Discount Tire Center is the best tire store I have dealt with in years. Price was great and they did not try to upsell me on anything. Kind and courteous. Trust worthy.

I’ve been getting our tires here for awhile now, and they always have great sales that make them affordable. I decided to have them replace my front and rear brakes and was very satisfied with the work they’ve done. My car drives great! Staff is always very nice, helpful and very honest. They always let their customers know when their tires don’t really need replacing or if any other service is not yet needed on their car. They also have a rewards program, and they send coupons for different services.

Came in with a nail in my tire. They gave me very friendly, fast service! I really appreciate and recommend Discount Tires!

Quick to make appointment by phone lots of availability on short notice. Associate was helpful in explaining the issue with my vehicle and put it in words I understood. It can get busy so try and show up at least 15 mins before your appointment to get checked in. Their rewards program is awesome was able to get discount on my first service. Although coming in to pick up my vehicle I had a price given over the phone just to get a slightly different price in person but an associate was able to explain the whole breakdown for me to clear any misinformation i had before. Definitely recommend cleared my vehicles issue and planning on bringing it back to be serviced in the future.

Tire service was GREAT! Got the desired tires in just a couple of days. They were able to get them installed in a very timely fashion.The tires are awesome! Quiet and smooth!Unfortunately there is a brand new irregular scratch in the middle of the drivers door that was NOT there before. Will need to deal with that.

I wanted to check out this place because its in the name Discount Tire so that immediately got my attention as I needed a whole new set of tires, when they told me the price my jaw dropped because it was so much, a total of 700 dollars. I was not happy and had to leave to this place. This should be called Inflation Tire Company

I saw a post on fb about Redlands discount tires. So I figured I’d give them a try. They were very kind and patient while I was on the phone with my husband while he was getting quotes from other tire places. We decided to go with Redlands discount tires. 4 new tires for $499. I got 4 new tires and an oil change, no appointment, and they were done within an hr.

Everyone was very nice. The situation was a complete stress for me. I was on my way to help my daughter in a severe crisis and could not have the worst time for me. I was driving my husbands Corvette (of which I “never” drive. Amazing prices and great customer service. I had a blow out on one of my tires. All my tires needed to be changed. They had a great offer buy 2 get 2 free. This helped me tremendously due to my monthly budget. They put the tires on in less than an hour and were very helpful.

I took my Sienna last Wednesday for an alignment . They called me after an hour or so to pick up my van. That same day I took it for a drive on the freeway, the shaking was even worst than before. I was not expecting for 100% fix but at least better. A very disappointed 😞 costumer.

Was skeptical at first, but was told about as a reputable business for an alignment. Was glad I went there, was happy with the work and the price, hard to do these days....

When I picked up my van, I was told the Tire light will be on and it would go out after driving a few blocks. I drove with it on for Days and it never went off. Checked my tires and found all 4 Underinflated. Front tires by 5 lbs. each and back tires by 10 lbs. each. Plus, all 4 had Loose stem covers. Looks like someone forgot to do their last step job?? Otherwise, the entire experience was good, but taking off 2 stars for the confusion and work I had to go through. I guess I could have taken my vehicle back and waited and had them fill tires, but that would have been inconvenient as well.

I think that the people at Discount Tire Center here in Redlands are great people and provided really good service. I set up an appointment online but it didnt go through, and they accommodated to me.They also did everything to make sure that I didnt have to pay for the services I didnt need. My car tire had punctured and I was pretty sure that the tires had to be replaced because it deflated so quickly. They managed to patch it, so I didnt have to buy a new tire. I also requested for a tire rotation, tire alignment, and brake check just to make sure that everything was good. They checked everything and told me that I didnt need an alignment, but they did rotate my tires. I technically had to replace two of my tires because of cracking and showed me the two culprits (which included the punctured tire). I told them that I could replace one and not the other cause I needed to reevaluate my finances. They briefed me on what I could do, like maybe caling the company i bought the tires from previously because it was still quite new.In the end, they didnt charge me anything (even for the tire rotation), told me to figure those two tire situation out and come back when I can.Seriously, I am humbled and floored by their generosity, kindness and honesty. I am also incredibly grateful. :)P.S., they also have a great music selection coming from the garage area.

I took my vehicle in for 4 new tires., a alignment and an oil change. It took no time to Finnish, which I was pleased with. Staff was friendly and nice. Drove off with my vehicle and noticed after 40mph my car was shaking. The next day I took it back and they looked it over and told me that Something in my car the Axle or something under my car was broken and they did a through check and it was not their doing. A little frustrated because it was not doing that before I took my car in. So I had to take it the same day to my mechanic., he had to checked it out.., And stated that nothing was broken or cracked and that it was my front tires. So I had to take it back AGAIN!! Showed them the video tape from my mechanic and they Changed my 2 front tires. WHEW! The car runs great! Now, to be fair the gentleman did apologize a lot and gave me 2 free oil changes., however., That’s a very scary situation.., what if I had a blowout because of 2 new tires? With my family? The fact that he let me go knowing that it was very shaky scares me and could have been a very bad situation. Something to think about.....

Last Thursday March 25, I took my a 2007 Nissan Sentra that needed some much needed maintance. Everyone there from the moment you enter is courteous and professional.They were absolutely honest what needed to be done and thorough. Due to the amount of repairs needed it took more time then I expected, but they made sure to update me frequently and patiently answered any questions I had. This is the absolute place to go! By the way call and make an appointment first. They do take walk-ins but you may have to wait for your car longer if there are other customers ahead of you. Great experience here!!!

Made an appt to get my oil changed on my Camaro SS. They kept a guy late to get it done which is the only reason they didnt get one star. After driving the car home I took it out the next day and my driver message center gave me a warning for low oil. I called them to make some inquiries. Turns out that not only put the wrong oil in the engine but they didnt put in the right amount. The Camaros take Dexos 0W-40 which it states right on the filler cap. They put in 5W-30. My specs are 10 qts as well and for some reason they only added 6 qts. Needless ro say, I wont be back.

I am very happy with the service that I received at the Redlands DTC. I replaced four tires; the price altogether was great and they were quick...really quick. I also needed a rim for a spare, which they had to order, stating that it would be done on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to have received a call on Saturday, saying that it was ready. The staff was remarkable, excellent customer service skills! When I arrived they were really busy with customers wanting to get service. I thought I was going to be there for awhile, but I was literally there for under an hour. They are very fast, and friendly. Mike was so nice and helpful. Outstanding customer service, both service writer and technicians were happy to help me out after getting a screw in my tire, across the street leaving lows. Was in town visiting over the weekend. When we got to our rental car in the morning we found our front tire was flat with a screw in it. We had been to Pep Boys across the street years before and always had to wait a long time, so we decided to try Discount Tire Centers. The help was very friendly, they got it fixed fast, and they didnt charge us even though we were in a time crunch. It was a great experience for us and we would highly recommend!

I love this tire shop. They are consistent in the quality and timeliness of their work. I have been going here for years and do not even consider going elsewhere. They have excellent prices on tires (near unbeatable really) and the ongoing oil changes / tire alignments have been a simple process each time when needed. The managers are great and I consider them to be honest straight forward people. Go to this store and you will be happy that you did.
