I recently moved to the area and when I needed a bike shop I brought my ebike here. They were super professional and fast, their service department was clearly swamped so I was concerned that I won’t get my bike fixed quickly. Since it was a minor issue they really hustled and gave it back to me in less than a week. I am super happy with their service and will be going back should I need anything for my bike.

We compared another bike they had one even though it was more expensive they sold me on the Trek Rail because it fit my riding style. Honesty goes a long with me.

My Trek needed a major tuneup after a long delay due to COVID. I scheduled an appointment with Redlands Cyclery USA to do a complete tuneup and replace and number of items. The work was completed in about a half a day and I was notified to come in a pick up my bike. The bike looked very clean and all requested items were completed. But the true test is in the ride. Well I wasnt disappointed. The bike rode wonderfully and very quiet. Even a few of my usual riding buddies noticed the difference. Shifting was smooth, brakes were even, everything worked as it should making for a much more comfortable ride. Two nice rides equaling 80 miles proved just how well a perfectly tuned bike can make for a great cycling experience. Thanks to the mechanics and staff at Cyclery USA for great service.

Good experience. Sales guy was efficient. He had to scramble to get the bike to me that day but, he made it happen. I hoped for more accessorys options being an actual cycle shop. I would recommend Cyclery USA. They are very knowledgeable.

Good place to stop in for parts and accessories. They are Trek dealer and carry a full compliment of bikes. Competent techs in the service department for any repairs you might need. One drawback is that they cater to the spandex crowd.

Great Customer Service! I had a fantastic experience buying from Cyclery USA - Redlands. I called ahead and spoke with Tim. Even though they were busy, he checked the store inventory and discussed with me the brands, models, and tier level they have in my size. When I visited the cyclery, Tim was very knowledgeable about the differences between each model and his option of which style would fit my cycling needs helped immensely. I decided and the white Trek Domane SL5. I am exceptionally happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

Very friendly store! I purchased a floor bike pump that did not work (defective unit). I simply returned it the next day and they gave me a brand new one in return with no questions asked. Very easy! They even put air back in my tires before I left.

Fantastic service, I had taken my bike into Dons (Redlands location) 2 weeks prior and when I got my bike back it was still having trouble shifting and generally just didnt feel right. I brought my bike to Cyclery and they fixed it properly. The tech that helped me was very professional and took his time to listen to me and look over the bike to figure out what was wrong. I ended up needing my bottom bracket replaced and my rear tire needed replacing. The tech at cyclery (sorry I dont remember the name) kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on while my bike was in the shop. The price was great too. Not trying to put down other shops/businesses but I feel like I was done dirty by Dons and wont be returning there. The experience I had at Cyclery was just so much better for me on every level, great spot if you need your bike tuned up!

Bought every bike Ive ever owned here! Love the employees, most all are fellow riders so they have a vast knowledge of the bikes an any tech questions you have for them. Definitely a bike shop worth stopping at!!

Stopped in while I was running some errands to get an innertube for my daughters bike which I had purchased from this shop a few months prior. I didnt have the tire size handy as this was an unplanned stop. I explained that the bike was a 21 Specialized mountain bike and I was met with a visibly annoyed shop employee who started running off a list of sizes that obviously would not fit a 21 bike (ex: 26, 28 etc). I ended up going to a different shop in town with the same info and I was able to easily get what I needed. I have purchased every bike (5 in total) for my 2 kids from this shop so I was disappointed that this was how I was treated.

Both times that I have attempted to buy parts for my bike I have experienced horrible customer service. Today I stood waiting to be helped as employees walked past me without acknowledging I was there. No mention of them getting to me when they had a chance. I sat there as several employees spoke with each other until I had enough and left. There are other bike shops in the area with great customer service who seem to really care about their customers and are willing to help. I would recommend checking one of those out first.

The service was wonedrful. They were friendly and offered to search for the bike I wanted. They found it and had it to their store the very next day! I love my new Trek mountain bike. Thank you Tim for the wonedrful service!

We wanted to buy a bike this weekend, we waited patiently for our turn to get inside the store. once its our turn to get in we were told that NO BROWSING ALLOWED, while OBVIOUSLY theres quite a few people inside that are roaming around unattended. the guy was always on our back as if we are about to steal something while others are on their own. How can we buy a bike if we cannot browse? we bought severel high end bikes from here before but i think new staff means new customer treatment.

I had a wheel retentioned and asked for the tire to be peeled off. Instead, it was filled with sealant and reinflated costing me ten more bucks and since the wheel set has been sold the tire had to come right back off. I explained this to two employees but got no where.

Super professional, totally went above and beyond and were extremely helpful even as the COVID-19 situation has made things harder on them, Im sure. Highly appreciate all they did for me, and at a great price. 10/10, would bring them my bike again!

I took my Fixed gear bike for new Innertubes and new tires. I thought they would do it there same day, but was told it should be done by Tomorrow so i said ok, but its taking them two days for simple servicing. Im thinking of going to the shop and just picking it up and do it myself.

This place is great. First let me say that I didnt purchase my bike from them. The reason I say this is because they were still extremely helpful. I was first approached by a younger guy who helped me immediately with proper lube for my chain and recommended a few locks for my bike. Both worked out great. Then I had a few questions about my bike and another guy helped me, even tightened up my handle bars and assisted me in installing my bike lock on my bike. Customer service was amazing.

I went here to look at purchasing a new bike. The lady that helped me seemed like she wasnt interested in selling a bike because apparently they have been super busy lately so I guess my business didnt really matter. She was trying to sell me a Trek bike which I wasnt interested in, she was short and kinda wanted to go back to whatever else she was doing. I dont recall her name. I ended up going to a different bike shop and bought a Specialized Stump Jumper.

I have bought several bikes there (four, I think) and helmets, and cleats, and GU, and . . . you get the idea.They are honest. They dont push. They want to help YOU, not pad their bottom line. The mechanics are friendly and dont talk down to you. Cant really recommend them highly enough.

Second time I’ve been to the shop. Had such a great experience with a repair on my wife’s bike that I bought my newest bike here! Tim was incredibly helpful and got me up and running with exactly the gear that I needed!

I bought an expensive ebike with the full warranty including covered regular maintenance. When I took my bike in for a simple tire change and tune up it took 3 weeks. Everytime I called I was given a different answer of why it was taking so long. Service was not satifactory.

Great Service, I was working with Jeff this past Sunday the 3rd. He let me test ride a few bikes as I was looking for a full suspension bike. I think I was in that store for about 2 hours. Jeff was professional, knowledge and more importantly genuinely friendly guy. I ended up buying their display model 2018 Specialized Enduro Elite 29. Can’t complain. Great clean place and awesome staff. Lots to choose.

In store customer service was awesome. We havent owned or rode bikes in 20 years so we walked through the doors as basically beginners. Braden helped us for over 2 hours to find the bikes/ price we were looking for! He even found us additional discounts when it was said and over! I recommend Redlands Cyclery to everyone.

This place could use some customer service classes. Staff becomes rude and argumentative when confronted with disagreements. After tens years of being a loyal customer and thousands of dollars. I’m done. Save yourself the grief and go to Don’s Bicycle shop instead. Keep it up right!!!
