Always love Hobby Lobby. Could spend hours here exploring the seasonally rotating decorations. They also have a good selection of puzzles.

I would like to thank the guy (Cody B) who is doing all he can to get people through the checkout line. While I was there, he was one of only two employees I saw on the floor. He called for help 2 times, to receive a phone call back - assuming from the manager - letting him know that he was the only one that was able to checkout. Um, Manager, that means you get off the phone and get out there and help your team. While I waited and was the 3rd in line, about 7 other people joined the line. Your team needs help and as a Manager that is where you get in and work with them! Today you lost a customer. I found what I needed on Amazon and it will be delivered tomorrow. Its important to strive all you can and by you sitting in the office, not doing whats needed for the guest, they will shop elsewhere and you will be completely out of a job. Go be a team player and help your team!

Very nice associates, clean store and lots of things to look at! Our family likes to come here for all of our little projects and things.As stores like this get harder to find, it is nice to be able to come to a real store instead of looking at pictures of stuff online! Prices are not too bad on the stuff (especially on sale) either, so we keep coming!

Went in for one thing and came out with 6+. Very happy with my purchases. Love the clearance section.Their yarns are to swoon for.Unfortunately they did away with their 40% off regular priced merchandise coupon (that you found on line) during Covid. Its a shame.

Not my type of hobbies. Why so many plastic flowers? Why so much vinyl lettering? Wicker baskets to the ceiling! I dont get it. Where are the model airplanes? Where are the small rodent taxidermy kits? No hobby rockets? No lobby either, just giant warehouse of plastic make west of San Francisco? Pass all day.

While they do have some neat stuff, they also lack on some selections of very basic crafting items. That aside, my main complaint is about the staff. Every time Ive been in there & needed help finding something, I literally have had to chase an employee down. Whenever you start to walk towards them, they instantly start walking away. I even had one act like she didnt hear me as I repeatedly said excuse me & can you help me. Anytime you do get someone to help, they always seem to be in a rush & practically run to the item leaving you in the dust, then seem annoyed that they had to help you in the 1st place. Once its time for check out, you had better be ready to stand in line for a minimum 15min! They never have more than 2 registers open despite the length of the lines. Even though half the time there will be a 3rd employee wandering back & forth at the front watching the cashiers & customers. It can be somewhat uncomfortable at times the way it feels like they are keeping an eye on you.

Be sure not to accept a job at Hobby Lobby they lied to my son about wages and hours. Youll need three jobs to support yourself. They will only work you 15 hours a week all different ones mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.

Hobby Lobby is Great...at least thats what my wife says. She can spend hours in that place and have a receipt to prove it. She always has a witty comeback to difuse the situation, I had a coupon. Fair enough good woman, fair enough.From my perspective Hobby Lobby at least has some nice benches to sit on while she does her thing. Heck, if you sit there long enough, that Owl Macrame Kit may just spark some interest...Didnt my friends Hippy Mom have that on the wall?

First time going to this store, and love everything in the store, I just didnt like the price of some of the stuff. I do a lot of arts and crafts and there prices on the little fake trees was way too much $10.00 for a pack of 5 to 6 small trees thats a little much? And a pack of the tiny animals was $5. something for about 6 or 8 tiny animals is a bit much too. But other than the price for there stuff I love the store. But I think I will be looking somewhere else for buy small animals and trees. But this is just one persons option.

Only problem I have with this business is they are not on scanning system and it makes the checkout process slow. The cashier at this location do there best with what they have and stay engaged with as they go thru the slow process. Why to go for being closed on Sundays, wish more business followed your lead. But its about the a mighty $$$$s.

Best place to get anything you can think of. They have had everything I could ever ask for. And more. Some of the best and happiest costumer service in the business. I never leave the Hobby Lobby disappointed or empty handed. Prices are just about perfect in every aspect of my hobbies. Thank you for keeping my hands from being idle.

It was nice and quiet in the store. Very clean. The employees there where very helpful. The only down side is that the didnt have my water slide paper that I needed but they had everything else.

Even guys need Hobby Lobby sometimes. Was making a air dryer for my compressor and they had the silica beads in bulk.

I just have tried so hard to like this store. But I legit have failed to succeed. The employees never know what they have or to find it. The checkout process is RIDICULOUS and lengthy.Overall wouldn’t recommend. I am not a fan.

I bought a sign that said” cabana boy, where’s my towel “ and less than a month it completely turned white, couldn’t even read it anymore, it was outside on the wall next to my hot tub, I took it back to the Redding location and they said they couldn’t honor it cause none of their signs are for outdoor use!!! What the heck, are you suppose to hang those pool signs in your house??? I asked that to the manager and all she said was, sorry, not for outdoor use!! I told her then the store better put up a sign saying INDOOR USE only, I walked out of there and haven’t been back, and I thought this was a Christian store!

