Fantastic sausage. Personally I love the andouille sausage the best, but honestly I have never been disappointed by any of their offerings. If you havent tried them do so! You wont be disappointed!

Furnari makes a number of sausage types and among these is the very best Italian sausage I have ever tasted. I am happy to see that these are now available in certain grocery stores, such as Holiday Market in Palo Cedro.

I had been going along in my life buying Jimmy Dean and similar at the grocery store. Then one day I tried Furnaris Italian. I went back and tried some Furnaris Sicilian.... and now I could never go back to grocery market sausage. What an amazing difference! I have picked up my Furnaris sausage at the Farmers Mkt. and at their shop in the downtown mall. The shop smells delicious. Fresh Herbs and spices drying in racks and a delicate waft of fresh meats and you know this is the real deal.
