We went to Sephora and we were attended by Shy! Let me tell you her customer service was above and beyond (Ive been in retail for over 15 years) She literally took her time to help my sister and I out with foundation and she made sure we were well taken care of. I suggest that, if you happen to be in town, go check Shy out!Thanks girl! We will definitely be back you made us feel very comfortable!This woman needs a raise!

My wife and I didnt went to sephora but to the jewelry stand, looking for some rings, the prices are affordable, and probably you could find something that you like.

Employees are nice here. They have great clearance and sales. Im sad they are getting rid of Becca, Urban Decay, Lancome, and a couple other brands I use.

The Assoc. was very helpful in helping me choose my product. Fast and polite service in the Beauty dept. I also was going to buy two pairs of Levis especially since they were on sale, but they didnt have my size in either pair. I noticed you had a lot more selections than Kohls.

Been going for a few years and everyone has always been helpful :) I wanted to pick up my makeup game and they always have been knowledgeable and if a product doesnt work out returns have been a breeze! I went in to special order a Pallet and the gentleman was so nice. He literally says hello to everybody, I have nothing but good things to say about this store and staff.

OK, I will admit that I have less than good experiences with this store in the past. Rude employees to say the least. They would walk right past you and not acknowledge your presence. I was in need of makeup this week and decided to give them one more try and to my surprise, service was great. I must acknowledge, Marty, one of the colorists who was more than patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted. He showed me options, taught me how to apply them and not once seemed to be trying to sell me something that I did not want or need. Marty displayed wonderful customer service in addition to showing great knowledge of the products . I walked out of the store feeling like I looked great and isnt that makeup is all about?

I am always skeptical of the staff in this shopping center in Redlands ability to be culturally competent, but I went to a couple of stores today and was pleasantly surprised by their welcoming. In Sephora particularly, even though I had to ask to be matched, once the beauty rep realized I didnt know what the hell I was doing there, she became a constant. She made me feel comfortable and delivered satisfactory results with actually making sure the make up performed the way I wanted it to. The cashier was also very welcoming and helpful.

We needed makeup done for a wedding last minute and these girls helped us out so much! They helped make us look beautiful and have fun in the process. Brianna, Yvette and Alexis you are our hero’s today 💜

Associate 0908 was great she knew how to treat a customer with excellent customer service skills. We loved how she treated us.

The one time I went in to do an exchange they made me prove three different ways that I bought the product online. It was a patchy lipstick and I exchanged for a more expensive lipstick AND an eyeshadow palette. They told the lady in line before me that all she needed for her online return was the paper that came with shipping, so why I needed that, the email, and to show them in my app is beyond me. They even asked to see the card I paid with, which is reasonable, but I felt hassled as if I stole it or something. Ill be going to the one in the mall now...Other than that their customer service is fine, which is why I gave two stars.

I went in today with my 3 year old daughter, and the moment I entered the store a was greeted by a man who was so friendly and sweet, and asked how he could help. When I told him I use Kat von d for the coverage but hate how thick it is, he knew exactly what foundation would be perfect for me, got it and did my face up for me. Another worker came over and played with my daughter and let her color while he did my make up. So not only were they beyond helpful, but they were friendly and kept my little one occupied, I wish I caught his name but unfortunately I did not. He complimented me from the moment he saw me until the moment I left and he made me feel good about myself. Awesome!!!

There was only one employee that smiled, was nice, professional and made us feel welcome. All others I experienced were rude and unprofessional. Prices were too high.

As a man I get my free birthday gift from Sephora each December and put it in my daughters Christmas gifts.

I love Sephora inside JC Penneys but the downside is there are certain things that you cannot purchase there so you have to go to the larger stand-alone store. And if you have a JCPenneys card you cannot use it at the larger Sephora store. This makes it difficult for loyal customers of J C Penneys.

Girls yall are going to go broke lol....they have amazing and knowledgeable ppl working here. And they do give it free samples if your not sure about a product. Like if you might be also it not which is really nice fur me bec Im allergic to everything. It doesnt have a cloud of perfume so you can actually breathe here.

Seriously...horrible service. I asked for a sample and the woman was so rude and said okay Ill find someone to help you as I stood there and watched her do nothing for five minutes. Then she walked away and disappeared! I had to go and find another associate that quickly helped me but wow. This woman stood there and was looking at some pieces of paper doing nothing the whole time. Dont waste your time here. The service is pathetic.

I was in a wedding and could not afford to hire a make-up/hair stylist to come to my house like the rest of the wedding party. I heard about getting a free full-face make-up at Sephora at the JC Penny in Redlands, provided that you buy $50 worth of make-up. I visited and gladly met with Sarah (make-up expert). I told her my situation and she also referred me to Elizabeth (hairstylist expert), who worked at the same location in the JC Penney Salon. The day of the wedding, I got my hair done by Elizabeth and then make-up with Sarah. Suffice it to say, I looked and felt amazing after the two wonderful experts did my hair and make-up. I am forever grateful to Sarah and Elizabeth for the miracle they did on me. I got so many compliments at the wedding. One lady even said I looked like a Barbie Doll :). The pictures and memories will last a lifetime, all in great part to my wonderful experience with Sarah and Elizabeth. I wholeheartedly recommend both of these excellent ladies for hair and make-up.

Little slow but isnt that always the way at Sephora? Very nice to me esp as I wasnt there to buy anything but a face mask and redeem my play card. I also tried to redeem a mail coupon for some of their mascara. They didnt have anything in stock so the nice employee gave me 2 samples. After I left the store I checked the bag to see what she threw in there...girl, how you gonna give someone SRS good genes and not say anything?! Omg. This Sephora was cleaner and less busy than most. But like most of them, understocked and it gives the store a messy, unorganized feel. Nice wide selection of lesser known skincare/fragrance brands compared to my local Sephora. Ill def be back if Im in the neighborhood.

Worst sephora ive ever been to! Ive been here 3 days this week.The first day the staff was rude and didnt offer help.The second time i was stared and they followed me around . Today I came with my father and was going to buy him a fragrance but they were kicking us out as soon as we got there when they were going to close in 10 minutes. I was just going to grab it and pay but i guess ones buissness isnt important enough for this rude staff.
