If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t normally go out of my way to leave a negative review but this is quite literally the most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered. On several (more than I care to admit) occasions now, I have spent 1 1/2 -2 1/2 hours picking up a prescription in the drive through or inside line. These are prescriptions the pharmacy claimed to be ready. I waited, trying to be understanding that everywhere you go is short staffed, only to be told that my prescription is not ready and I’ll need to come back. Then I can hear the pharmacy staff talking to each other and saying how there’s no way this customer or that one has been in line for an hour. One of them even yelled at a man in the drive thru for not understanding how he waited in line for 2 hours to get his kid a covid test and once he got up to the drive thru, they were closed. They claimed they put a closed sign out but I was sitting in my car watching snd I assure you, they did not! And they treat people horribly! I will not be going back. Worst customer service ever!

Ive used their photo center many times in last 3 years. They were the best efficient IN THE PAST. I know this cant find people to hire thing is happening now. But giant Corporation s like Walgreens and Wal Mart have to pay their clerical more a fair wage for their employees to survive. Then they will have more than one employee expected to do everything. From checking people out to help with the photos. It took me over an hour having to use two of their machines first one not working and the poor lone clerk had to keep calling the photo woman from back to help me. Three times. Then after set up sent to printer she left again. Waited an hour found out she didnt start the printing. Again the one clerk came from cashiers area to just took one minute on a register there to start it. Why didnt the photo person do that. I was buying $65 worth if had been waited on correctly would have been over $150 like before. The lone clerk was very friendly helpful. Maybe that photo knowledgeable isnt because she is being paid peon wages for professional photo training. As for the horrible reviews re pharmacy. Again this is a multi million or billion corporation. They can afford to pay more than fast food. More than $16 an hour house cleaners get $35 an hour. Knowledgeable photo and pharmacy workers and your cashiers deserve more than $7 or $10 an hour. Secound Review from October another photo experience. Very knowledgeable store clerk tried for 35 min to help me download pictures from my cellphone. Explained they had been uploaded into Google cloud and helped me to install Walgreens app which has photos so could see all. However it too wouldnt let me print Google photos but I found out how to install Google photos app and sent over 100 to their store for printing. Were done in 45 min. Again I had to do the enlargements separate. The store was full of customers before Halloween and yet there were at least 2 employees helping me and multiple other customers at photo area while on the phone answering calls about products in store same time. All the clerks were very polite and patient with me and others. I hope this 2nd largest Natl Pharmacy chain increased their pay and is hiring more. The clerical on the front line deserve better pay.

Never again will I or anyone in my family use this pharmacy.I understand being understaffed is not desirable, However; being rude and saying things just to get someone away from the counter is very unprofessional.My wife had a C-section and the doctor sent a prescription here. I called when leaving the hospital to make sure the prescription was ready, they told me it was. When we pulled up to the pharmacy they told me it was not ready and that it would take 2 hours. Mind you, my wife had just had a C-section the day before so she was in a lot of pain and needed her medication. I dropped her off at home and went back to the pharmacy 3 hours later and it still was not ready. They told me 30 minutes so I waited 30 minutes, and it still was not ready.. so I asked how long it was going to take in the man said, It depends on the prescription its not up to us how long it takes. If you were to have waited inside the pharmacy your prescription would be done faster.😂😡🤯She had 4 prescriptions all together, I ended up waiting 5 hours and left with two of the four prescriptions and arrived home to my wife in excruciating pain because they cant seem to do their job, or even tell me when or if it will be ready.

Professionals??? How about huge waste of time and money!!! You took passport photos with mouths open!!!! They were $75 of trash and wasted a entire day of my life because you people dont train your employees on how that works!!! Its not my job to know, thats why I paid so called professionals... Why even offer to take useless pictures??? Its false advertising! You dont do passport photos you charge for useless scrap paper that cant be used! I paid for passport photos to get done for a VERY specific reason and you completely failed the literal ONLY JOB YOU HAD!!!!! Go anyplace but these people.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. LONG I mean…LONG sometimes 2+ hour wait times. Poor customer service. Incompetent pharmacists-besides the lady she fixed some issues. The manager was Sean and he helped with a lot of issues but I don’t know where he went or what is going on lately but this is excruciating to deal with. These are medications for people in need of them and we are paying customers—-get it together Walgreens.

