Malmquist installed new Vinyl flooring in our home. They kept us appraised of everything. They gave us step by step notice of everything we needed to know. Day by day of what would occur during the installation. A few months later we had 2 pieces of vinyl flooring that had small chips in them. We called Malmquist and they were out to our house the next day to appraise the problem. Five days later the installer came to our house and fixed the problem. The installer was very polite and did a Great job. I would Highly Recommend Malmquist for your flooring needs.

The sales team is very nice but the expectations they communicated did not match the outcome of our project. After having our carpet installed, there were a large amount of shreds left all over the floor, strings hanging off all the edges of the carpet and our trim we just painted was very scratched. I called to let them know and see what could be done and was told this was all normal. I wanted to pass these expectations along to others looking for carpet installation.I was told the shreds were left all over because of covid restrictions and not being able to bring a vacuum inside our home. However, the employees installing the carpet in our home were not wearing masks while inside and brought the rest of their tools in and set them on the rug. I am disappointed with the outcome of their work.
