Great store. Matches good pricing with lots of items and brand choices

Theyve been consistently lower than everybody else. A few products by several dollars and a few by cents.Either way, the total cost is less.Same products. Not store label.

Its a great place to shop for groceries. I always spend less at winco than I do at Walmart. Also their better stocked in my opinion. Around the 1st 10 days of the month they can be very crowded do to people who get their income and ebt around that time. So I avoid it during that time period. Oh just so you know they dont accept credit cards. But I just make sure to have enough cash or my debit card with me.

This place is amazing. The people are extremely helpful. They are helpful to growers, and I cannot say enough how awesome they are. They go beyond without trying to sell you stuff you dont need. I highly recommend them

I appreciate the bins how they bag and tag the product now- keep doing that!The store is busy and pretty clean. I wish they had a lot more fruits, lots of lemons, oranges and apples (even rocket apples- in a plastic box- that are some of the best apples), lots of grapes, some melons and a row of bananas... pretty stock fruits no real exotics like golden kiwis (some of the best nutritional fruits) ... but they do have lots of the stock fruit- I just need a rotation, sorry.Its easy an easy grab kinda store with long checkout lines -they have like Costco does- pizzas by the slice or box up front for sale.All in all not a bad place to ship, wide variety of foods and decent prices

Very good place to do food shopping. You can find almost any food item you need at a reasonable price and the staff has always been helpful and courteous to me.

Nice to be able to shop at 3 a.m. theres hardly anyone in there except stockers and your never forced to be any less than 6 feet away from anyone. Greindly staff

This is my favorite grocery store here in Redding, though I admit there a couple of newer stores I have yet to patronize. I find that the vegetables and fruits to be of good quality; th deli has a nice selection of meats and cheeses, there are good finds in their bulk bins (especially spices) and the rest of the store has enough discounted products to always make it worth my while to come here. The bakery has a lot of good options as well, the WinCo Roasted Garlic Sourdough bread is one of my favorites and a regular staple in my home.

Great employee owned store. Bulk foods, store deli, bakery, and meat department. Lowest prices in town. If you dont mind bagging your own groceries, you get a lot for your money.

I love WinCo and wish they had locations in the bay area near me. 24 hours, cheap, extensive selection, employee owned.Where else can you get 2.2 lbs of dehydrated sour cream for the apocalypse? Or fresh cashew butter at reasonable prices? Or 50 lbs of dog food for $18?They dont accept credit cards, which is a little bit of a bummer, but they do accept debit, so be prepared.

Always the best prices on produce, meat, seafood and dairy. They have great selection of their store brand products that are just as good as the name brand products. The people are courteous, the store is clean and efficient. This is my favorite, and my husband loves their fried chicken.

The Color of all the meat is always wrong. However usually great prices on their promo deals, which are usually on the first row when you enter the store. They are also down the center isle. Large fresh veggies selection. You can also get bulk food here.

Not the store but their gift card balance system. I recently got a 100.00 gift card in the mail with no return address, just from your friendly neighbor, Fred. Tried to check balance online AND phone, what a joke! All I want to know is this: is it legit or not? Cant help but smell a scam, since if something seems to be too good to be true then maybe it is. Beware!

WinCo is the only place Ill go to do my main food shopping. But the only reason I gave them four stars is a really need to do their bathrooms they need to go in there and steam clean their bathrooms I was there today July 6th 2021 at 9:00 this morning and their ladies bathroom needs to be steam clean especially with this covid-19. Even though you dont have to wear a mask no more but still they should steam clean their bathrooms. Thats why I gave them only 4 stars

The store is great,The checker was rude and every thing she ring up she slammed it on the counter. She did not speak to either my wife or myself only to see how many bags I was using,she literally stopped ring thing up to come check to see how many after my wife told her 4.. I only used 3...operator # 58069,she had her name tag covered up.

Great prices. Dont go here the first week of the month it is a mad house!!! Their produce is not bad for sale day or next day eats but beyond that it spoils to fast.

WinCo has a large inventory of quality products. They had everything that was on my long list. WinCo is in a huge building and I feel like I have had a work out after shopping the entire store. WinCo loses a star because of their lousy carts. Good luck finding one that pushes easily or in a staight line. It is too big and busy a store to have to struggle with such lousy carts. I do very much appreciate WinCos efforts in keeping their customers and staff safe and healthy during the Covid 19 pandemic right up to todays visit. Well done!