To start Im having my prescription mailed home, each time that theyre refilled I seem to have to redo this himail home thing, SECOND I had 3 prescription ready and called said pharmacy to make sure all 3 medicines 💊 would be mailed to me, I got back from pharmacist, yes all prescriptions will be mailed out that next day which would have been APRIL 26, 3021 WELL.....ITS NOW MAY 1, 2021 I I called the pharmacy today they told me that theyre mailed (this means just being picked up from from pharmacy) THIS MORNING! Not to mention when I asked why, I WAS TOLD WE ARE VERY BUSY. From where I live to Walgreens I could have walked (if able) theyre and back in 1 hour or less. Terrible pharmacy and staff. Extremely rude over the phone and in person. Also, they rarely carry common prescriptions. Apparently Walgreens as a whole is just turning for the worse. It’s a constant problem trying to deal with their pharmacy. They also won’t pay their workers enough which is causing everyone to be short staffed. I see why no one would want to work for them. For those of you who do work for them, you chose that job so stop being rude to people with normal questions. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Almost every single time I have been to this pharmacy there’s always some sort of issue. i’ve always been very responsible about refilling my prescriptions on time and a few days ahead before I actually even need to pick it up to ensure that it will be available with no issues and yet here I am again today the third month in a row where I’ve come to pick up my prescription and it said it was available and for some reason they cannot give it to me and I have to wait either a few hours or a few more days. every time I’ve been there I think there’s only been one staff member who was genuinely nice and helpful the rest seem like they don’t give a sh*t and hate their jobs. I only continue to go here because it’s one of the only 24 hour pharmacy is available that is nearby.

Every time I use them I tell myself this is the last time. Walgreens has been my pharmacy for 20 years and the past 5 years has been horrible. Today I dropped off a prescription @ 11am and provided my new insurance card. I was told it would take 1-2 hours, no problem and asked them to call me when ready. 5:30pm still no call so went there to get it. No one was in the drive thru line so I was excited thinking the wait wouldn’t be long. I was sitting there for 10-15 minutes before being acknowledged. Was asked if I had insurance and I told the lady I provided it when I dropped off the RX, she asked for it again. She then tells me that 1 of the medication isn’t covered with my insurance through Walgreens and that it would be $250 or I could try somewhere else. The other RX was covered. I asked to pay for the 1 that was covered and asked for the prescription RX back for the other one that wasn’t covered to try somewhere else. She said she couldn’t due that, and I can just go to another pharmacy who can call Walgreens for the information. I asked if she could at least right down the name of the prescription that wasn’t covered so I knew what it was and she refused. I then canceled the whole order, requested my RX back. I went over to Rite Aide they ware happy to fill the prescription, said it would only take 20 mins and even though the item wasn’t covered they only charged me $16 for it. Walgreens wanted $250 for 30 pills. How does that make sense. Rite Aide just got a new customer! Thanks Walgreens.

The Customer service is awful. I came in at 4 o’clock and made one photo collage, they said it would be ready by five. I ran some errands and came back at 7:30 which I thought would be enough time, when I got there the lady with the curly hair (Ada?)said that it wasn’t processed yet, she couldn’t find my order. Then walked away and told the other guy to help me but didn’t even explain anything. So I had to explain everything to him. Not once did either of those employees call for help or ask a manager. I was there for close to 40 minutes just standing there for the manager to come back not because they asked but because she just came back from lunch I told her my name and she grabbed it from the back with my name on it where it was supposed to be and not once did I get an apology. All the manager had to say was “I was on lunch” and shrugged her shoulders. Never again.

