Great customer service answering all my questions, my car was ready earlier than the estimated pickup date, looks like new!
Very poor quality work and poor customer service recently. The work is supposedly guaranteed but when the bumper came loose they wanted to charge again to repair it. Also the paint didnt match well to the original paint on a 1 year old car. I will never use them again.
I was in an accident with my son on his 8th birthday and another driver blew a red light and hit us. I had gotten multiple quotes but when I walked in the door to Miller collision it just felt better right off the bat. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. There was a lot of work to be done on my truck and a lot of hiccups with insurance changing from the other driver to mine and the people there were on the ball with everything and handled it all perfectly. My truck came back in amazing condition and I could not be more grateful for the people at Miller!!! I would go to them again and I would recommend them to anyone that needs the services they provide because they will take care of you they have such integrity which is hard to find these days.
After having a bumper replaced by my insurance provider at this business in the past I backed into a pole outside of my house, the insurance Ive learned today had purchased a factory made bumper.I thought well this business did such quality work Im going to take my sons truck there and pay out of pocket, I go to pick it up yesterday and to my horror the plastic was hanging over the bumper, was easy to see the bumper was put on in a very short time. I told one of the employees I was not happy nor would I be with the over hanging plastic please Ill pay for the labor just put the old bumper back on that Id rather deal with the dint than the over hanging plastic.and wouldnt be happy with this bumper I go back today and the plastic still isnt flush still not satisfied, now I have a plastic lined bumper.Still upset they did not offer this option until today when the owner told me it would be another 400 dollars and I felt pressured into purchasing a 790 dollar bumper that is low quality.The staff was very polite, helpful and professional, the owner however is not. I would have been happy to pay the 988.04 I was quoted in the beginning. Wasnt looking for a deal I was expecting quality.
I was so upset my car had dust everywhere took it back they messed up on paint and charge my insurance and never told me I would never go there again .

All the staff was great in helping to get my car repaired from a critter strike. All I saw was a flash of white then something hit my front bumper and grill. Miller’s group of professionals took care of everything. Jennifer is the expert at insurance claims. John and Karen are there in the office to take care of things and are friendly and helpful. The paint guy is amazing at his job. The body work was done well. Everyone there provided great service. Thanks to all the crew at Miller’s!

They are always friendly and willing to help . Even if a mistake is made they gladly own it and take care of you. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Molly and crew have been serving this community for years and have been a great staple to the area .
5 stars is not enough for Miller Collision. I was driving back home to Colorado on a Sunday when I hit a deer, busting my radiator and front end. Jim the owner was willing to come in and get the process started, so I could get on the road sooner. Since, I didnt have a working car anymore, he even picked me up at the hotel and dropped me back off. Due to a delay in getting the right parts, I flew back home until the car was ready. They drove me to the airport and then when it was ready, Jim drove my car to the Sacramento airport, shortening my drive back to Colorado and saving me airfare. I cant imagine having a better customer service experience anywhere ever!
Lets face it - no one goes into a repair shop in a good mood. Its always a disaster that needs to be handled . . . (unless you are having your Lamborghini painted a flashy red!).My SUV was towed to Millers on memorial day weekend. I was really unhappy and then contending with a three-day wait just to have someone even look at it. To make things worse, I live almost 300 miles away from Redding.To my surprise, I received a call from Jim, who came in on a holiday to put the vehicle in a secure area. Jim could not have been kinder and he has continually gone out of his way to help with arrangments since the car was there.John at Millers also handled all of the insurance issues - it was a no-hassle repair for me.I highly recommend Millers, due to the excellent work and the great customer service I received.
Fast and friendly service! I had my car in for some damage from a hail storm and they worked with my insurance so I barely even had to lift a finger! I picked up my car yesterday and you couldn’t even tell there was ever any damage to it. Wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Miller Collision has been my go to body shop since I have been wrecking cars. I usually talk to Jim or Jennifer. They are both efficient and fast and always have my parts within a few days. I like to buy vehicles that have expensive paint jobs and someone always seems to ding or hit my nice cars. I like my vehicles to look perfect so I always tell them to take a little extra time. They have always treated me and my husband with respect and keep me informed with updates of my car. I will always go to Miller collision. They even made me extra little paint jars to touch anything up if I needed it. Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable
My truck was damaged in the Carr fire. Miller did an awesome job working with Totally Trucks to get everything fixed up. Great communication, very helpful explaining my insurance. Excellent team of people. Thank you Jim and the rest of the team, you guys rock!
Excellent friendly service. They do a great job of doing it right the first time but if something does go wrong they make it right quickly! Have used them many times & will continue to do so when ever needed!