I have shopped at Winco for several years and have always appreciated their prices and selections. Over the past several months of the Covid pandemic I have noticed a percentage of shoppers in their selfish ignorance disregarding social distancing and the mask mandate, putting the rest of the shoppers at risk. The posted notice at the entrance stating masks were required and shoppers would not be checked out at the cashier without masking was encouraging at first however has had little effect on the mask deniers. Today while at the cashier line a couple with their two boys were in line ahead of me, without facial covering. I brought this to the attention of the checker who had been told not to confront unmasked shoppers to help enforce the mandate and asked her why she was allowing these shoppers through the checkout line and referred to the notice at the entrance of the store. She replied that she was unaware of the posted policy. At that point I asked to speak with the store manager. I then was approached by Kelly, who identified himself as the checker supervisor. My concerns were presented to him and asked why they were not following through with the mask proclamation at the entrance. His response was that it would be too difficult to re shelve the grocery items that unmasked people brought to the checkout. So the poster was a lie and mask deniers are fully aware that there would be no repercussion for their refusal to mask and put the rest of us in jeopardy. It is this business attitude that is partially responsible for the explosion of infections and deaths increasing daily. My question is why do they even post this purported response at the entrance if they have no intention of following through? I suspect it is to appease the public health officials and make masked shoppers more comfortable thinking that Winco is doing their share to protect the health of their patrons. They should follow the Costco model and ask shoppers to either masks or be escorted from the store, truly a business that has the health of its patrons in concern, unlike Winco. Think about it, people. We are entering the winter phase of the pandemic with an exponential increase in infection rate and deaths. Do you want to trust Winco to act in your best interest. I dont.

Associates appeared busy unlike Slave labor communist party loving Walmart. What a mess that place is(Walmart), right?The grapes were 1.98 pound. Salads were 3.58 each, prices vary. Dressings were .38 each. Oreos were less than 4.00.This place is hot but clean like a Republican Community and remember if you are fleeing your side walk shi$ infested sidewalks and tent cities, make better political choices when voting.Democrats deflect alot. So hear the opposite of what they say and vote Republican or Independent. Regardless who you vote for the algorithm will switch it Democratic.Good day

Winco deals are amazing! They literally have the best candy isle ever. Its im possible to even decide. And there bakery is spot on!

WinCo has lots of parking spaces. The store itself is big, but the prices are okay. I ate a pizza at the exit, but it didnt taste very good, there was more toppings below the pizza than on it because they used so much oil.

Extremely helpful over the phone they went out of their way for me to price check Im from out of town and I really had a pleasant interaction with them and hello who doesnt love a 24/7 store oh my goodness Ive never heard of a market open 24/7.My only thing I wasnt happy about is that they dont have a store brand organic products but, thats fine they do have a fresh vegetable and fruit organic section and they carry some organic products. Overall I was happy how they treated me with so much patience helped with every question with kindness and that is a 5 star customer service. Thanks winco great job.

I was super happy they were even open at nearly midnight. When your plans change and you cant go home for dinner and youre on a restricted diet, the grocery store is where you need to be. All the employees were super helpful. I found lots of great llama Halloween things. And they had pamprin on the Shelf not locked up like other places, and it was at a much better price.

I found everything I needed and was able to check out quickly.

Its a winco...not much to say there. Store is clean. Employees are friendly. My only negative (that is not really negative) is personally I would love it if my local winco would add tap pay as a form of payment. I use my phone and watch a lot to purchase things around town and it would be helpful if I could use this form of payment in store.

Arrived at the Redding, CA location around 1130pm - neither the parking lot nor the store was crowded; TY Winco for resuming your 24hr hours! Was able to get what I needed and for reasonable prices.

Pretty good. Large selection, good prices. Wish they would take credit cards. But besides that great, like the choice of paper or plastic bags.

Winco is a great place to shop!! They always have everything I need in stock. They have a great variety of products to pick from and the prices are always great. Winco being lower in price but just as good quality of every other grocery stores around I do my major monthly shopping here. Ive compared prices at Walmart and Safeway 2 other stores I sometimes shop from for convenience being sometime closer and Winco is defiantly a lot cheaper and always has exactly what I need means there always stocking. I think the only thing that sometime not always makes me sometime go somewhere else is just sometime to crowded. But thats only because u can get whatever from food to laundry soap to even some random cool nick nacks they have in at different time and as curious as I am I always have to look at the I call fun isle of random things they put out.also another great thing Winco offeres is there food bins and awsome Pizza! Not only can you get any kind of candy, ingredients, and even cereals, you can also get a great deal on dog food or cat food at a great price and my animals never complained when Ive had to get them this food for them. All in all great place great and great staff!!

My family loves shopping at Winco. They always have the best prices on grocery items and their product selection is really good. Their produce and meat usually keep until their suggested use by dates. The Redding Winco store and parking lot are always fairly clean. The service is good too, although you may wait in line for a bit longer than other places because you pack your own groceries at checkout.

This wasnt one of my best Winco experiences. The store was not as clean as most and a lot of customers werent wearing masks. I thought the product selection was limited. Although the cashier was very fast, the lines were long.

If youre new to Redding there is a lot of places you can go shopping for foodfor such a small townyou have a lot of choices.... but definitely keep WinCo at the top of the list.their prices are better than mostand they have pretty much anything you can think of as far as a supermarket goes in one building.And dont forget they cook fresh stuff in the back like fresh fried chicken and stuff of that nature .as youre walking out the front door they have a pizza shop to entice you that one last time.so you can keep the kiddos happy as you shop and take care of that list at the same time.The employees look busybut they are very happy to help .the cleanliness of the store is pretty good the shelves are well-stocked and well-organized.

WinCo is the best prices for the whole cart, a company you can feel good supporting, and has bulk bin foods that no one else does. Love them! Just make sure you have your debit card because they help keep prices low by not taking credit cards that charge the store fees.