My boyfriend was prescribed allergy medicine and didn’t have time to get it during the week, well he went around four am and the guy at the pharmacy asked him what he needed these pills for at four am and when my boyfriend said he was waiting to get paid the pharmacist said “it’s only seven dollars”. so incredibly rude. if you don’t like customers coming at four am for their meds. don’t be open 24 hours 🤷🏼‍♀️

Put on hold, 3 people in front of me, wait 30 minutes, cycle through 4 different hold tones as the phone rings and no one picks up, hung up on. Call again, same thing, same amount of time, automated system tries to connect me to someone via the phone, pointless, happens every month without fail even with refills sent in 2 weeks in advance, absolute state of incompetence, I miss Owens.

Waited in drive thru for 45 min, with 2 cars in front of me. When I am helped I am told I dont have a prescription to pick up. I told the attendant I was called and told I had a prescription ready, and he simply said I didnt. I get home and call, and a different attendant immediately found it and said it has been ready since yesterday. Please do something, this person is not just a cashier, he hands out LIFE SAVING MEDICINE, not candy bars. He should be held to a higher standard.

2nd time I tried to get a medication transfered and they botched it up. They said they didnt get it but I got an email saying they did. So they call my doctor and mess that up too. Heading into week 2 with no medication or answers. Tried pharmacy chat and not working. Im afraid if I call theyll be rude again. Theyve been short a few times with me and witnessed others getting hammered on too. I understand its a busy location but almost 2 weeks no excuse for this.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve EVER been to. Was told my Rx would be ready at 4:15. Came in 5 1/2 hours later to be told it wasn’t ready yet and that I needed to wait another 1/2 hour. Every time ANY doctor office sends over a rx for me, Walgreens claims they never received it. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I understand its a busy time of year and the photo department is swarmed. I am a very patient person. Ive used Walgreens in the past at other locations, and Ive worked in retail myself--but that one lady in the photo department takes the cake in passive-aggressive rudeness. This Pharmacy is poorly organized! 4hrs after dropping off a prescription, they had not even started it! I was told to give them 15 min. Then the unshowered female behind the counter got an attitude with me when I asked if I should come back, after I had waited 45min! Another lady had been waiting an hr for medication they got wrong for her daughter. I watched one lady working hard.The other was greeting friends at the window. Like there was no rush! While the unshowered one walked in circles, attempting to look busy. I will be changing Pharmacies!

I have had friendly and helpful employees in the store and pharmacy. I make sure I check, before going, to make sure my prescriptions are ready. The store is clean and has many useful and interesting things to buy. They have a fridge and freezer section with all sorts of beverages and even some frozen dinners and ice cream. If Im not up to going grocery shopping, I get milk, eggs and bread, sometimes a frozen dinner there before leaving for home. They were one of the first stores to put up a plexiglass shield between employees and customers and the use of floor markings every six feet.

Honestly the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve lived in 6 different states so that’s pretty bad. The slowest service you could ever imagine. I’ve used Walgreens pharmacy most of my life so having to change pharmacies is a massive disappointment. Had just gotten out of emergency room with prescript in the middle of the night and was told to get it filled immediately. Went to this Walgreens as they are the only one open. They said they could fill it the next day and would text in the morning. No text, no urgency. Is going anyway to see what can be done.

