I went in yesterday to have a crack repaired in my windshield. The receptionist was helpful and got me set up with a technician quickly. The technician explained the process. He did a great job repairing the crack. It is barely noticeable. I have been to this store 5 or 6 times for various services and they have always been great. I would recommend this store.

Had to get my windshield replaced due to a rock cracking the windshield. They were timely and efficient. They took our insurance which made the price a lot cheaper. I was very satisfied with the work.

Had a chip in my windshield it was replaced here, entire experience was great! They worked fast!

Went here a few months back to get a chip repaired and ended up with an 18 in crack which I understand is something they warn you is possible during the process. However, when it was “repaired” the technician told me he was able to fill the crack to prevent spread and any further damage and that my car was good to go. Today I went in to have another chip filled and they tell me that the large crack from last time was never repaired and will only continue to spread and go on to try to scare me saying I will get a ticket for driving it like that. I understand that my windshield now needs to be replaced and have no issues doing that but am upset at the fact that I was previously lied to and was lead to believe it was safe. They do not stand by their work. The only defense they gave me today was that they could have just lied to me again today but didn’t and I should be grateful that they are now telling me the truth now only because I went in for another repair.. thanks you guys, so grateful you decided to tell me the truth now, almost a year later, only so because you won’t fix another chip without a full replacement..

Dropped my car off at 8:30am on Tuesday for an all day drop off. The car was supposed to be done by 5pm at the latest. I got a call at 4pm saying they hoped it would be done by 5, but didn’t know for sure. I got another call at 4:50pm saying it wasn’t going to be done by 5, but they were working on it. I finally got a call at 5:45pm saying they couldn’t get it done because it was “too dark” to finish the calibration. They started too late in the day to finish my car which was supposed to be done by 5pm. I had to skip work the next day to come back in the morning. I came at 8:00am and they couldn’t finish it until 11:30am. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars not 1 is because the manager was apologetic and staff were generally nice.

Due to a very busy work and parenting schedule I decided to pay the extra $39.00 and use their mobile repair instead of taking it in their shop and leaving it there all day. I didnt want my 3 children to have to sit around for hours and had no ability to make other arrangements. I made the earliest weekend appointment available being 2.5 weeks out. They decided to inform me the day before my appointment that my specific vehicle is only able to be repaired in shop and not available for mobile repair due to the specific vehicles repair complexity. I found this to be very unprofessional to notify the customer the day before the appointment after a two and a half week wait time.I suggest calling inhouse to make an appointment, because obviously they have not the capability to ensure their online process goes as promised.

They were able to take me in almost right away to fix a chip on my windshield. Then they let me know that what I thought was a chip was actually a previous repair and that the windshield was fine! They told me absolutely its going to take all day. Drop your car off. CALIBRATIONI live in Highland. By the time I got homeafter getting a rental car .Thats waiting for the rental driver to show up and take me back to the rental station.Now I had to be there 7:30 am at Safelite.Well now 8:20 my shuttle arrives and I get to ride another 20 minutes.Well there was another wait to get checked in. 9:40 Im on my way home. With the traffic and construction it wasanother 45 minutes before I got home.About 11:30 I received a call my car was ready..I couldve stayed and waited, but I was told repeatedly that it would take al day.Thank you for the additional cost of arental car and the agravation. As far asthe glass work, to soon to tell .

Overall happy with the new windshield and everyone was super nice, but I did notice there was a bunch of residue and what looked to be like sand/dirt (idk where it came from) on my dash and up the sides of the interior edge of the windshield. They vacuumed the floor mats but didn’t clean the dash at all really.

The Service Personnel that work there are Professional and Polite. Their work is great and they seem to put the customer first whenever the circumstances allow them to. The only bad part is the location. Of youre not paying attention you can drive right past it the first time.

Paul, the manager was very helpful. He was able to accomodate us and and get us an appointment the very next day to replace a cracked windshield. Job was done in less than 2 hours. They even wiped and cleaned our dashboard. Price was inexpensive.

