This place used to be good but I wouldn’t recommend now. Prices don’t match the product quality. Ordered a lox bagel. Cost me almost $10 for that. They put ONE LAYER of salmon across the bagel. That’s ridiculous… should have paid for salmon flavored cream cheese bagel instead. Anyway… the bottled soda was room temp and the “baked yesterday” cookie was dry. I’m not usually a review writer but this whole experience was so lame and disappointing I couldn’t help myself.

Great bagels and variety. The dining room is super clean and bright. Service was good, the girl working was friendly and bubbly and seemed to genuinely enjoy herself.

Usually okay but they forgot my order today and then made it wrong (with melted cheese, Im highly lactose intolerant) which I didnt realize until I was home. It maybe would have been okay had they comped the order but the double mistake is pretty unacceptable. Messing up this badly is how you make people sick.

Am I the only one thinking what happened to some of the staff members? They were amazing! The new staff slacks and is very impatient. My daughter needed some napkins and one of the girls rolled her eyes at me. I was very nice and still there was that sass. The tall gentleman that used to work there had this staff in order and was super nice to me every time I was there. Nice to everyone really. Someone needs to talk about customer service with the new staff. I don’t want to feel unwelcome whenever me or my daughter are there.

Bagels were good. Service was good at first, then we were missing one bagel so I went back and pet them know they didnt seem to believe me but said they would make another one. As I was standing waiting for my bagel the employees were whispering behind the counter, though moments before they were talkative and cheery. Then I was handed my bagel and kind of brushed off without any customer service. It might have been an off day. The food was good when we got it. Would go back again unless they mess up a third time.

I’ve heard a lot of bad reviews about this place. But yet went anyway... big mistake unfortunately. The staff have no patience! Then I heard them talking about some other customers. Those were all negative comments. The short young girl was very rude! Someone needs to manage that staff better! (DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!) I’ve also heard the owners aren’t any better. And those bagels are pathetic. Hard and no flavor.

Great bagels. So many tasty options of decacent bagels and cream cheeses. I dont know why but they day olds are just not the same at home. Please go back to normal hours at least till 3! Late lunches are a thing! Me want for my lunch

Had a great experience! Some reviews mentioned that they might be out of certain items, but we got there very early in the morning, so everything was in stock. Got a lox bagel and a wheat bagel with sweet cream cheese. Both were superb and really hit the spot after camping for a week. Bagels were well made and delectable. Well be back when were in the area.

I love the Begal texture and taste. I Tried jalapeño cheddar begal with garlic herb cream cheese and it made my day. I recommend to try it. Amazing staff, fast service.

I have been here several times with the same experience of poor service and attitudes by the few people working. It’s not okay to get annoyed when customers walk and then ignore them while they’re standing in front of you.

I had the lox & capers on a sourdough bagel & it was amazing. Also bought a bakers dozen for the road. The staff is super friendly & the coffee is respectably good. Great place to grab a bagel if you ever find yourself hungry for bagels in Redmond.

Fantastic, kind staff who are following covid safety regulations! The breakfast sandwiches satisfy but arent flavorful enough for my liking (hence the 4/5 stars). I usually get here in the late morning so the bagels arent fresh and was once a bit stale. The breakfast sandwiches take ~5-7 minutes to prepare and the shop isnt usually too busy in the late afternoon (after 10 am).

Sometimes this place is a hit or miss. Their crew can handle small orders but when it comes to large orders they often forget a bagel or two. When you go back to get your missing bagels they give you flack about it and talk badly about you behind the counter. Love the bagels but the service has been subpar.

Their food is great, when they actually have it in stock. Many times they are out of tuna. Obviously it is popular so heres an idea MAKE MORE! Furthermore, they do not answer the phone which really upsets me. If they answer I could ask if they still have tuna, instead they dont and I drive all the way down there just to be told they are out of tuna! This has happened on numerous occastions.

As a bagel lover, Im so thankful this place exists!

