Love the foam hand soaps, they last a long time.

I like too smell good especially after taking a bath,shower there body spray lasts all day on u just that it can get pricey I like too buy more than 3 at a time other than that u cant go wrong with there body wash oh my goodness and there body spray as for the lotion I like my Jergens

Went on Annual Candle Day and was pleasently surprised with how organized and orderly the store was. All the associates were very nice and helpful. They let people in in waves to keep the store uncrowded. It felt like Black Friday without the stress and rush of the crowd. Well done management team of this Bath and Body Works. Bought 15 candles at $7.60 a each.

I love the location of this store and the employees are helpful. Plenty of parking and next to other stores as well in the surrounding area.

I appreciate the safety precautions the store is taking, they are one of the only stores still sanitizing the pinpads. I come here about once a week. State mandated capacity restraints did cause long lines around Christmas, but I havent waited more than 5 minutes (if that) to get in since January (like I said I shop at least once a week) and the line is moving much quicker now that the state is allowing them to let more people in. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I like that sometimes they can get the store open a little early in the mornings.

This location is in an outdoor mall so has been getting extra merchandise while indoor malls have been closed. This store extended the semi annual summer sale because of that and I was able to get summer scents I liked at great prices while looking at new fall scents. They have set aside one hour a week for early shopping for more vulnerable shoppers. Check the store hours for more information. Weekday mornings have less shoppers. It is a small shop but set up well for getting around inside. I noticed it started to get kind of full closer to noon. Advise going early. Asked how to smell the scents and was told that it will be okay to quickly pull down face mask just to nose and then put back up. Touching the scent will fingers is strictly not allowed, nor touching caps with fingers or nose. I would advise not shopping in person if you are not comfortable with others smelling scents. Opt to order on line. I checked and the return policy is still in effect and you do have the option to return in store in ordering on line. I really need to be able to smell the scents to decide so I went ahead with pulling the mask down from nose, but didnt feel right or good about it. I limited myself to three scents to choose from and went away from other shoppers to smell them. I bought two of them. Employees are all wearing masks. Distancing markers are at the registers. Plexiglass at the counter. There are limits to how many customers allowed in the store at one time and I have seen lines outside. The lines may get longer during the holiday season. Again, going early in the day is key.

Love coming for shower supplies and scented candles! Only downside is this store is frequently busy with a long line outside in times of COVID. That said, in the heat, they provided water bottles and umbrellas for people waiting outside—great costumer service!

We have been trying to get into this place for a couple months but due to the covid-19 its difficult because everybody wants to shop there. We were finally able to get in last night my daughter and two grandkids little bit before closing time. The manager was awesome and let us come in before she lock the doors and were able to purchase what we needed to. Great selection great prices. Thank you

I absolutely love the bath gels. There was no way I was going to stand in a 2-hour line. I was able to get in with senior shopping. The prices have gone up, $8 for five hand sanitizers. Their 75% off sale, is definitely not what it used to be. I buy enough bath gels, so I only have to buy two times a year. It seems like the same old scents, different names! I will always get my bath gels there.

I like coming to this BBW in Redlands. They always have good finds and the staff is always nice and helpful. Their not over bearing like some locations.

I am so glad that we have this location in Redlands instead of driving to San Bernardino. The only downside is the long lines outside due to COVID-19. Everyone in this location are very kind, friendly and helpful. Always kept clean and staff is always helping customers.

I called this store the night before and got to the store very early the Saturday before Christmas to avoid Covid intact with crowds. The manager was incredibly rude in telling me the time they actually open and that they hadn’t updated the times on the phone. Seems pretty important for a very crowded store to do when there are people who are trying to avoid the current risk.

Handed out water for people in line. Gave samples of hand sanitizer, did not enforce 6 foot rule inside store as customers were walking right next to each other inside. Dod not have peony candle or gardenia 3 wick candle in stock. Cashier was very nice and extremely helpful.

Great discounts. Waiting is extensive. Associates did bring out water & umbrella. Waiting @ time may take 5- 8 hrs long. We went in on the early hours of business.

When you call the store, the message says this store is open! our hours are 11 to 7 p.m. daily! however, dont be fooled into thinking that if you arrive during business hours that they will let you in the store. We drove 30 minutes to get to this store, just to have the kid that worked there say Im sorry, we arent letting anyone else in. I arrived at 6:45 p.m. I asked to speak with the manager, and strongly suggested they change their recorded message, so people wont drive a long distance thinking they will be allowed to shop in the store, even if we arrive during the open business hours. This is BAD business!

I am handicap person and I cant being the sun too long. The black girl was very negative cause my handicap isnt visible she had me in longer lane. I was there in the time slot for elderly and handicapped people . I called corporate. I told the manager how I was treated.she didnt do anything about it.I have lupus and fibramalogy

I always smelt this store passing by to go to work, and never really needed anything from here except when time came to buy my friend a gift for his bday. He likes BABW but I only knew he always had their lotions. So I went in and was immediately greeted by one of the workers. Luckily I was the only customer and he helped me pick out something cool and different for my friend that I knew hed like! My friend is an Abercrombie and Fitch lover as well... and they had a candle that smelled EXACTLY like the Fierce cologne from A&F. Not only did I buy him a present but I also got myself the same candle! I lit it at home immediately and man ... it is fragranced! I love it! I definitely have been sleeping on those candles

Im usually ordering online most of the time, but it never fails I always receive a cracked candle in order if not two. The packing/ delivery is horrible. I then have to exchange it at the store and of course they never have the one I need replaced.

Long lines. I have been outside and there was not that long. It has been an hr and nothing. I still have 6 people ahead of me. They only letting in 8 at a time. The San Bernandino mall at least give you a time frame to shop. Bath and Body Works is ridiculous! Im not shopping during Covid no more. Not worth my time .

They take every precaution possible to ensure a safe shopping experience as we go through covid. Customer service is always great and they even came out and supplied us with water as we waited outside since it was a hot day.

Best experience I have ever had at a Bath and Body Works store. I was immediately greeted with a basket, asked if I needed help locating anything, brought ti a sink to try different soaps, and when checking out, told very kindly how to get a 20% coupon easily. The store was super clean and looked adorablely put together. The staff was incredibly friendly. I cant wait to go back for refills!

Im so happy to finally have a bath & body works close to me. The shop is surprisingly larger than I thought it was initially but I was pleasantly surprised. They have sink stations to test soaps, strips of paper to try fragrances, and candles/scents for the house. They tend to keep both doors open so theres plenty of fresh air so as not to have it overwhelming with powerful scents.

The shopping experience was pleasant. They had a brief power outage that knocked out the electricity. They were very apologetic.

I had to wait outside for about 10-15 minutes. I think that prices have gone up. There werent any real goodies on sale, so that sucked. I was looking for sale plug ins, but there werent any. Bottle hand sanitizer was sold out. Only the lil purse size were available.
