Very tasty sandwiches, wide selection of bagels to choose from, wide variety of fillings, clean store, friendly staff and what an aroma of all those fresh bagels when you enter the store. Love it! Definitely recommend.

Here’s the thing… I really love Blazing Bagels, the bagel selection is awesome, cream cheese is stellar, the line goes fast, you can bring dogs and sit outside BUT they do too much cream cheese on the sandwiches. Why not ask for light cream cheese, one might ask? I do! Every time, but then this is what I get. This was supposed to be light garlic herb cream cheese on this sandwich, but it is doused with it on both sides. I used around 6 paper towels just to wipe it off to an acceptable amount, but then the bagel gets soggy. Will I stop going to Blazing Bagels?… no, it’s delicious. Will I stop complaining about the copious amount of cream cheese they put on your sandwich when you ask for light cc?… also, no.

Blazing Bagels is a top notch breakfast restaurant. However, my last few visits have been rather disappointing. I ordered one of their hot bagel sandwiches and a half dozen bagels. The bagels I received were far from fresh. I bought them in the morning and brought them home to the family around noon. When I checked them they were very firm. I tried heating them but they didn’t soften. In the past, I have bought their bagels and their freshness lasted for days.The breakfast sandwich I ordered was mediocre. I ordered on the phone as I made the ten minute drive to the restaurant. When I picked up the order, the sandwich was cold (I ordered toasted) and the cheese wasn’t melted. I could tell it hadn’t been heated up. Taste wise, they use a generic sausage patty, but overall they are a pretty tasty sandwich.This last visit won’t deter me from getting food here. Sadly though, the quality has gone down.

Ive always liked their bagels, but never realized how stellar their customer service is until today! Every year my family gets their bagels and cream cheese for Christmas breakfast, but this year they forgot to put the cream cheese in the order. Instead of giving us a simple refund, or even a gift card, they actually DELIVERED THE CREAM CHEESE TO OUR HOUSE CHRISTMAS MORNING. They even included a cookie and apple cinnamon loaf bonus! I have to say, I think Ill be frequenting this bagel shop a lot more now that I know how amazing they really are!

Visiting from Austin, TX and my best friend brought me here since I’m on a bagel kick. The bagels were SO good, warm and fluffy that I decided to bring a bag with me to TX. Used to come here somewhat regularly, but I’ve been disappointed by the timeliness of orders the last several times I’ve visited.My experience today though finally compelled me to leave a review. Placed an order for online pickup today, was given a pickup time of 12:15, so naturally I plan to swing by the shop at 12:15. Got an unexpected email at 11:56 that food’s ready for pickup so I rush out the door. Takes me about 11 minutes to get there, so by the time I arrive my food’s cold. They were slammed though, so I didn’t make a fuss about it.Got back home, open up my cold breakfast sandwiches, and realize they’re missing the avocado I was charged an extra $1 for on each sandwich, and the cheese on my wife and I’s orders had been swapped. Disappointing experience all around.To compound it, when you try to call there’s no one available to answer (constant busy tone) and there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the company via email.They’re good bagels, they really are! But the service and the experience are a huge bummer these days.

I dont know what they put in the bagels, but they feel really heavy and difficult to digest. First visited them years ago and had this impression, did not like them; now visited again to give them another shot but unfortunately with the same result.Very strange as bagels are supposed to be super simple, not greasy etc.We dont have any feed allergies or digestion issues.Definitely not coming again.

Delicious bagels. I got the jalapeno cheese bagel with egg and cheese. They have a nice place too and have a shed outside for outdoor eating.I got the pesto, plain, everything bagels for home. They have good coffee too. They have a variety of cheese spreads. We got the chipotle veggie and garlic herb. All were yummy!

Amazing! Excellent! Well worth looking for and finding this place! You walk into the most un-assuming store, full of bustling people ready to serve you and let you taste their DELICIOUS bagels and bagel sandwiches. The sandwiches are made-to-order for you, and you can choose from the extensive menu or you can ask them to build one with any of their ingredients. Plus coffee and tea. Did I mention that they have close to 20 flavors of bagels and that all are fresh? Because of Covid-19, only outside seating was available; personnel is masked up and all client interaction surfaces are kept sanitized. Perfect!

