Its getting better. My criteria is based almost entirely on the produce department. Theyre putting effort into it.

The shelves were very organized and I could find exactly what I wanted. Even though it was the time of night where they would be pulling Freight out of the back the freight was not in the way. Everything seems clean and orderly. The cashiers were friendly.

Variety of items. One stop shop. Service has improved over the last few months. Clothing line has also improved with style and variety. Shelves are well organized & stocked.

Went for 2 things came out with way more. And forgot the 2 things I went for

Candy in the automotive department was super nice, generous and helpful. She has a no B.S. attitude, so friendly and honest. I had a longer than usual wait time for my tire installation because they were short staffed but I totally understand, given that everyone is dealing with shortages right now.

Often out of stock of basic items but no other choice in buying groceries at a reasonable price. Worth the drive to stock up. Fiesta Groceries in Lake City is super clean, friendly and well stocked but they cant get the bulk purchasing price like Walmart. It Is good to support the independent grocery families, but if saving money is your goal then this Walmart is your only choice for the small surrounding towns.

Always find what i need. Self check out is awesome, if your in a hurry.

This Walmart has extremely hard-working staff, and is great at keeping its shelves filled with product! They also provide a pretty fair wage to their employees, so that creates an incentive for a high quality, and organized establishment.

Not really busy, so you can come and go pretty quickly.

Some employees act like they dont know how to do their job especially during the pandemic with the toilet paper the milk, and the meat produce. this place definitely needs to step up their customer service and know how to treat their people right with respect and employees. actually truly care about them rather than looking at them as profit over people the people over profit. Red wing has got to do better.

It was a very good experience. It is a relaxed environment with many affordable and useful items. The pharmacy is a good spot to get a Covid-19 vaccine.

Never have anything stocked all ways got to ask if they have stuff cuz online will say they do and when u get there for some reason they never have it and u have to go somewhere else

Store is clean, not crowded mid morning, mask requirement, self checkout with minimal assistance for unwanted scanned items. Employee was helpful and pleasant. Shelves were well stocked and organize.

Our experience has been very hit and miss. I placed an order for in store pickup but there actually is no in store pickup. I had to wait over 15 minutes at their curbside pickup area for one single item. Weve also had long waits (30-45 minutes) for grocery curbside pick-up. Its still a great service but definitely keep in mind what is typically a busy time at the store when you schedule your pick-up.

Got my 2nd Covid vaccine shot, got my groceries and some new clothes. All in 1 place!

Never a bad time in Walmart. Always helpful employees and a great stock of supplies for all your needs.

4:45 in the afternoon and theres 1 check out, unbelievable,they never cease to amaze me how tight they are with the dollar that they cant have a couple extra checkouts

My favorite vacation Walmart. I had to buy electronics to work while on vacation. Michaela knew which aisle without looking anything up for each of the three items I needed. In and out ASAP and everyone friendly. Reasonable prices though I usually avoid the cheapest brands unless the quality is identical.

I havent been to Walmart for along time. Thank you for the signage above the aisles, it helped me a lot. The water area looked a little bare. Just have to get used to the self-checkouts.

I came into the store about an hour before closing. Did my shopping. I went to use my card, and it had a hole in the mag strip (because I was a bonehead and tac it up on my board) the employees didnt think I could use it. I had close to $200 of needed groceries. They called Stacy up and she suspended my transaction and was able to process my transaction. Thank you so so so much for trying at least. They could have not even tried, said sorry and went on with closing. But the didnt. Thank you to Stacey!!!

This is a beautiful park on the water. Also fun to watch the boats go by and enjoy a picnic lunch.

Not crowded and had to wait to check out as there was 1 cashier but we were not in a hurry.

This location is one of the better Walmarts I have experienced. The employees are knowledgeable and if they dont know an answer they have always gotten me to the right person. Certain departments are difficult to find a team member in sometimes, but no worst than most Walmart. The grocery pickup is fantastic, and I have only good to say about it.

Pharmacy has been a struggle. Had to have my health care provider call them because they say they never got my approval and my approval letter from my provider was not good enough and they would not call my provider them selfs

Brought in bags i had purchased in cali to use for items. Cashier liked the bags. I explained that cali banned the use of thin non reusable bags and these were purchased b4 i moved 2 Minnesota.

