One of the best lattes Ive had since moving back to CA from Portland. Wish it was in Camarillo where I live. Haha there was just one girl taking orders and making drinks so it was a little slow, bit it was totally worth the wait! Really really good!

Enjoyed an afternoon coffee and tea with a best friend.PROS:Good selection of teas in which they brew and prepare to order and put on ice. Excellently made iced cafe latte. A rich and decadent drink with just enough ice to make it resound with flavor and potency. Bistro tables set up outside were delightful. Friendly and helpful barista. Excellent coffee.CONS:Only two selections of sweeteners: Splanda and raw sugar. No pastries to go with the coffee.

This was my fist time here I got the honey cinnamon latte it was sooo good! Wish I got a picture of my latte art . Everyone was really nice and funny.

Walked in the door and was greeted by the girl who was working, I had a few questions about the coffee shop & the coffee itself and she was more than happy to explain I ordered 2 ice coffees cinnamon & Mexican and she was more right the drinks were not just good they were delicious and had us up and running and we bought a bag to go. Glad we stopped by now me and hubby have a new coffee shop to stop at when were in Redlands

I absolutely love Wild Goose! Their drinks are great, their beans are always freshly roasted and wonderful to brew, and their staff is friendly and passionate about their craft.

Tried this place for the first time. Came to buy coffee beans. What I bought was great, but a little bummed they did not have an espresso roast. They are not open on weekends, so I dont know when Ill have a weekday off to try again. Staff was very helpful.

Amazing coffee, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I got to taste and smell 8 different varieties of coffee from different regions of the world through their cupping experience - it was truly an amazing experience. I also tried the cappuccino which beyond exceeded my expectation. It truly is a gem in Redlands. If the coffee experience was not enough; I was humbled and blown away to learn, they donate 5 lbs of food to food bank for every pound of coffee bought; way to give back to the community! If you are in Redlands, this is a must go spot - 5 stars all around!

A rich and flavorful coffee. I usually get a straight black coffee when Im trying a new coffee shop and this was delicious. Will be ordering for home use.

Love the coffee that Wildgoose sells. Every time I go in the person working the front is always very friendly and is more than willing to strike up a conversation. They make it right there fresh in front of you and you can really tell that they use quality ingredients.

While Im no expert or legitimate connoisseur, I do love my coffee and am fairly particular about it. In other words, theres a lot I can find wrong with a cup of coffee... its too harsh, too bitter, too acidic, too dull, etc. Wild Goose, however, commits none of these offenses. Its, as far as I can tell, perfect. And better yet, local. And even better yet, philanthropically minded. And EVEN better yet, served at Olive Avenue Market, which is just a cool place to sit and have coffee. Guatamala is by far my favorite.

What a pleasant surprise this was.Looking for decent coffee in a neighborhood thats not familiar can be a daunting task. With the help of Google Maps thats exactly what I did. Frankly, the coffee turned out to be better than just decent. My mocha was great. Combination of on site roasted coffee..and locally made dark chocolate sauce really made the mocha stand out. This is a primarily a wholesale coffee roaster/seller who decided to open it up for serving coffee as well (as explained by the owner)Definitely a place Ill be happy to go back to whenever Im in the area.

Love this place. They have fantastic coffee that is fresh roasted (they are a roaster after all). Its a small counter but there is always a personal touch and great recommendations.They also have had the same employees for a long time and that really goes to show how well the place is managed and the employees loyalty.Keep it up!

These people know their stuff! The coffee is always fresh and they roast it on site. The staff is super polite and will answer any questions you have about their drinks. The best part is that they give back to the community every time someone buys a pound of coffee.

Such good coffee...one of the best prices for a pour over Ive seen. Great variety of price points for bags of coffee (i.e. they had little sampler bags which were awesome).

Of all coffee lovers, I am furtherst from it. I have also loved the smell and hated the taste of coffee. However, I recently got to taste Wild Goose Coffee and was I ever surprised. Their coffee tastes clean and fresh without the bitterness. I actually loved the coffee. i have since ordered 3 bags and have now tasted 5 flavors.... they only get better. Thank you Nate for introducing me to the only coffee I have ever enjoyed.

I am a coffee geek and proud of it. I live in Santa Monica but often drive past Redlands. These folks are brilliant roasters and super nice. If you’ve never had a small batch roast from folks that know what they’re doing, you will not be disappointed.

Had a very informed cupping with Nate and Quinton. I was able to hear the first crack of the roast and watch it come out of the roaster. Very knowledgeable and truly enjoyed the flavor quest i experienced!

One of the better roasters in Redlands and they have a good selection of coffees to try in their tasting room. The style of coffee is more a medium roast, but you still get a good taste of the origin. A great place to stop in your way to work.

Exceptional coffee, and you do good when you buy a pound. Go and find out how...and get a cup of Mexican mocha while youre there! Try all the coffee they roast right there. Then, as agent Cooper would say, thats a damn good cup of coffee!

Great place must try. Also you have to definitely try their coffee tasting on Fridays. I am a truck driver and try coffee from lots of places across the country and this is in my top 10 now.

Tucked away in a business park, this is some of the best coffee you can get in the Inland Empire. There is no seating or drip coffee (pour overs and espresso only) but the baristas are very knowledgeable and will make you an excellent beverage or sell you some finely roasted beans.

This place is a little gem in the Loma Linda- Redlands area. They are primarily a roastry and a barista training location for local businesses (already a good sign) so the cafe itself is quite small. While this place may not be the best for studying or hanging out for a long time, the beans itself, the espresso shot and the milk foam are all superb. You can tell that these folks know what they are doing. The intimate size of the space allows the customer to chat with the barista while they are making your drink. The lady who made my drink was knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk too. I went to their free cupping (coffee tasting) which is offered every Friday at 1. It was so informative and it was awesome to talk to the head roaster about the ins and outs of their beans. No question was stupid to him. Another perk of this place is that their prices are so great! They only charge .25 cents for oat milk and they cappys are in the 3 dollar range! So happy I discovered this place. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if they were open one day of the weekend. I get that those are good opportunities to do barista training (which I did state is a main focus of their business model) but it would be great for those of us (like my husband) who works 7-3:30!

No coffee available to drink...this is not a coffee house. It is in a really obscure industrial area, difficult to find. People were nice, they roast coffee there and it is for sale.

Good variety of coffee and ofc great taste.I wanted the flight of fancy for my espresso but they were out of the ingredients to make some.So I chose the CONGO KAWA KABUYA.I was warned that it is more difficult to brew perfectly, but despite being new to making espressos I wanted a challenge.It really was difficult to brew, but once you get it correcet, it was the BEST I have ever had.
