Airport Express center is for over night stufd that has to go fast! Its a small but sharp lobby. Nice staff. Prompt and thorough.

This place is pretty decent as far as the FedEx shipping centers go. I do prefer the one of Airport as it is not as busy but they are also smaller. While there was a line and a wait FedEx did the best they could to move through quickly. Masks and social distancing is strictly enforced.

Front lady at the desk was extremely nice and it only took about two minutes for them to find the package that they tried to deliver to my house and I was not home I just came to the door number and that was it and my ID Id highly recommend this place if youre out by Airport Road especially for how fast the service was how nice they were and they actually have boxes for every type of thing your shipping very impressed and very professional

Convenient to my location. I had to send in my galaxy s10 for the trade in and Samsung specified that I dont put it on a drop box. The woman at this facility took my parcel and gave me a tracking verification.Excellent service here.

So far Fed ex dumped one package outside my gate on the road which was stolen. Our delivery directions specifically stated to NOT dump packages on the roadside and to NOT throw them over our 6+ foot fence and to please call. After reporting this incident our next two packages never showed up even though it was posted on Amazon that they had been successfully delivered. One package we found by going door to door through our neighborhood and finally found one package opened. The other package is still missing and who knows who has it. Maybe it is the Fed ex driver! Seems to me if they cant get packages dropped at the correct address or CALL when they cant find the location then they should not be working at Fed ex or any other delivery company. This is our second review! You would think things would get better after all the negative reviews.

They lost two chairs and now Im being sued. No one will talk to me about the matter, so I guess I will have to hire a lawyer. Never will I deal with fed ex again.

Clean and friendly. Shipping went very promptly. Face masks were waren at all timed one person at a time in side of shipping area. Great service.

The office seems to small for the amount of customers. There were four or five people when i went there and we had to shuffle around each other. The staff was very nice though and handled everyone promptly.
