They did such a great job on my truck. Im a really picky person and they went above and beyond my expectations. Literally the body work on my truck is perfect. I have a black ram with flakes in the paint and they matched the bumper and tail gate perfectly. They also had my truck detailed so when I picked it up it was even more clean then when I dropped it off. Also the quickness of the repair and the communication from the entire team. So happy with the service from Reeds! Thank you guys!

I was blown away Reeds Autobody. I was recently in an accident and my hood was crunched up, my bumper was done for, and there were some other things that needed fixed. This shop went above and beyond. Every time I called, Angela was so sweet. This place really cares about you. Matt was so much help as well. When I got my car back it exceeded my expectations. They even vacuumed the inside and dusted. They put so much effort into the little things. I will definitely be coming back here with any future need. The work they did on my car was incredible, everything looked perfect and new!

Well where to begin, I a drive a BMW X5, and recently at the beginning of the year had major over spray damage. I was very upset, frantically thinking of what I could do to fix it. Fortunately I got everything taken care of through my insurance and did a numerous amount of research on finding the best facilities to take care of my problem.I was reluctant to find Reeds Auto Body, through extensive research. As a customer to many others, they were very courteous, showed diligent work and provided me with detailed information on what they planned to do during the process. They were able to assist my over spray damage very effectively. All though we can say, over spray is a very tedious and time consuming job, they were able to provide quality work and guaranteed the time it would take to get the work done. They were always notifying me what processes they were doing to my vehicle through email and phone.I would recommend Reeds Auto Body to anyone if it every came to over spray damage. To receive my vehicle they promised me was like buying a new car all over again.Thank you so much Reeds Auto Body!! Will forever be a grateful customer to quality work.

Not only did I get my car back in a shorter time than expected, and for half the price others were wanting but it came back looking so good the rest of the car looks blah now. The staff is super nice and so professional.. (I cant remember his name right now but I feel it started with a T) went over everything theyd be doing to fix my dent/scratched paint and the estimate was right on the dot so I knew exactly what I was getting into. I would recommend Reeds to family, friends, anyone and everyone and will go there again if I ever have damage to my car. I cant figure out how to post a before and after photo, or I would.

For the life of me, I cannot imagine anyone posting a negative review, moreover a negative review without comments...come on people, this is Dougs livelihood and these reviews really mean a lot to people that are looking for quality work. OK...now that Ive got that emotion out, Ive been in the auto and truck industry for over 40 years and Im telling you that this is one of the most professionally run shops that Ive ever had to pleasure of knowing. I drove 3 1/2 hours (from Pleasanton CA) to bring my car here and, so far, Doug and his team have exceeded my expectations (and I promise you, thats not easy)...and Im looking at over $30K worth of work (will post as soon as the car is finished) so, to state that Im finicky would be an understatement. Doug is honest, communicates very well, and his quality of work can only be described as awesome!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!

The best in Redding, I was missing a military coin for a year or so, our niro needed some hail damage repair and during the process they found my coin And left it in the cup holders all polished and how awesome of them. Plus they did a 5 star out of 5 stars excellent. AWESOME

This is my 4th time using reeds for auto body repair and they continue to get better and better. I hit a deer at 55mph with our van. It looked like the van might be totaled. Reeds worked with my State Farm agent to make sure that didnt happen. The van looks spectacular. Like it never happened. My wife and I couldnt be happier. I also really appreciate Angela and Todd, who work for reeds auto body. They always made sure I was kept in the loop. As a bonus, our van was magically fixed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They did a great job when I had to bring my Civic in there from an accident. Couldnt tell anything had happened to the vehicle. There was also a steering problem from the accident that they fixed perfectly as well. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs autobody and paint work. Thanks!

Pretty good Auto body shop. I had my wheel bearings done here, and they were the cheapest in town to have them done. I would totally go to them again.

I was treated terribly from my very first time I walked in the door and was told the owner did not want to talk to me the secretary sent me down to their shop where I talk to the manager who set up a date and put me on the board which would be sometime around early December I went today and was told by the owner to get the F out of his shop and he physically threw me out the door I dont have a single good thing to say about this guy the owner I dont know about the shop but the owner is terrible and I will never recommend him and I will make sure that all of my friends understand what happened to me there The owner of the shop or a store a business should never put their hands on one of their customers I could care less how angry you are at work but what reason they had maybe he doesnt understand he opened himself up the charges of assault anyway to make a long story long they put my name down over five months ago and I waited patiently and when I went to check they had a raced my name and he told me to get out of his Effen shop and then physically threw me out thats what happened.