Its pretty bad when theres not 1 cashier person open and you are forced into using the self check out!! AMERICA GET BACK TO WORK!!!!

Parking lot full of cars customers everywhere 2 lanes open with people to self checkout lanes open. Why have all those lanes if you are not going to man them? I hate Walmart! I rarely stop at Walmart and this is one of the reasons why.

Twice in the past couple months I have purchased a food item only to find out that it had expired last year. Products are clearly not being rotated and checked. Its incredibly frustrating to have to go back to the store and replace it .

I didnt get an answer when I did call. I did see the employees putting away the freight but it would be nice to walk in the store and see alot more shelves stocked.

They almost always have what I need at reasonable prices. They have signs on the floor to direct traffic in the store and you are met with someone offering a mask and hand sanitizer. I feel like they are taking sanitation seriously and with the extended hours its a lot easier to get the things you need at a time that works for almost everyone. Keep up the great work

Clean. Never enough in person checkouts. Self check option is usually available but im not a self checker. Inventory often low on popular items.Walmart grocery pick up is my choice for this store. Friendly people and I dont have to load heavy items myself. If there is a mistake (not often :)) iys easily then care of over the phone.

Management needs to monitor their check out lines better to insure their staffing meets the demand. Some people like the personal touch of working with a team member instead of E check out. I believe Sam Walton would like that.

Theres one associate that seems to think her only job is to follow certain customers around. Then again theres another associate that just stares at you when you walk in, she doesnt say hi.

My observations were all staff wore masks, they were wiping down after each customer checked out. Only saw one customer not wearing a mask . Appreciate the early hours on Tuesdays for seniors. Able to get everything on my list but one item which I thought was pretty darn good.

The customer service employee Stacy with blue hair Actually goes out of the way to not help the customers . I had purchased a car battery two days before, had my receipt, paid for the transaction with a portion in cash and a portion from a shop card . In order to afford the battery that day I had to actually return two other items to counter for my expense . She told me the only option for my return was that the entire transaction needed to be back in store credit even though I paid at least half of it cash . I explained I wanted my transaction returned the same way it was purchased and she humiliated me in front of a Line of people behind me by me having to share my financial situation and have her argue with me. She then proceeded to offend me to the point I am contacting multiple levels of management about how she sees it fit to help customers . She said there was no way the system wouldn’t allow her or anyone toPay me back my refund the way I had paid. I brought the battery to Hastings, and the transaction went as smooth as any such transaction should have . In fact I was given my entire refund in cash . She is a very snotty rude and mean person to go out of her way just because she didn’t want to return my refund on cash . Wasted my gas my time and even more time spent networking her absolutely discriminatory treatment to people returning. Beware of your return . She’s the kind of person that helps who she wants and decides who she wants to not help. Have had other previous experiences with this woman that also left me feeling like I was some sort of criminal by returning . She’s a joke, return people’s items as they purchased them . This shouldn’t have been such an ordeal nor did I deserve to be humiliated by this woman. Could care less what she thinks, I just wanted to return my item so I could get the part I needed for my car repair . Was unable to do that today thanks to this unhelpful spiteful employee.

Didnt have what I wanted

Really do not like this Walmart. We often will try to find a 2nd reason to go to Hastings just so we can justify not going to the Red Wing Walmart. We called the automotive department last weekend and they were rude and acted like we were bothering them by calling and asking about tires. We called hastings and they were extremely friendly. Next thing you know I was spending $600 on tires and some store stuff.

Everytime I shop this Walmart Im literally amazed at how busy this store is. With that said, I was still able to find the items I was looking for and at affordable prices.

I have never had any issues at this particular Walmart. The staff has always been polite and helpful, they generally have whatever i need at any given time(only rarely is anything out of stock, and then only because of the time i go during a big sale). Bonus points for never having to see/deal with the types of incidents you sadly see online too often.

I understand how Walmart doesnt get that if they opened back up 24 HRS, that there would be less people in the building at once. Then having to gather more people in a short time they are open now. And not like the shelfs are stocked up for the next day anyways ways.
