We had our couch delivered 3 weeks ago with one edge bowing out. They have not contacted us about when this will be fixed. We’ve called over and over but NO ONE has gotten back to us. Not even the owner. We even called the headquarters and they didn’t follow up. This happened after waiting for 8 months for the delivery..y

Great service and sales team. We were in search of a few pieces and explained our need to the team and they pointed us in the right direction of items that were reasonably priced and beautiful.

Our salesman was a very nice man, educated in the product, didnt beat around the bush about how long it may take to receive our order. Straightforward in all areas. A lesson could be learned from this man for future salesman.A true delight to work with, wish their were more in the world like him

I purchased a recliner from Slumberland in Red Wing. I also purchased the warranty after the salesman assured me that, “the warranty will cover absolutely anything that gets broken, etc.,…”. Within one week of delivery, the back of the chair broke and was unusable. I called the repair guy, per the warranty instructions and he informed me that it was not something that can be fixed. No problem, I purchased the extra warranty, right? However, when I informed Slumberland that I would need a replacement, they informed me that the break was not covered and I had basically thrown away $700. To top it off, I had to haul it back and forth to Slumberland and eventually, I paid $35. to dispose of it!

Went to slumberland yesterday with my son and grandson looking for a futon to use as a couch and sleeping bed for when my grandchildren come. Everyone was helpful. Dont remember his name but he explained the futons and how it would take to arrive. He then left us alone to make our decision. Everyone was informative and kind. I will definitely be back

Went in with the idea of what I wanted, Bob pointed me into the right direction. It was a fast and easy decision. I went right on my way with a smile on my face knowing I’m going to get a new bed frame soon!:)

My saleman was Artemus G. From Red Wing MN Slumberland, and i want to express how helpful, patient, and collected this gentleman was during my purchase. I had advised Artemus i had horrible neck pains, and am need of a new pillow. He asked me many questions about my sleeping patterns and positioning before we even looked at a pillow. During this time i felt as if i went to a doctor to be cured, even if my medicine was a pillow.We took time to lay me down on a similar mattress that i possess and had assumed every sleeping position i go through in the evening, and found the right one for me. The customer service in this industry is always phenomenal in my opinion, and hope this may be a stepping stone for other businesses to thrive on for their customers. Thank you Red Wing Slumberland!

When we called Bob he was able to find a similar sofa and got it in a couple of weeks. He is knowledgeable and professional and we will ask for him in the future.

I went into this store expecting the salespeople to hound us. It was not like that at all. They told us a few things about pricing sales and left us to browse. There were some pricey things but also some great bargains. There were just enough selections to not be overwhelming. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back in the future.

Great locally owned business. We ordered a sofa here back in November. Prior to placing the order staff were very up front about the fact that it would take several weeks to get our product due to the pandemic. We still chose to order. They were very friendly each time we came in to inquire about the status of our order. The staff that delivered our couch when it came two weeks ago were very professional. Tyler was a huge help! My husband and I were looking on the computer for a couch, we called the store and inquired about purchasing. After finding out most of everything is on back order because of Covid, Tyler found us a couch in stock and will get it delivered to us within 5 to 7 days, with a matching ottoman. It was a very quick process and we cannot wait to get our new sectional!!!

They allowed us to look around and offered help when they saw we needed it. We bought a sectional because we could buy the sections we wanted. This made it the perfect size to fit in the room we wanted it in. I wouldnt have known I could do this if the sales person hadnt helped us and told me.

The sales person was very conscious about safe distancing and cleanliness. The online price was lower than the display tag on the furniture. He was going to accept the online price and when the item was called up on the computer it also reflected the online sale. So no issues.I will shop at the Red Wing store again in the future.