Great bagels. Not so great experience. Your shop need a better mechanism for peak hours. During busy hours your staff seem crumbling under pressure. There’s order mixup, additionally no SOP for such incidents. These can be easily mitigated with some basic process improvements. Many such places have perfected it. It takes a little more than making the best bagels to be “The Best Bagel Place”. Hope you would get this in order soon.

I called to order bagels over phone and pickup from Redmond Blazing bagels. They Requested to hold and never come back even after 10 min wait and kept the phone line open. As voice message suggested to do online order when I called before they pickup, with good intention thinking they must be busy, disconnected the call and ordered online to pickup. It showed me online to pickup in 20 min. I reached in about 35 min from the time I ordered and waited at online order pickup window for about 10min for Someone to attend. I was told at window that the order is in preparation, so waited there to pickup for another 10 min. To my surprise, someone from the store called me in response to my online order on phone and said, they are out of bagels(really?Friday morning around 9:40?) and mentioned it takes at least more than an hour and cancelled my order at that point. Moreover asking/suggesting me to pick up with next time order if I want. It took almost an hour for them to call me after I reached and waiting at window and without even updating me there is so rude and not at all customer centric service.

Its unfortunate to give one star to our once favorite place. We ordered two bagel sandwiches, one didnt make it to the order. And the other order missed a few ingredients. The waitress brought out the missed one - and it wasnt toasted like we asked them to, and looks like it was sitting somewhere for a while, was just cold. We even asked if it was toasted, we were told yes - but got untasted cold cheese on the burger. After waiting for over 45 mins, we got poorly made bagels and really messed up orders. The bagels didnt seem as fresh as they used to be. The waitress did offer to refund, but we were already so late - so decided to leave.

Great food, but they really need to work on their order system. They should get either (or both!) a TV screen that shows your order in the queue or a microphone system. You cant hear when they call your name. I dropped my first coffee (note: those weather proof benches are crazy slippery, dont set your coffee down) then when I ordered a second one, it was lost and they had to make it again after I asked about it. Me spilling my first coffee is totally my fault, but them losing the second order just kind of illustrates how unorganized their order system is.

Saturday busy crazy! Dont forget to get a number for your food and fill out your order form ahead of time. Its a real cool bagel, sandwich shop. The staff was nice even as busy as it was. This place go through customers super fast. It may look like a long line but it goes fast.

Amazing customer service from Blazing Bagels in Redmond! They left the cream cheese out of our bagel order yesterday and we didn’t realize it until we got home. We told them and this morning they delivered our cream cheese plus some extra goodies. That’s going above and beyond to keep the customer happy!

Great bagels!!! I have to say that moving away from the east coast, I really missed those perfect New York Bagels. I cant say these are quite as good as NY ones but they are yummy nonetheless.Their flavors are really vast - from the normal stuff youd expect to fancy things like Everything Pumpernickel and French Toast. My partner loves the Everything and regular Pumpernickel and I really like the Cinnamon Sugar. I havent had their sandwhiches yet but I definitely will try next time!Theres plenty of seating outside (but I bet it gets filled up during non-covid times.) Fun place to hangout.The one disappointing thing is I would love a sweet cream cheese option - they have so many flavors but I was surprised to see they didnt have like a honey or a nut flavored one.Its buy 6, get 1 free so its worth getting a half dozen or a dozen.

Wait times are always huge here. Bagels are good but prices are way out of whack. Not worth it at all.Lately they play music so loud you cant hear person taking your order.Experience is not worth it.

I get bagels here because I *need* bagels. They are decent bagels, if somewhat doughy. I am consistently disappointed and displeased by the customer service and constant errors. Today was not the best day there either, lots of unmasked folks. Unfortunately, without a alternative I will remain a customer.

Best bagels east of New York! Def a unfunny joke! They have no clue what new you’re bagels are about. Plus, they don’t melt cheese. Also they are still requiring mask for fully vaccinated people even though authorities banned the mask requirement 2 days ago. In a past visit they didn’t know how to apply a gift certificate that I purchased from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love this place. Their menu is great and at an awesome price range. I usually pick my breakfast or brunches from here and I am hoping to dine-in now that covid restrictions are lifted.

Endless and very interesting variety of bagels. Loved the store/restaurant! Their bagels are really soft and tasty, and perfect size. Usually I avoid bagels as they tend to get really hard by the time I am able to finish it, but here that wasnt the case. The only issue I had with this place was the egg sandwich I ordered, the fried egg was cold and cheese tasted like it was just placed there out of the refrigerator. Servers were not very helpful and just wanted to get it over with. Will take bagels home next time and make my own sandwich.

