We have looking for bikes to start riding, for some time now. We stopped by after a quick stop at TOR across the street. I wish I remembered their names. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. They let us test ride the bikes and there was zero pressure to buy anything other than what we wanted. They made great suggestions and they installed a couple of items for us at no additional cost. We bought Batch bikes. They bikes were not very expensive and they ride great. We showed our family what we bought and they mentioned they will stop by the place to check out their selection. Anyway, for novice riders, it was a great experience and I look forward to upgrading my bike when I get a few more miles on this one.

These guys are pros. I took my E bike in yesterday 5/29/21 and was more than satisfied with the work they did, and fair pricing. All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else for my bike maintenance or repairs.

I was looking for a bike shop to replace my two tires on my bike that had been sitting in my garage for many years. I dropped off the bike and asked them replace both tires and give the bike a minor tuneup. The employee that helped me was very polite and had great customer service and never once tried to up-sale me. When I picked up my bike they told me that the tubes were great and that the tires were all that needed to be replace, which I knew that was true. They fixed my brakes and that was it. I was expecting them to charge me for repairs that I did not need and they did not. They were very honest and charged me less then what I expected. Thank you for answering all my questions and making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back.

I dropped my bike off last week at Ecrapo Bike. I was told they were busy but cold get my bike done the next day. The guy seemed kool so I figured give em a break so I told him No worries, Take your time. They said I could pick. It up on Tuesday. I had business out of town and came back late onext wee. I came in on the following Friday. An additional 3 days. And today I wentvin to get my bike and the guy says...Uhm, we got nusyon Monday. Now, That is apure bull. Oh, and they NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME! DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS

Thank you Econo Bike for fixing our bikes and going the extra mile in contacting Sram regarding the brake recall. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and honest. Especially, Richard who helped us and answered all our questions. I will be back for sure for routine maintenance. Reasonable prices too. 👍👍

Admittedly, I ride my bikes and don’t exactly stay up to date on things such as suspension. Eric and his shop always get them back up and running nicely. I’m currently in Oregon enjoying some nice trails, but I’ll be back to the shop with some muddy bikes as soon as I’m back in California!

I commute on a E-bike and I got my disc brakes maintained here. This is a great local shop. Very hospitable. I would recommend this place to anyone. If your looking to purchase a great used bike or have your bike maintained by a great mechanic for a reasonable price. They also sell used parts, new bikes, bike tools. Definitely check this spot out.

I took my mountain bike in to get a new front tire. Repairs were super quick, easy, and cheap!! Great service. I’m only using these guys for bike maintenance going forward.

Took my used bike in that I picked up online. They turned the rickety, bumpy ride into a bike that feels factory new!! I am so beyond thrilled. They were respectful too and called to share the price before they proceeded. And it’s a place that won’t Intimidate you. They work with people who come in jeans and ride on commuters.

Rented a 16 bike for our 5 year old on her birthday. Were trying to decide what bike to get her now that shes outgrown the little 12 bike she has. When we got home she rode up and down the street until it was dark. She loved it and the renting process was super simple.

I couldnt be more pleased than I am with Eric at Econo Bike. I learned about his shop through a Facebook post and decided to check it out. What I discovered was that he has a true passion about meeting the needs of his customers and not just trying to make a sale. A few months later I returned with a bargain bike I purchased at the Redlands Bike BBQ---I knew it was a quality bike, however it was close to 20 years old and wasnt 100% what I wanted to get back into riding with. Eric listened to what my needs were and suggested some very inexpensive changes that has given me the exact bike I was looking for. With his tune up and modifications (a change of handlebars) I now have a bike I love riding with my teenage kids. Ive ridden this bike a few hundred miles so far, mainly 10-15 mile rides through town or on local trails, and it has been flawless in operation.
