The redding, Oregon JoAnn fabrick store is fantastic. The employees went beyond protocol to be helpful. The store was full of all ki do of differ craft and supplies. Wish it was closer to me because the two Vancouver, WA. Stores no longer are full of different craft needs and supplies. I have to go online now to get what I need. But until about 2018 the Vancouver store was great as I fulfill all my needs for two weddings.as of 2018 it is hard to fo d the things I need from either store in Vancouver so I just go online to any vendor that has what I need. So kudos th JoAnns in redding for being packed with supplies my shopping trip was a blast. Found some things I had been looking for for a long time.

Redmond store was low on some items. Staff were busy helping people which was good to see the store busy.

If course Joanns has pretty much everything you need or want for decorating and crafts! We finally found the rest of the items we needed for the upcoming wedding!

This location seems smaller and has less stock than the Bend location but it is also less crowded and very neat and clean. Overall I like it, I just cant always find what Im looking for.

Fabric has gone up in price make sure you have your coupons.....

Prices seen a bit steep. Sadly, when I went there they didnt not have what I was needing. The cashiers there are always so nice!

I come here regularly. Most of the workers are great. Clean organized store. Clean restrooms. Shelves stay pretty well stocked. Rarely long lines.

This is a smaller store than Im used to. They had a good variety of craft items, just not as many choices

The sales lady was soooo rude...I asked about ribbon and envelopes and all I got was attitude like it was inconvenient to show me. Sorry Im not a craft nut Karen and i dont already know youre layout! With a little more friendliness and less attitude i may have returned..no thank you now though!

Always friendly and willing to walk me through new ideas or ways to be more creative with art or DIY ideas. Helped me find a coupon that I didnt even know about.

Decent prices when sales are happening or coupons from the paper or mailer are used. And they have a friendly staff. We were visiting from out of town and the kids and wife needed some crafting projects. A quick stop is all we needed.

Their merchandise has changed a bit from what it once was, they no longer have a variety of stencils and what not, its all been replaced by cricut accessories. Besides that its still a great store

My wife is very happy with the products and services here for her quilting, sewing and yarn needs. Nice people, excellent service.

The craft-a-holics dream store! Plus with all the coupons they offer it is soooo.... affordable!!!! This store is always set up for the season and has displays showing off the cutest crafts or decor items for your house, business, or vacation home. Also a great place to find that just right gift item for that special thank-you.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and so very helpful. My go-to store for anything my brain can imagine!I strongly suggest getting their app. It is full of coupons, ideas, and sales. I never forget my coupons because I dont have to clip and redeem them any more! They are right on my phone!

R lacking in inventory in the yarn dept. Just carry more of the most popular color & sizes. I went back to get 3 different colors size 6, u were out of them. I have to go a long distance to get to the store. Traveling about 2 hr round trip. Dont always have enough money, being on a limited income, to get to the store to b able to buy enough in just 1 color

They have great prices on products and the salespeople are helpful.

I always find the employees at Joann Fabrics extremely nice,friendly and helpful. The store is clean, tidy and well organized. On top of all that there are always fabulous sales. For instance 50% off sewing machines!

Wife was searching for fabric and the selections were bland and average.

Trying to shop at Joanns in Redmond was the worst experience ever. They kept people waiting outside in a line for an hour and more for what? I finely left and went to Walmart. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a fraction of the exposure to other people. They recommend 6 feet apart and no more then 10 minutes with the same people. Joanns failed big time.

That lady Deanna is just a pleasure.

Its full of sewing items & crafting items but this store in Redmond doesnt have a large selection but mostly basic sewing & craft items.

Customer service is always great! You are always greeted with a welcomed smile. I love that they are able to scan coupons straight off your phone! Store is always clean and organized when Ive gone.

This Joanns is clean, and the staff are very friendly.The sales and prices are usually good.The aisles are really cramped at this store, its hard to navigate with a cart.If you shop here make sure to ask if they have a coupon, they arw usually happy to scan one if they have one available.Shopping here would be more enjoyable if the aisles were not so cramped.

Been to the store several times for materials for different projects for my boat. The selection of heavy fabric is very good. Even though I m out of my league when it comes to selecting materials the staff is eager to help with advice.