100% outrageous - cant agree more. Waited 40 minutes to get the bagels. At 20 minutes, noticed people are walking out with coffee right away, went to ask and apparently even though you order coffee with cashier, you still need to tell barista to make you that coffee. Then, 10 minutes later asked wheres our food and turned out they lost the order somehow! Well done, you have one job. This is ridiculous to wait this much time for a bagel, this is not a restaurant.

Some things never change. As the area around this Redmond location changes, This is still a great place for a bite to eat. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff make it a go to destination for sandwiches and other baked goods. And oh yeah, Bagels!

This place has lost touch with reality. I am here right now on 6/30/21 (two days after covid restrictions in WA were removed) and I was told by some dumb 16 year old that I had to wear a mask even though I am vaccinated. I have been to this place thrice in last two weeks! I am a vegetarian and love this place. They have loads of vegan and vegetarian options in bagels and cream cheese. You can make your own bagel/sandwich/wrap. They also serve delicious muffins and cookies. This place is pet friendly and the cutest thing is they have dog bagels, so get your furry friend along for your Sunday brunch :)

The Best Bagels East of New York should have stayed east of New York because theres nothing to love here. And I tried, I really tried, but despite arriving soon after they opened, the bagels were tough, the service poor, the floor a filthy mess (at 7am!), and the decor unpleasant.Lets start with the bagels, the reason most of you are thinking of going here. Tough. Doughy. I tried a salt, an everything, and a bacon cheddar. All had similar problems. None of them would be allowed to be seen by customers anywhere respectable in New York. They also served my lox and bagels with a low fat cream cheese - I didnt ask for that - and flavorless lox.As to the cleanliness, the floors are covered with a mess already, or were never cleaned after yesterday evening... And were just brushed clean at 8:15am. It still looks ratty on the floors.The service was direct, and I liked that, but unhelpful. I cant really blame the guy behind the counter for the restaurant part not having salt and pepper.I really wanted to like this place, but it left a literal bad taste in my mouth. Sadly, theres no nearby alternative in Redmond. I wont be back.

I really appreciate that they have vegan cream cheese, my lactose intolerance typically prevents me from getting my favorite, a lox sandwich, but not here! Will definitely come here more often.

As a longtime customer of blazing bagels, i thought i should finally review them. Holy cow— they rule!! Every person I’ve introduced to Blazing Bagels has loved their food. I’m vegan and the vast majority of the bagels are vegan-friendly (except for the obvious ones like the cheesy bagels) plus they offer dairy-free butter and cream cheese, plus the most delicious hummus ever. You definitely won’t be disappointed! ♥️

Best bagel shoppe in Washington! The bagels are made in house and are always amazing. There are tons of bagels and schmears to choose from. Additionally there is tons of cool art around the shoppe. I come here all the time and would have to my favorite bagel is the French toast with butter. :)

They automatically add a tip when you order online. Its really obnoxious and easy to miss, and borderline deceptive.

If you live or play in the area and you havent checked out Blazin Bagels before, you ought to stop in at your next convenience. Cant say enough about the food. The bagels are awesome...duh...its a bagel shop and has been in business for decades so goes without saying. But the sandwiches, coffee, and breads are top notch as well. Always friendly service here. They have tented outdoor seating and an easy ordering process for during Covid. Its very bike friendly, right off the Sammamish trail. Support a local business and stop in. You might just become a regular!

I had a bagel dog for lunch. The hot dog was great but the bagel was hard and chewy. I couldnt eat the bagel part of it. My wife had a bagel sandwich and it was very delicious.

Way overrated! Long waits and lack luster sandwiches. Ordered a bagel dog and bagel sandwich this time. Really disappointed in the bagel dog, these are microwaved and not steamed like the ones I used to eat in Chicago. Dog was prepped then sat while sandwich was made. By the time the sandwich was ready, bagel dog was cold and bread rock hard on the ends. Asked for a remake on the bagel dog. New bread was prepped and dog was reused. So in the end, dog was microwaved a couple times and it ended up being rock hard too. By the time I finished the bagel dog, both were microwave tough. If I want a microwaved bagel dog, I’ll buy a pack from the grocery store and microwave them myself.

