for some reason they didnt want to hear from a younger female who knew nothing about carsAsked to get my car fixed, left the place with my car still messed up.ended up going somewhere else reliable.

Caleb helped me out with a flat tire. Very fast service! I will go back

I just want to let the public know what a wonderful and caring group of young men that work at Big O Tires in Red Wing MN. I was having trouble with my right rear tire making a terrible noise . I called and they were able to get me in at 2. I was so impressed with Caleb the young man who checked my car over. He took me back to my car and explained what was wrong so I could understand what I needed to explain to the guys back in LaCrosse. They recently fixed it due to an accident. Dusty was excellent as well. I offered to get them something to eat at Kwik Trip because I know they didn’t get a chance to eat but they both declined. They were so patient and understanding with me. Caleb sent me on my way but not before telling me to please call him when I arrived in LaCrosse, now that is customer service at its finest. He even gave me his cell phone number so if the guys in LaCrosse wanted to call him, he could tell the guys in LaCrosse what he found. Kudos to these young men Caleb, Dusty and Noah for being what I call the top of the line as employees. If I lived in Red Wing they would get all my business. God bless them for all they did for me.

We brought the car in for an oil change but im not sure it was even done.. the oil light stayed on for a few days after. We had also asked for the other fluids to be checked. Not sure those were checked. We had our car serviced there quite a few times and we never had issues. But the last time we did was not good. Your front desk people were always nice and helpful

While I am not overly enthusiastic about Big O in general as a company the staff are helpful. If you have any questions ask for Caleb and you are sure to get the best service and deal possible from Big O.

First off I was quoted the wrong price on my tires but I paid full regular price and never put up a fuss because things happen......but when I went to have the tires put on it took a very very very long time. I suggest you drop off your vehicle because it’s freezing inside and you’ll be waiting a hot minute. Overall not impressed and I’ll go elsewhere next time.

If I could give them a 10 I certainly would. The guys there were amazing, we had a tire that blew out as we were traveling. They bent over backwards to help us and get us back on the road in a timely fashion on a Saturday near closing time. Great prices too!!! Great customer service. Helped me find same quality tires at a cheaper price than the tires I had originally wanted. Didnt try to talk me into spending more money which is really nice because most places do. Recommend coming here. Will come again when I need new tires again.

These guys are friendly, helpful, and won’t rip you off. They fixed my flats for no charge and won’t convince you to buy new tires until you really need them. I’ll never buy my tires or brakes anywhere else.

Jason, Ethan, and the rest of the crew are superb. Was on a road trip around red wing, picked up a fingernail cutter in my tire which leaked out completely. They patched it up for me right away, even installed the tire for me, and got me back on the road to continue my trip. Huge thanks to these guys. Amazing customer service!

I emailed [email protected] 1 month ago, with no response, before deciding to leave this review.I was at the Red Wing location for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix a slow leak on one of my tires.Two days later I got the low air pressure warning, and the low tire was in the same location as before. So not only did they not fix the leak, they also didnt rotate the tires.It makes me question if they even changed the oil. I doubt Ill ever return again if I cant trust them to do the work.

Big O staff are the best! They go above and beyond. I was driving my kids around to their activities and a piece of metal got stuck in my tire. It was 5:58 pm, the store closes at 6. I frantically called and asked if they would stay open for me and plug the tire (for free of course)! They waited for me to get there and had the job done in less than 10 minutes! They were cheery and happy to help. Not annoyed that they stayed late. I was able to get back to baseball and drive my kids home safely.Thank you!!!!

Overall I would say they did the best they could. I put in an appointment request on a friday for the following saturday. It showed they had tires on hand but when I got my confirmation call Jason didnt think they had them at first. Once he realized they did he confirmed we could get it done a little later in the day which was fine. We dropped the vehicle off and the guy at the front counter was very helpful, but had no clue we were already set up. He started trying to get us checked in from scratch asking all of the basic questions that Jason already knew about. Obviously they hadnt communicated that. When the work was complete he called me to let me know. He gave me the total which was $100 more than originally quoted even though they only did the quoted work. He told me he could do better even though i didnt say anything. When i showed up it was crazy, phone ringing off the hook and the guy couldnt keep up. I waited patiently and suggested he take the calls as I was not in a hurry. He rushed to invoice me and was becoming frustrated at the overall situation of being understaffed. I would say they are great people, but they need a couple more to provide great service. I wasnt thrilled to overpay but the circumstances didnt provide a friendly atmosphere to discuss that at the time. Again, great people, very kind and knowledgeable.

Jason is the most helpful person there and the only reason I’m a loyal customer now is because of him!

My last visit was for an oil change but they found I had a bad wheel bearing that was imminent for my wheel to fall off. I appreciated that they could fix this the next day and it turned out to be hard to replace but the mechanic stuck it out and got the job done.

I had an issue with my oil plug not coming out correctly while getting my oil change at another shop. Unfortunately they could not complete the oil change there. I took my car into Big O and they brought me in right away. There also took care of my filter. They didnt have one on hand for my car and they made the trip to OReillys because a delivery truck was not available. As a person who has no mechanical background they always explain what is going on with my car.

This is Dave, I have been coming here for years and have always had great service, Go team Red Wing.

Horrible experience, left with a list of over $2000.00 worth of things they said needed to be taken care of per “inspection”. The ONLY thing that was accurate was I need a new battery! I brought my vehicle to 3 other TRUSTWORTHY AND REPUTABLE mechanics (including a car dealership) and they all said the same thing independently from one another that the only thing that needed be done from the “list” was battery replacement. However they failed to tell me on the inspection that I needed 2 rear tires and that the cords are showing! What a joke this is a TIRE place and they can’t even get that right. I was later told that they didn’t do the tire rotation because the front tires were better. When I spoke with the manager at the red wing big o tires he told me that “they are just trying to throw us under the bus”. This is place is absolute garbage and I wouldn’t even suggest them for the oil change! What a joke!

Purchased new Mich LTX AT2s for truck-- they guided me to that option I was contemplating, ordered and installed in a quick manner. Truck was in and out and ready to go in less than an hour. Recommended!

Jason is the man! Just noticed I had a slow leak in my tire. Well. Losing about a pound per min. Was filling it with air and called BigOtires here in red wing at 5:02. They close at 5:00. Jason was kind enough to take the time out of his day to wait for me to arrive so I could leave my tire overnight and pick it up tomorow when its patched. This is my 2nd visit to this store and both times have been 5 star service. Jason saved the day for me today! Thankyou!

Never go there. Been open less than a year....and already had niece and two Friends go there bait and switch policy. Go for alignment told them told you need you $2000 front repair. Yes 2000. And Chevy deal fixed it for free