I dont normally write reviews, but the employees in this pharmacy are absolutely ridiculous.Went in today to pick up a prescription for my mother, and was told it would be a few hours of waiting. After hearing this nonsense on a monthly basis, we went home for a few hours; as we were told it should be 2 hours maximum. I take her to the pharmacy 3 hours later (more than enough time, as far as we were told), and the woman working pharmacy said it would probably be a few more hours. My mother (who is elderly and disabled) leaned on the counter briefly for leverage, as her balance isnt great, that same woman decides to make a snarky remark about how she can sit and wait with the most disrespectful tone Ive ever heard a customer use towards a customer.So alright, thats fine. I drive her back home. As soon as we get there, she finds out via their phone service, that her prescription is ready. We get help from a different pharmacy technician, and after we calmly said this was our third time coming here, she interrupts with this You dont need to yell at me nonsense. Keep in mind, nobody was yelling.So while she gets the prescription, she decides to play the victim and run her mouth to her supervisor, saying something along the lines that we were yelling at her or something. Instead of actually listening, the supervisor ignores us and sides with his HORRIBLE employees.This pharmacy is the most sketchy, disrespectful, horribly run establishment Ive ever had the misfortune of experiencing. These women were at least in their late 40s and running their mouths like 16 year old brats. And on top of that, they have an incompetent supervisor who decides to treat customers like trash, despite not knowing both sides of the story.If you have any sense, you will avoid these horrible people.Although I will say, the cashiers at the front are very sweet and polite. Maybe they should teach their pharmacy technicians a lesson in manners.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I would only recommend going here if you never plan on receiving your prescriptions. They lost both mine and my daughters prescriptions multiple times now. The first couple of times I accepted the mistake but literally every time I have had a prescription sent here (or even when I just took one in) I have had it either completely lost or misplaced so that it never got filled and I had to go back multiple times due to their incompetence and neglect.

Went there twice in 2 days to see if my prescription was done. Was promised a certain time, date and phone call/text. Didn’t receive any. So when I finally went there the basic attitude was well we don’t have it. Chantal should of apologize especially cause she the one who promised me all this then she had the audacity to argue with me. When I brought up what she said. Plus the line was incredibly long and no manager or supervisor stepped in to help assist. I’m so appalled by their lack of service in the pharmacy department especially when the pharmacy is suppose to be the face of the company.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. Not only do they drag their feet in the process, the morning pharmacy technicians are incredibly rude and disrespectful. On top of that, they have a supervisor who doesnt know the meaning of customer service. If you value respect and common decency, go to Owens Pharmacy. Seems like they just picked up a handful of haggard trash and hired them.

This place is one of the worst. In the last two months we have had to call the insurance to call this Walgreens to let them know the insurance was active/ never had been canceled. And still they wouldn’t fill the prescriptions. They are exceptionally rude. When picking up one that was filled a couple months ago. They would not let me pay for it right away. Instead I had to step to the other window so the pharmacist could tell me about the meds. Then I was told to go to the end of the line and wait so I could go up and pay. Altogether I was in there for over an hour just to pick up the meds. Today they were rude. And when I tried to ask a question. They just walked away. This place is the most unprofessional place I think I have ever seen. It may be open 24 hrs a day. But it is not worth it. Not to mention other places are much faster in filling prescriptions.

Dont know why I visited this store again. Was standing with my family (little kid included) and had a manager just impose his way through the section, we were browsing. He said nothing, he was talking loudly to another employee about 10 ft, away, and just kind of barged through while saying nothing. Pretty much just made it about the rudest action ever. Dont get the bad reviews this place has saved me multiple times. I work in fire and travel from so cal to nor cal throughout the year and have had nothing but problems at other places like cvs. walgreens has always seen who I was and never given me trouble filling my prescription in redding or so cal depending on where I am at and I thank them for that.

They need to hire more people!!!Correction this pharmacy is the worst. I am convinced that if this pharmacy wasnt the only ones open 24/7 no one would go here. Id give zero stars if possible. 24 hours-not. Each time Ive come in to pick up medication over the past month, their pharmacy states they will be closing by 10 pm & reopen at 7 am. Yall need to hire some quality help or give up the 24 hour bit. Super inconvenient having to change my schedule because clearly you cant fix the problem.

