09-08-2021today I called to request a price for a maintenance issue this dreadful and poorly built car is facing, only to be placed on hold and then transfer to an advisor voicemail. I left a message to three hours ago actually more like four hours ago and I still havent heard back from these service advice person. I am so very sorry I purchase this gremlin of a car.I had on a Honda previously and that car has taken all the pain that I have put that car through and still running strong. So I thought that Japanese engineering from Toyota will at least match the quality of Honda. Oh boy, was I ever wrong. And to make things worse, the dealership has a really bad customer service. I wonder if Im gonna get a call back at all.if you want my advice about buying a Toyota car from this dealership or any other, go buy yourself a Yugo! Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with such atrocious car experience.

Great service although a little pricey. Thank goodness they have a credit card that allows 6 months same as cash. One very helpful employee at customer care out front, Danny, has always greeted me with a big smile of braces, and opened my door, helped me order parts and installed my new rubber thing on top of my Prius V hatchback and my new headlight high beam lights. I love my Prius. Also I love.that it is very easily accessible and convenient location. Shuttle drivers are very nice and drive so safe. Especially after they detailed it. Had a great experience buying a new car at this location. Previously my wife and I bought our last three new cars at valley hi toyota in victorville. But there were no new car inventory for us to look at or purchase. Internet salesperson James at Redlands Toyota went above and beyond in customer service. He was helpful, pleasant, and very personable. He went out of his way to send pictures of the Camry we were interested in. So my wife and I drove down to check it out. It was well worth the drive. Drove home in our new Camry that night.

Second time I have purchased a vehicle here and my latest experience was even better than the first. Left with the car I wanted after weeks of searching and having Tamer keeping an eye out and updating me with inventory. He worked with me to get my to the payments and out the door price I wanted. Also, working with Pablo over in financing is always a dream. He is always quick, efficient, kind, and just a pleasure to be around. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Total ripoff in the parts department. I usually order my parts online but sometimes you need them quickly and have to do the local dealer walk of shame. I asked for spark plugs which have an MSRP of $2.22 and they wanted $4.07. I was able to get them at Toyota of San Bernardino for $1.69. I know its not a huge difference but its the principle that they think they can rip people off like that. Thanks, but no thanks.

I went here to trade in my 2013 Camry and all though the process was a bit suspenseful and a bit stressful. Internet Manager Tad went above and beyond to help get my deal for the 2015 Toyota Avalon I wanted done.Not only did Tad help get the numbers to where I was comfortable with them financially but he even helped me move the stuff from the Camry to the trunk of the Avalon. Tad even helped me remove the seat covers I installed from the Camry so I could keep them.If you want a great experience I suggest asking for Tad he wont disappoint you at all.Thanks again Tad.

In search of a ‘first car’ for my 16 yr old daughter, I had the awesome pleasure to work with Craig Johnson, who made my purchasing experience the absolute best. Even though inventory at most dealerships is limited these days, (and the quality of the used vehicles IMHO is sub par) he directed me to a low mileage 2019 CH-R (certified, of course!) that was meticulously maintained. This is the only Toyota dealership I take my car to for maintenance. I drive here from Moreno Valley the last 3-4 times my car needed maintenance. The service is unparalleled. There are comfy couches, outlets, food and drink, and anything you need for a comfortable and convenient waiting period. This last time I took my car in without an appointment because my tire had ran over a lug and needed replacement. Took my new Camry for maintenance oh my gosh it took them two hours to rotate my tires and no oil change my car hit 5000 miles they told me to bring it back when I hits 1000 thousand not going to back to that dealership.

Sales rep. Was OK. We test drove a couple of cars. We couldnt quit agree on the terms of the deal. But this place is far bettet than Toyota of San Bernardino which is full of shiesters. Still going to shop around. Long gone are the days when you vould get a great deal from Toyota.

The dealership overall is pleasant but dont try and get a used car that isnt a Toyota. They will make it happen for their cars but for anything else thats in their used car section thats not a Toyota they will make it hard for you too get, even with money down good credit and a trade in.

I am so impressed with this dealership!!!! I usually dread going to any kind of car dealership because of the stereotype of sales people. I hate having to hassle for the price, I hate them trying to sell me things at the end and I hate when they try and upgrade me.I took my mother-in-law to Toyota of Redlands and was greeted right away. We told the salesman our budget and what we are looking for. He was able to recommend two different models and we settled on one within 30 minutes.The process was very easy after we decided on the model to buy. The paperwork went fairly fast and we were in and out of there within two hours. The salesman even spent an extra half an hour with us showing us all the cool features that the Highlander can do.I am very impressed and highly recommend this dealership!

They were all very reliable for well over 200,000 miles. Our 2007 Camry Hybrid is still going strong and looks brand new with 210,000 miles. Made appt for recall service on 2019 Camry 2 weeks in advance. Clearly stated it was for fuel pump recall fix. Got 2 appt reminders. Day before appt at 452pm get voicemail while I’m at work stating they need VIN number to make sure they have the parts and that car needs to have 1/2 tank of gas or less or they can’t do service. Since I work till 1000pm didn’t have VIN and was I supposed to drive car 200 miles to get tank les than half full? Could this have been communicated sooner than evening prior to my 830 am next day appt? Terrible service. Took my Toyota truck there several years ago and had similar bad experience with service dept. Decided to give them a try again but NEVER a third try. Will drive however far it takes to go to another dealer and recommend to same to everyone I speak to. Shame on Toyota of Redlands. An ugly blot on a beautiful city.