Miller folks always come through with above and beyond service and speed. Jennifer waited for me to show because I was running late and got me booked and the job finished before the estimated time. Tracy stayed on top of the claim and informed me along the way on the progress. They even replaced a tire that had gon flat while in their care. Much appreciated folks!! I highly recommend them . I have had at least 4 claims handled over the last couple of years and they are absolutely consistent!
After getting a written estimate, having an in person and detailed conversation with the OWNER, they did work that was not authorized, work that I asked them not to do and more than doubled the original bill...after the fact. It didnt cost me any more than the deductible I was set to pay but they charged my insurance company more. Furthermore, I had my reasons requesting the job done as I had stated. They said we were mistaken or tantamount to a liar. After some phone tagging the unauthorized work was removed from the bill but that original bill still increased by approximately 700 dollars. Moral of the story is; they will pad the bill, gouge the insurance company and to hell with what customer wants. The paint has a lifetime guarantee...like Id ever go back.*Im adding to this post! My wife picked up the car and unfortunately did not look as close as I would have. I opened the truck and found it dirty and not put back together. The trunk security cover was just stuck in back and when I went to put it on I discovered why. All the plastic molding was forced back in place. It was loose, not flush, showing gaps and fasteners everywhere. As I open and close the trunk you can hear what I believe is broken parts moving inside the door. We will be reporting and filing with our insurance company on Monday. I guess we can add incompetence to there title.
Not impressed
I had a horrible experience, I would not recommend Miller to anyone. They had my car for two and a half weeks! When I went to pick the car up John was not clear on the payment through my insurance, so when I arrived my car was held hostage until I gave them the money out of my account. John also yelled at me that he didnt know what to do, slammed the paperwork on his desk and stomped out! Making my 6 year old daughter cry!The following things were a mess...Bumper was not on straightOverspray was on my back window, back lights, and in my carThe paint does not matchThey had broke 10 of the jewels off my license plate cover and tried to glue 2 back in Hopes I would not notice.They had also buffed and scratch both of my front headlightsWhen I went back for them to fix the problems the owner, Jim proceeded to YELL at me call me a drug addict and accused me of trying to not pay for the repairs when it wasnt my fault John didnt get proper payment from my insurance. He would not stop yelling at me until I was in tears and his daughter came to my defense and told him he was wrong, it was not me it was Johns mistake. He did not apologize he said, Im done with this, she can deal with Jen!. This was the worst experience, DO NOT CHOOSE MILLER!

