Had a reservation to have a crack in the windshield repaired. Unfortunately, the glass was wet and could not be done at the time. The technician made arrangements to swing by the house a few days later at no extra charge. Repair was made, and now chances of it becoming worse have been reduced.

My windshield got cracked while driving on the highway, which was a huge bummer since I had just bought my car a few months prior. Go Glass was friendly from the get-go, and I showed up to my appointment early and they were incredibly friendly and professional. Super reassuring as well! I would absolutely recommend visiting them, prices are fair and they have a really useful groupon deal you can buy. 10 out of 10 !!

Had bad experience with them.Just repaired a small rock chip and after two days.the crack spread in all the windshield.he mentioned lifetime warranty but it is not.the other option to replace the windshield and pay 600$.

I had to have windshields replaced in two vehicles this week from rocks on the highway. Go glass was extremely professional and polite. Very nice staff the first time I went. Had to call back because I heard a noise. The woman wasnt as helpful. I ended up finding the receipt and calling back to tell her the exact day I was there. She then scheduled a new appointment to come back. Once I was back, the gentleman who actually worked on my car was great. Very polite, explained what happened, and fixed it.

Windshield replaced appropriately. BUT thank goodness before sitting in car seat.... and the sun shining just right.... glass slivers were left in the drivers seat. Inexcusable!The seats werent clean on driver or passenger side nor floor

Ken is the nicest guy. Saw him out of the blue and just asked him for a general quote to replace my windshield due to a small quarter sized crack. Right then and there he said he could fix it immediately and gave me some information about my full coverage and how it may be covered. Within 5 minutes he was out fixing my windshield. I really appreciate great customer service more than anything and Ken helped me so much. Definitely my go to windshield repair guy!

Excellent, did a groupon and they changed out glass and were friendly when i said i heard a wind sound and fixed it, just keep the receipt. Its been a year, probably two since i got it done, and still great and even survived a few rock hits without a crack so its good quality too.

Ken did an excellent job repairing the chip on the front windshield of my brand new car. The chip is almost non existent now and Ken was a really nice guy. Im very particular about my car and do not like anyone other than myself working on it. Ken did a great job and Im very happy with the entire experience.

Very pleased with the service at the Redlands location, Deshon was the technician who fixed my windshield he did a great job even went out of the way to help me with a small issue with my bumper that occurred on my way there. The price was half the price of other companies I called for a windshield replacement. Plus it’s kid friendly they have a little table with crayons and a few toys to keep the kids occupied.

Excellent service all around

Wanted to charge me $100 to drill a small hole on my windshield. Didnt even ask to repair or replace it, just wanted them to drill a small hole to prevent crack from spreading...EDIT: I WENT to ANOTHER glass shop and they charged me $5 to drill the hole to stop the crack from spreading.

Got the job done, and done right, and at half the price of competitors.