My doctor called in a prescription and when I called to confirm it was ready here was the response I was given ... Didnt you call yesterday regarding this medicine? No, my doctor called in the Rx, not me. Well, your name sounds familiar and the medicine sounds familiar; however your spelling of it is not what I recall. By the way, I have a coupon with the correct spelling of the med. Walgreen Rep, What is your birth date once again and I am confident you called yesterday. One star is too generous. Im not one to post reviews, but felt compelled to because of how terrible my experiences here have been. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I understand that the wait time given is an estimate, but they dont even try to get things done in a timely manner. There have been several occasions Ive had to wait long enough that it would have been faster for me to go to the ER and be treated. When I spoke with a manager about this, I got excuses and felt unheard as a customer. I used to rely on Walgreens for all my prescriptions, but will no longer visit this store.

Went in to take passport photos at this Walgreens, and the guy at the photo counter who took our pictures, was not friendly or helpful at all. Luckily I did research before I went in, because he acted as if I was supposed to know all about it, like I worked there.He said they would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes, we went back after 30 minutes and only then he was editing our photos. An hour and a half later they were finally ready. I wouldn’t go back to this Walgreens photo center. I wish there was an option for a 0 star rating.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pharmacy is very slow. Dont expect your prescription to be ready when they say it will be. Doesnt matter if you go through drive thru or stand in line. Both take quite awhile. Even getting through to a pharmacist took over twenty min. And still wasnt resolved.

Worst wallgreens experience of my life -- understaffed, i had a relatively bad problem with having purchased a blood sugar meter there that had already been discontinued and getting a refund took hours. I should have walked out, or never bought the meter it was a complete waste of my time.

This staff is super nice here and they work so hard its incredible I couldnt imagine having their jobs the reason your waiting 30 minutes in line is because they are trying to help everyone the best they can and theres a million things they have to do to help someone. Counting pills four times over just because of laws and then quadruple checking everything and people constantly yelling at you... They are ALWAYS SWAMPED due to being the only 24 hr pharmacy, however their staff handles it very well! Tonight I went in around 8:30ish and the pharmaceutical clerk was not only juggling the drive through but 2 registers as well! And he was still so sweet and caring! He seriously re-ran like 3 different discount cards with our insurance to bring a hefty $1500 down to $535 for my prescription! (Fyi thats for ONE month!!) I couldnt believe how caring he was all while multitasking so well! Kudos Walgreens!

Theres an Indian woman who works there and is the worst. Horrible customer service and just plain mean and disgusting personality. I dont know how she still works there. Im part of the working class here in Redding and she clearly discriminates against me and is so rude. I once caught her giving me the nastiest look and mouthing something to me just for walking in the store! Im never going to Walgreens ever because of her. I was trying to get a diuretic for my dad because of some medical thing, cant remember, and I had literally went to two other stores which they were sold out or dont carry them so that was it; the Store that had it! My dad was bed ridden and Im the only one that could help him btw. And she wouldnt let me buy it because, no reason, she just wants to because, well, she wouldnt say, so yeah. I hope her day of karma comes thick.

The drivethru takes 40 minutes to serve 5 people tha is ridiculously SLOW!! WHEN I GO INSIDE IT TAKE THE COUNTER PERSON LESS THAN 2 MINUTES TO RING U UP AND GET UR PRESCRIPTIONS Drivethrou is supposed to be faster not SLOWER!

Ive had one person in the pharmacy give me vague information regarding an insurance issue which was not the insurance companies doing, which leads me to believe he didnt know what he was doing, or the system was down. Either way, Ive been here for 5+ years, over $3k in meds a month, 24h pharmacy is nice.

This Walgreens is horrible! It takes waaaay too long to pick up or even drop off a prescription.. the people behind the counter are so rude they dont acknowledge you when they do finally come to the counter they dont greet you with politeness! In fact they are very rude..I understand you have to fill a ton of prescriptions a day but when it takes 30-40 minutes to pick up my meds even at 11 oclock at night then youve got a problem...1. first and foremost customer service ..If you spend less time talking and more time working that would help..A lot.. 2. If you dont like your job then find another one be polite to the customers at all times and have a smile on your face so the customer feels welcome coming there.. and 3 ..If it takes more than 10 minutes to pick up a prescription then you need to hire more help not only is it very inconvenient but extremely rude to keep customers waiting..Get a grip get it together and be a professional establishment..Just so you all know the Walgreens in Anderson isnt like this! HIRE MORE HELP!!! .Im moving to Safeway!