My parked, vehicle was hit in a business parking lot on August 23, 2016. The at fault party handled my case extremely well. They supplied me with a rental. However, Jim Oliver, the manager at Miller Collision Center, gave me a date of Sept.2, 2016 & time of 5pm, to pick up my vehicle. I dropped off the rental car and arrived at the shop, only to be told it would not be ready until the next day, which was Saturday, September 3, 2016, the beginning of the Labor Day Holiday weekend. The rental driver had to take me back to get the rental back so that I could get home. What would have been better..... call me, let me know that it would not be ready, so that I could go home, instead of waiting around until 5pm, just to be told it wasnt ready. Molly delivered my vehicle to my home on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016,which I appreciated. However, the back hatch hard molding was not glued down and had a piece of the broken tail light inside. I immediately called Jim; he said he would pick the car up on Tuesday, after Labor Day, Sept 6, 2016, at my office and repair it. He did and relayed that one of the glass hatch lift pieces must have broken when the parts were put back together and he would take care of it, which he did. On September 20, 2016, I noticed that the back hatch hard molding was separating again. I called Jim on his cell to relay this. He said I would have to bring the car in for repair and wait while it was being repaired. I asked if someone could come pick it up, as I am working and cannot just leave and wait. He stated he had no one to do this, so I arrived at the shop on Sept 23, 2016 at 7:45am, our agreed time. I watched the technician take the hard molding off and reattach; there was still a gap, which I then tried to explain to Jim Oliver. As I was speaking, he just walked away. He returned later to remind me that my car was old and that this was as good as it was going to get. My vehicle back hatch NEVER had gaps until they took it apart for the initial repairs. On Sept. 29, 2016, a black plastic round piece popped out of my back hard hatch and now when I try to push up the hard pieces that connect to each other, there is a popping noise, which I will again be seeing Jim about tomorrow, Sept 30, 2016. Took in my Cts after hitting a deer. I was very concerned as the color is hard to match with greens, blues and grey. The finished result was amazing!! We checked to color from every angle and the panels to make sure they fit snug and it was perfection! They kept in contact with me the whole time they had my car and kept me updated with everything that they were doing. Hopefully I dont have to ever come back lol, but if I ever had another accident this would be the only place I would bring my car to be fixed. Their customer service was outstanding as well. If I could give more stars I would, this is the best collision repair!

I was in a terrible accident and thought for sure my car was beyond repair. I was recommended to see Jim at Miller Collision Center by a few friends that had gotten work done there and let me tell you it was a recommendation well received! Jim was so welcoming and reassuring that he would be able to fix my car back to as good as new and what an amazing job he did - almost felt like I was buying a car off of the lot at a dealership! Loved working with Miller Collision, they were very helpful and knowledgable with claims experiences regarding insurance and it made losing my car to a total loss way easier and smooth getting into a rental car and sorting things out with getting my insurance company to pay out. Very good there for your cars
I got my car back a little over 2 months ago. They didnt listen to my instructions to not roll down my rear window. As it gets stuck. And had an appt to get it repaired elsewhere. They rolled it down anyways. They offered to repair it free of charge due to them saying the last place did it wrong. Which was great at the time. But they voided my warranty through the other repair shop. And my window is broke again and there is no warranty. I tried to explain this, and keep getting told it was done in goodwill, ya but voiding my warranty should mean u offer one on your work and/or parts. And then i got hung up on by the owner, so not very helpful. :( not happy.

I recently had work done to my 03 Nissan Altima by Miller Collision center. There are so many choices in Redding and I just moved here last year, but I really felt comfortable handing over my car to them. Although the process took longer than I anticipated(Insurance company was a little slow) Miller kept in contact with me through the whole process. Not only did the office staff call and keep me informed, but the owner Jim would keep me updated as well. Hopefully I never have to see them again, but if I do I feel pretty good about it. If your looking for auto body work, give them a shot.

Had an appointment to have a few simple things repaired on my vehicle. (AC, center console, car buffed) they called and left a message the day before my appointment saying they needed to reschedule for the following Tuesday. So next Tuesday comes around and they call again rescheduling for the next following Tuesday again. Have had an appointment with them for weeks now and being cancelled on twice with very rude customer service. Its been over 100 degrees. And dont understand why we would need to have our appointment pushed back so many times. Very disappointed in how they run their business and their appointments. Will not be trying to go back there. And definitely dont recommend them.
Ive lived in Redding for 50 years and this is the WORST customer experience I have ever had! It was a simple job to replace a window and mirror. They called to tell me the parts were in so I brought the truck back only to be told the actual cost of the mirror was going to be $580 rather than the $360 they had quoted. It would have been nice if they had mentioned this when they called to say the parts were in. Jim was very confrontational and extremely rude when I questioned him about such a significant departure from the original estimate on such a basic part on a ten year old truck. I asked about searching for a used mirror which they agreed to look into but then decided it wasnt worth their trouble and called me and told me to just come and get my truck. My truck was there for six full days and now Im having it repaired at the dealership, with new parts, for less than Miller was going to charge. I WOULDNT GO BACK TO MILLER IF IT WAS THE LAST SHOP IN REDDING!
