Hot Topic seriously has the best employees in town, every time my girls and I stop by the staff is always welcoming, exceedingly helpful and always smiling. Seriously, if youre ever feeling down or simply need to lift your spirits, stop by this store, youll walk away with adorable merch and a smile on your face. Not only that, but Hot Topic always has incredible deals, not to mention their Hot Cash which always saves us so much money!

The people are super nice but the only thing is that I ordered a headband almost 1 month ago and it still hasnt came in yet. Also there ordering time takes a lot more time then they say so if you order something expect it to be in 5 weeks late

All of my children love this store. They all are into anime and kpop so this store is an easy choice. They offer a military discount of 10% which makes things easier on me!

They didnt have the size I needed so they orded it and had it shipped to store for free. They were on top of letting me know when item came in.

A great place to stop at the mall, they always have something new. Overall great staff, and a clean place. Covid precautions were in place and enforced. They have a capacity limit and masks are required. Great place!

Super friendly staff. The store was in the middle of a change in management, so a bit of a mess. The staff was quick to apologize and explain. They were incredible helpful. My son was able to leave the store with several items after spending a bunch of fruitless time in the rest of the mall.

Really great customer service and huge selection of merchandise. Convenient location inside the mall. Isle sale rack drew me in and I bought 2 dresses. Very relevant to todays styles. Im normally a Macys shopper but now Ill always peek in to Hot Topics whenever I go to the mall.

As a kid I was straight obsessed with hot topic, as an adult Im still obsessed with hot topic. They always have great sales going on. Their seller for me is their selection or t-shirts. Always pretty good quality and the sizes arent weird. One of the only stores that I fit into a small and its not like loose on the neck tight on the arms type situation. Friendly employees, one of the better stores in the mall

Rud manager. Totally bought over 30 dollars worth stuff . She walk around. Saying if you buy more. We will add your discount !!!! Ok cool. ... so we did. But we also had a coupon for cash for 15 dollars. She only honor my coupon. Yet she walk around explicit selling the coupon for the day. Please buy more. .... what a joke. Im happy with my product. Not happy w the manger. Your making a sale. On toys. That are old. Get rid of them. Get new stuff in.... thats why they are sells.!!!!

Such a fun store! Great gift items for adults and kids. Lots to see if youve just got a half hour to kill, but youll probably end up buying something you didnt know you needed.

I use to love this store. It has become more of a pop culture store then alternative punk music store it once was. It still has some cool stuff. But how the stuff is organized reminds me of an episode of hoarders. Piles of stuff and racks block the walk ways making it hard to shop..............................................................................................

I was in the Redding Hot Topic and the manager made a very rude comment with a curse word to everyone standing in line. Another employee had to apologize for him. I was very upset because I am a frequent shopper at Hot Topic. He needs to take a customer service class or maybe take lessons from the other employees.

Great stuff but get them a bigger store! You cant move in the store if you have a bag or purse let alone things you want to buy!

The store is a bit disorganized and hard to find things if you arent familiar with where they are before going in. The sale wall at the back was hard to distinguish what was on sale with what wasnt. The quality of items though is top notch, for a very decent price.