Just had a csection. Only place open to take my perscription orders. The pharmacist said the norcos would take the longest the other 2 perscriptions would be no problem. 2 1/2 hours later they havent even started my order. Now I have to wait another hour and a half with my 2 year old and 3 day old baby. Very pissed off! And in tons of pain from having to come here.

Typed in birth date wrong. Delayed prescription by 4 hours. Nobody at window both times, someone shows up but doesnt greet you, she looks right at you but ignores you. Wait 30 mins in drive through without even a hello. 0/10 would not go here again..management needs to step in.

I had two kids with ear infections and eye infections. My wife waited in the drive thru for about a half hour, and they told her the prescription would be ready at 5:45 pm.I went inside at 6pm. They said it wouldnt be ready until 6:30.At 6:30 we got ana automated phone call - prescription is ready. I arrived at drive thru at 7. Only 2 cars ahead of me.Its 8:05. Im still waiting in the drive thru.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just got out of hospital in Yreka, after being in there a week and having a 14 inch incision cut from my sternum to a couple inches below my belly button. It was an exploratory laparotomy and ended up being a perforated duodenal ulcer.I had to come straight to my Moms in Redding. Just NOW went inside, showed them my incision, my prescription and any other hospital paperwork theyd like to see if they had one drop of a caring nature. I was polite, and I still have IV bandages on, and the pharmicist said I shouldve gotten it filled in Yreka, she was not comfortable and paid NO MIND TO MY FRESH INCISION ON MY STOMACH or ANY OF MY HOSPITAL PAPERWORK.Now Im in for a miserable painful night. And, Im the type where I will end up not using all my pain meds in the long run, and save them for an unexpected broken bone, cut or something else down the road.

I love this Walgreens !!!!!! The staff is sooooo nice. I have only ever seen two managers and they were ok, but the workers are amazing. Thankfully I dont have to really ever deal with the managers. The workers seem to enjoy their jobs and are so kind to the customers and they never hesitate to help me with products or coupons, etc. I prefer going to Walgreens over bigger stores, can get in and out quickly, plus I love all their little knick knacks and holiday items. My FAVORITE store.

Wait for ever then told to wait again in consultation forever, then wait for pharmacist, then wait forever to tell me everything I know already, then told to step aside for the cashier, waited forever. Traveling with friends into Redding to visit family and my friend forgot her HIV meds, and before anyone judges, shes a nurse who got stuck with a needle years back. The woman behind the counter at the Pharmacy stated the 10-day supply of meds needed were not covered by insurance. I knew she was incorrect and we called Blue Shield who approved the 10-day coverage. I looked at the woman and asked who are you talking to at Blue Shield because I have them here, and I put on the speaker phone. The woman got the deer in the headlights look. Just another one of the my personal beliefs dictate my service explanations. When I identified myself as Law Enforcement with the State, she suddenly spouted apologies. Sure, after you judged someone based on a medical issue. I would tell anyone to avoid this pharmacy.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The pharmacy said that I had I to bring my daughter inside (shes not even 2) for them to fill her prescription in 45 minutes. We told them we couldnt. She has a 104 degree fever an it was 30 degrees outside. We asked to speak to the manager and he sai said the same, I we said, well thats not really fair to the kids who need meds immediately. He said thats life!. Well 30 minutes later, my daughter had a febrile seizure, waiting for her seizure meds and fever reducer.

The staff is so rude on the phone. The woman said you dont need to yell at me, i was in my car using bluetooth with my kids in the car. They both said why is she saying youre yelling Mom. Im not sure if she was just saying this to show her authority. Ive worked 32 years in customer service and self employed. I wouldnt make a dime if i treated clients this way. I shouldnt have switched to this place.

