Wish I never purchased the service package with my Toyota. Im here at 6am waiting in line to get my oil changed because they no longer take appointments (more than 1 month waiting list for that). The only way to get service is to get here an hour before shop opens. If you come afternoon they will turn you away or ask you to leave your vehicle overnight or longer. I would have done the service myself or taken it to another shop in town if I could do it all over again. Theres no indication that lithia service will ever get faster but instead will get slower. Also, they tried to sell me a new set of tires after less than 16k miles on my vehicle total. And they have never replied to any email, phone call (voice mail) that Ive sent. Even if their service is good, it doesnt matter if you cant get that service. I regret buying the service package with my new toyota.

Dropped my car off at 10am and was quoted 3 hours to complete a list including oil change and condition, coolant exchange, clean fuel system, crank case cleaning and mount and balance four tires (from snow tires to radials) I just moved here from central Oregon. Car was not completed before they closed at 6 pm and didn’t call me to tell me it was going to be even longer than the 3 hour job quoted. Just call. Toyota’s are so reliable but when it get hectic in service department just call.

They dont answer their phone and when they do answer their phone you get bounced around and you cant get a person to answer other than the operator. Personally that is poor customer service for a dealership.
This place is a joke!! I live 30 minutes away and drove here 3 times to get an oil change on the van I bought from here, got the oil change for life warranty and all 3 times they dont have time to change the oil. This place says they close at 6 but got here at 3:45 and still dont have time to change the oil. What good is a warranty if you dont honor it! Poor customer service.

Service department is a joke. Set up an appointment to have my car looked at a week in advance i show up and they dont gave have my appointment in their system. Then they day they want to charge me $150 per concern I have to diagnose it. I purchased a 3 year warranty that I know covers the concerns I have. Worst service by the folks in service and parts. I drove 1.5 hours from yreka to redding in order to do this and now the day is completely wasted.

Always get service here. This is not our first car we bought at Lithia. We came back because of the service Dept. Is on the ball and is very professional. You cant beat Toyotas reliability and resell.
We took our yodatruck in to find out what is going on, they checked, and put the spark plug wires on wrong drove truck home that way blew out the muffler, and 4,000.00 later truck new motor and running thanks to bills auto in Weaverville and my husband