I was very surprised by the service I received. I expected them to replace our windshield with out issue and they came through on that, but their customer service skills are what impressed me the most. Very courteous and knowledgeable people. I scheduled online, received email confirmations ( before and after service) and received a phone call the day before to confirm my car information, service time, and what I can expect the day of service. Who does that now a days!? not many, but they do. They made it painless and surprise free. What they told me is what I paid, no tricks, gimmicks or last minute oops we forgot to charge you for this nickel and dime fee. None of that! Thank you!! Dont change your service model!

Way expensive, dont recommend! They wanted to charge me over $100 to repair a crack that I got repaired for $35 bucks at Best Price Auto Glass in San Bernardino.

The job of replacing glass was good, the tech was on time and was good. The problem I have is that while I cleaned up 90% of the glass inside the truck there was plenty left in the door and in the window channel to pick up for the technician. I would have expected a clean driveway but not even close. I found out a few hours later when my 2 year old and 5 year old were in my yard and hurt their feet on glass left not just in the driveway but in the grass. Not one or two little pieces...Im talking about several hand fulls I had to pick up. I have pictures of the driveway and my hand full of glass. Needless to say was very angry. Why wouldnt a STANDARD procedure include simply putting down a tarp to catch broken glass? I cant believe that Safelite does home calls and does not have a better way of doing this. I do not recommend using their mobile service...they obviously dont know how to do it right. That mess belongs at their shop.

Safelite Auto Glass and the company has been very supportive of the Ronald McDonald House charities especially our house in Loma Linda. Anytime Ive taken any of our vehicles in for a chip or need of a new windshield theyve always done fine quality work.

I had a good experience when they replaced my windshield. However, this time I needed them to temporarily place a crash wrap in my broken window they failed me. I spoke with an online agent who told me I needed to place an appointment to get my window part but meanwhile i was able to get a Free Crash Wrap offered but their company and they directed me to the Rancho Cucamonga office. I got a FREE crash wrap at their Rancho office and on my way home it came off. I called customer service to see if they can redo it at the Redlands office and they said all locations offer that FREE SERVICE. When I arrived the agent at the Redlands office informed me it was a $15 service charge and I could take it up to the manager. Im beyond disappointed with the service provided at this point Im angrier at Safelites service than the person who broke into my car.

They replaced my broken window at the scheduled time quickly and did a great job. 3 weeks later the 91 fwy bit me again. They took special care and didnt take advantage when I asked for a new window. They assured me that they could fix it for less and if I didnt like the fix, they would replace it for me at the agreed price. Great customer service and care!

My past experience with safelite has been great WHEN THEY COME TO YOUR CAR. Dont give the keys to these people if you want your windshield fixed at their location. Their driving skills are questionable at best

Very professional and quick service! My front passenger window was shattered when my truck got broken into. I made an appointment 2 days out since they didnt have my window at their shop. During those 2 days, I stopped by the local Safelite and they cleaned up all the broken glass and covered my window. When it was time for my appointment, they finished cleaning up the broken glass and replaces the window in less than an hour. Good dudes at this location.

Totally unwilling to resolve an issue with cracking my windshield while trying to repair a simple chip less than the size of a dime! Told to go to my insurance company and file a claim...if you use this place, be prepared to cover the cost if they mess up. Btw, they had 3 customers there to complain about previous work while I was there. I doubt seriously that they were just having a bad day! Take the time to drive somewhere else if you can.

The cost to repair my windshield without replacing it was more than reasonable. A large rock hit my brand new truck and made three different impact points but they only charged me for one. The rock made a bad break but they repaired it and if you didn’t know it happened you would never know it was there. What a great job! Repair of rock damage was subpar compared to a cheaper place I use to go to. I figure I would go Safelite because I thought by paying more I would get better results. The damage was smaller than my previous cars yet the visibility post repair was minimally improved.