I had the very rude and totally disrespectful female pharmacist refuse to fill a prescription that I had just gotten from the ER, after major surgery, the transition between my surgeon filling my meds, over to my pain management Dr, did not go smooth at all, ( lack of communication ), so very late on a Fri afternoon, my pain management Dr wrote me a prescription for my medication, because I had ran out, the prescription bottle of my meds said take 1-2 tabs every 4 to 6 hrs for pain, after major surgery, I was taking 2 every 4 hrs, both my surgeon, and pain management Dr, are both fully aware of how many meds I am taking, they wrote me another prescription, for more because I ran out, ( would they have written me another prescription if I was taking to many? No they would have said tough luck), the second prescription said right on it, take 2 every 4 hrs, not every 6 hrs, so she still refused, to fill the script from my Dr, than refused to fill the one from the ER, said I was taking to many, than said I was pharmacy hopping, WHAT? My pharmacy CVS would not fill them first ( needed to talk to my Dr, to be sure they knew how many meds I was taking? ) This is Saturday,, CVS told me try a different pharmacy, so I went to the Walgreens closest to my home, first time I drove since surgery, they said the same thing, have to talk to your Dr, to make sure they know you doubled up on your medication? Come on people, would I be trying to fill a prescription from my Dr, if my Dr didnt know how many meds I was taking? Really?, so because 2 pharmacies thought they knew what was best for me, I ended up in the ER, they wrote me a script to last me 2 days, so I could straighten out this problem, 9:00 PM, released from ER, Walgreens on Cypess was the only pharmacy open, so I went there, NOT pharmacy hopping at all, this women was SO RUDE, and refused to fill either script, to many meds she said, are you my DR now,? You can tell me how many meds I can safely take? I think my DR, and surgeon know best...I have just had major surgery,, she was very loud, disrespectful, totally, and so incredibly rude..so now I have gone almost 24 hrs with no meds, pain is unbelievable...I will never go back there, I dont need them to fill my meds, not until they are done playing God !! And the girl waiting on customers, you know, the big fat one, have you not ever seen someone in the pharmacy with their pajamas on? She kept staring at me like I was a criminal, talked to me just like one also..just as rude. They made a good team, there were 3 people in this store getting prescriptions filled, all sick, and all 3 people were treated badly, by both women...never will I go back, unbelievable...

*** Update*** I have called this Walgreens 4x this last week to have them transfer a RX from a different Walgreens in the Bay Area. I called Friday around noon and told him the Walgreens closes at 6p he assured he would have it transferred well before then. When I came to pick up my RX around 8p the staff had no knowledge of a transfer or any notes at all. I explained to the night pharmacist and she said she would pass along the request to the morning shift. The next day around 9am I called and was on hold for over an hour to see if the RX had been transferred yet. Again no transfer was made and nobody had any knowledge of my request. This happen another two times before Monday when I just had my MD call in a new RX. I dont understand how after 4 days and talking with 6 different people this simple transfer was not done. This is by far the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. I will never come back to this store again.

I dont usually write reviews. The store is fine but this pharmacy is so bad that something needs to be said. The past two times Ive gotten a notification that my prescription was ready I drive down there only to find out that it isnt ready and that I need to come back the next day. I also cannot reach them by phone to confirm my prescriptions because they do not pick up the phone in the pharmacy. I have called multiple times, multiple days, waiting an upwards of 30 minutes per call, to no avail. Ive asked the technicians how I can make sure my prescription is actually ready when nobody is answering the phone, and the technician did not know. This is a problem.The one time they did have my prescription ready I still had to wait because they filed it under the wrong letter. The pharmacy is understaffed and often times the technicians are spending a lot of time asking other technicians for help.

I have used this Walgreens for a few months and I have not picked up one prescription that has not had a problem. These people care nothing. They have so many patients and so many scrips they simply are unwilling to do the littlest thing to investigate a prescription, if there is ANY way they can avoid filling one, they will.
