The Beauty Lounge is a true gem in the IE! The staff and owner are amazing! Everyone is not only professional, but also personable, friendly and provide excellent customer service on every level. I have found the retail part of the business to meet every expectation. Additionally, the services provided by the manicurist and estheticians are exemplary. What a treat! I drive from San Diego County to experience the SPA experience that only The Beauty Lounge can offer. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I had our first facials with Kelsey! I have to say hands down, it’s the best facial I have ever experienced! She takes her time, customizes the facial based on needs, is knowledgeable about products, is great at massage, and encouraging about skin improvement! I was so pleasantly surprised! She also did our brows a week before and I was equally as happy! She has many unique touches that makes her stand out above the very many I have been to! We will be back !

Went in here looking for a specific natural make-up line (Jane Iredale) and the staff was so helpful. I am So glad I found this place! Cant wait to try their other services like facials ect.

I scheduled an appointment and the stylist did not show-up. I waited for over 20 minutes and she did not respond to text messages or phone calls. Additionally, NONE of the four EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING A FACE MASK!