The bagels are most definitely not better than NY bagels, but they are the closest Ive had outside of the tristate area.Sat outside to eat for ~15 minutes - every single order picked up was messed up in some way, including mine.

Tasty fresh bagels! There are really not many great bagel places around the Seattle area, besides Blazing Bagels. I love their bagels with spreads as well as their bagel sandwiches. Its a little pricy, but a nice breakfast treat! They also do catering. My office (pre-COVID) used to get a big order of fruit and bagels and spreads once a month and it was always a perfect variety and a big hit.This location has some outside seating and is dog-friendly at the benches (but not inside where the actual bakery is).

I just took the salmon bagel sandwich. I think it was a bit expensive for the size of the sandwich. The taste was good owning to lots of cream cheese. I think you should go for create your own sandwich to pile up on veggies which the standard ones lacked.

Awesome customer service and delicious food! I ordered bacon on my sandwich and I showed them and they got me hot fresh bacon to put on my sandwich. A lot of enthusiasm as well. Great food and great place!

Delicious, but every time I order i get a problem with my order. Today the misplaced my order on the delivery table without name, so I spent 10 minutesmore waiting for nothing, and laterI found that the order is missing one bangle. Last week I ordered egg and chees and then laterI found it has bacon.

They offered me to have a 50/50 schmear when I asked what does this taste like. 💚🤘So the employees were excellent too. It was pretty fast overall. The place was clean yet had an older look to it🏴‍☠️. As in old timey not old an run down. The outdoor seating area was pretty massive with nice long benches I could use to do some early morning leg an back stretches on 🌹It was a little pricey to add schmear ; an tbh I was confused as to who doesnt get that on every bagel. I can chalk that up to the neighborhood slightly as well. Many things here is about 50 cents more than many USA citites Ive been to. In general the nicer side of towns does have this up charge. Im not gonna neg it tho cause it was delicious. If you can afford to live here its not a thing Im sure. Also to add salmon was a little pricey but I havent actually looked into fish prices in this area yet (a little spoiled by prices in Florida visits) . To offer salmon to start is very nice an enticing so that offering alone merits whatever value they want to place on it.

Great place, good bagels closet thing to a new york bagel west of Colorado and North of California. Customer service can be bad and there is an employee who enjoys doing accents it just comes off as ignorant but food is on point!

You would think that after 8 months into pandemic, the employees are keeping us safe and wearing masks. Caught to many wearing shields. And the one handling food, I wanted to just walk away. His shield was filled with saliva. And talking very loud. I asked him why he wasnt wearing a mask, the response was as disgusting. I am not sick. You can have Covid and not show symptoms. Then when I turned away, caught him making fun of me. Its all good. Not ever going back there again.

I really like the bagels here. The cream cheese is good too, but seems overpriced. The cashier told me there is no sales tax which is a lie. They are either illegally not paying the prepared food sales tax or incorporating it into the price to make it seem like there is no tax. Either way that is shady.

This is bagel heaven! Awesome collections of bagels and they are all yummy. The bagel inside is thick but soft, not fluffy, very flavorful, chewy enough. this is one of the best bagels i have ever had. The staff is super friendly and the service is super fast. We had our food in less than 10m including queuing for ordering already. Definitely will go back here and recommend it to anyone who is craved for a good bagel.Update: I had the Chevy bagel with ham, bacon chedda cheese, saurkraut and red onion. Perfect combination. This time I noticed they have doggie bagels for free. The wifi password is their phone number.

This is a weirddddd location. I work next to the Blazing Bagels in Bellevue, so this one is just weird. Its a warehouse with a storefront. Same rules as the Bellevue location - fill out a bagel form, hand it to them... they confirm, your order comes out a few minutes later. I gotta say, this location was tough to find, but funnily enough, they had a bunch of signs to help you find it.They have seats inside and outside. Its super nice that nhang out at on a nice day. They have great food. I went for lunch and got a sandwich with turkey, bacon, and avocado. It was filling by itself. Great.The order process was the only downside. I feel like if youre going to have to confirm it anyway, its kind of pointless to waste paper, cause confusion, and stuff. Its just a bad user experience.Day old bagels are 50% off the normal price. They have a limited supply of them, though. So, if youre looking for quality bagels, theyre better than anything you can get at a grocery store.