Great bagels, always go to the ones in bend and have never had an issues. The one in Redmond never answers their phone to order ahead. Went on a Sunday at 10:50 am and the door was locked open sign on. A girl walks up with a bag of food and says they are taking their lunch and will reopen in 10 min... it’s 11am on a Sunday, isn’t that when most people would be wanting service??? We sat outside for 15 minutes and watched about 10 or other potential costumers come and go because they didn’t want to wait. Eventually just left. Horrible costumer service closing at a peak time if you ask me!

Arrived 20mins before closing. Even tho they were low on stock at that point, they made a great effort to make me happy!

They served a customer ahead of me who was NOT WEARING A MASK! He was there with another person so they easily could have asked him to leave the building and have her order for him, but nothing was said. I can only expect that if they are lax on this that they are also lax with other important health standards.

They have a great selection of bagels and bagel related meals. My kids and I really enjoy this place when were passing through town.

This place makes the best bagels but they are constantly having issues. They are often out of key ingredients... like cream cheese or veggies. I often try to call and order ahead but they have never once answered the phone. They’ve got to get their act together.

Best bagels in central Oregon

I love this place and its food. The only reason why Im not giving it 5 stars is because they run out of bagels well before closing, 1230 on a Friday afternoon and only 1 bagel left in the Redmond location. I wanted to bring my family for lunch and order bagel sandwiches. Thankfully there were bagel-dogs left. While waiting for my bagel-dogs I watched 11 potential customers for orders come in and leave without being able to place their orders with an hour or so left on their limited covid hour schedule.

This place is a gem! Great choices in sandwiches and bagel flavors. The restaurant is really nice inside and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Redmond is lucky to have Big O Bagels! You need to check this one out for sure. 🤗

Just finished my club from here, it was really good. Got it on a rosemary bagel, bagel had nice flavor and a proper texture. The gal that helped us was really nice and made our food super quick. Def recommend this place. Went to Coho Coffee yesterday and this is leaps and bounds above it!

Ive always loved Big O Bagels when they first started in Bend, and Im glad theyre here in Redmond!Large assortment of bagels and toppings. Reasonable prices, and they serve coffee, and a few other things. Great service as well.

Its been a long time since this east coast transplant has had a REAL bagel--about 20 yrs! So happy to see Big O Bagels here in Redmond. My daughter excitedly brought me my first to try. Cant say enough about how authentic (as in Jewish) they taste--the just right soft crisp outer crust to the perfectly tender inside chew. Nothing short of a miracle and proof that Big O Bagels knows what theyre doing in creating these gems. Hurry over for yours before I buy them all😍!

The bagels were fresh and soft and very good. The cream cheese with cinnamon and sugar and the cream cheese with herbs and onion was good as well. They had a good variety of bagels as well as breakfast sandwiches, coffee drinks and even lemon bars! I will definately be back.

Why are most the girls so rude?? Ive literally only had one good experience out of all the times Ive been! It honestly makes me not wanna go there ever again. These ladies clearly dont know good customer service. Other than that the bagels are very good!! But they do need more than what they normally have for people that go in last minute.

Wow, crazy wait for the amount of people in the store. Then my hot bagel (pizza bagel) is hardly warm, the cheese wasn’t all the way melted. To top it off, no napkins.Edited to respond to the owner who made excuses 7 months after my post:I was the only customer in the restaurant. So there was no “high school rush” happening.I wish I could give 0 stars.

I love the food at Big O, their bagel sandwiches are always so good! Their customer service could use some more guidance from management because I’ve watched several people ask questions and the staff doesn’t know the answer and the customer gets a blank stare. Two times my sandwich has been made on the wrong type of bagel, but... it’s still delicious.

Redmond location messed up my order and charged me extra for tomato and avocado and they didn’t even put it on my sandwich, I called which they then said they saw someone put it on for my order. Which isn’t true, because there wasn’t any. They then hung up on me and have been ignoring my calls since. Redmond location is awful, Bend locations are sooo much better

I live in Redmond and only a few minutes away from that location and no one ever answers the phone then when you go to actual location at 12pm and your closed even though your website states your open until 2pm. Go back to bend and let another company take over.