I went in looking for diamond painting things..and for such a huge store they only had a small selection in a small corner of one isle. I was hoping for a better selection...They did have replacement drills if needed. But was also hoping for different accessories that go along with diamond painting...But there wasnt any.Maybe if they had these things and a better selection of kits...I wouldnt have to shop amazon

The Ultimate Craft And Hobby Store

Was just denied service by a 30 year old worker who told me I could not be in the store because it was a special time for 60+ year olds, I am in my 30s. She was 30. There was literally two cars in the parking lot at 9:10am. I was one of them. There were NO other people in the store. I was wearing my government mandated mask. I followed all the rules as mentioned in their website. No mention of age limitation or I wouldn’t have driven 25 min to get there early. My business will from now on be taken elsewhere.

I found most of the products here to be a bit cheesey and cheaply made. Honestly a bit overpriced for what youre getting.

Wonderful service. Great attitudes from the employees. Great prices. We just wish they had more veriaty of diamond art and assessors! They are a wonderful place to get what ever you need in crafts.

Good quality products for good price. I would prefer not to buy products from China so that limits what I will buy there. I think we should buy American products first, and not feed money to a country that has plans to take over our country by killing us with covid, lead-tainted products, stealing our technology, etc.I also appreciate a store that isnt open on Sundays, because of the valves of the owners. .... sounds like a mixed review :)

I called to simply see if they had something in stock because I would be coming from Chico to get it. She stated she could not check the SKU code when last time they easily checked it for me. She also stated they could not check inventory and was insanely rude.

Accused a guy of stealing, he was wearing basketball shorts so it was kinda clear he couldnt steal anything and hide something. Then they made him leave because he had a tiny pocket knife pretty rude and disrespectful the way she handled the the while situation. I know times are pretty ridiculously stupid. But that was degrading

Always a joy to shop here many items to choose from with decent prices, store is organized, clean with great service. The only thing you need to be aware of is they dont accept returns of damaged items. If you buy something and its broken or malfunctioned they wont refund it. They will accept returns if you simply changed your mind with a receipt.

Doesnt carry any ceramic materials...no Amaco paints or glazes...low fire or high fire...but had a small collection of stamps...lots if crafting stuff...if youre a crafter...this store is for you

Great unique finds for all types of home decor, gifts, crafts, party, and seasonal supplies. Only thing I would change is the fact that check out takes a lengthy amount of time. Every item is entered in by hand.

Show up at 9 am! Then I get told you have to be 60 an over to shop until 10 am. So I have to wait an hour while your store is empty! This is pointless and a waste of time! Update your web site and store hours if this is company policy! Huge inconvenience! Have a special day for seniors or something not all of a sudden only 60 and over can shop at 9!

Slow moving due to their checking out system is archaic. I usually put the one or two things I find down by the time I get to the registers and see the line that doesnt move. But I love the stuff in the store and they have a really good sales. Im just not patient enough by the time I get done shopping Im usually on my way to work.

Waited to check out for probably 30 minutes behind at least 10 different people. The skeleton crew that was working was trying their best. I doubt theyre being paid enough to keep you business afloat.Pay a decent wage, offer benefits. Maybe more people will want to work here to operate your registers.

I sometimes go to this store to find baskets or silk arrangements. They regularly have certain categories 50 %off in which one can find a good deal. They have good quality n various item to choose from.

I wish I could give them a negative star i went to return something I list my receipt. I had just bought it 3 or 4 days before a paint brush set and the lady tells me thats not ours and it has the hobby lobby price tag on it she didnt return it so I went back to where I got it and took everyone off the shelf and gave them to get and said I bet these arent yours so it wont be illegal if i just take them right since there not your guys. Those ladies made me do made. I will never go back to that store

I love this store shop here all the time . I had an occasion to return items one was damaged and the other didnt use everything.m always both times was a ordeal. This time I just left them the merchandise and walked out loosing $22No problem taking my $$. Urg!!!!

They have a lot of items at decent prices, BUT I was there today to get just a few things and spent maybe 5 mins getting my items and then another 15+ mins waiting in line, the line at each register were more then half way through the store, while there was 4 registers that could have been open to get more people out of the store, the teller in my line had an issue with a customers 1 item and then just stood there waiting for a supervisor who never showed up, what should have happened is he should have suspended her order, taken on the other customers to get the line moving and once he had the info he needed, dealt with her. each and every employee was moving so slow I could not believe it. A gentlemen in front of me asked for a supervisor and the kid working who looked like he was maybe 18 apparently was the supervisor and was no help at all. all in all if your in a hurry and want to get in and out youd have better luck going to Wal-Mart!! if you have time to kill and dont mind standing in line longer then shopping this is your place, the only reason I didnt give 1 star is because of the selection and prices.

I checked the website for business hours, then drove 20 minutes to get there at opening time. About half a dozen of us were turned away at the door due to only seniors allowed for the first hour. I think its great that businesses do that, but it should be included with online information. When I said, The website doesnt say hours are limited, the door monitor said, The store does. I thought the response was kind of rude and I headed over to Michaels to buy my frames there instead
