My favorite go-to place for flooring and tiles and had been for years. This past week i decided to redo flooring in my workout room. I was able to browse on Tuesday, quickly get quotes on several products (thank you, Jaye!), place order on Wed, receive notification that product came in on Thursday, pick up and install on Friday!!!Shout out to Ricky in will-call who took the boxes out of pallet wrap and loaded them into the back of my car.

CFM is my go to for sourcing materials for my clients. They have an amazing selection and great prices. The staff is super helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond with any requests. Jaye is my main rep and she is the best! Just yesterday I was looking for a particular penny tile pattern and she pulled out a book with a custom one that was just what I was looking for! Shes so knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I also use Karen to help me with my custom cabinet work and she is also great. Super friendly, great communication and she has some creative solutions for hard to design spaces. I have loved working with CFM for my design business needs!

Ive worked with Jaye a few times and she always knows exactly what I need! I walked in thinking that I was going to get the cheapest thing and she told me the pros and cons of my thinking and I ended up with something MUCH MUCH better while still not breaking the bank. She listens and gives her REAL opinion instead of just telling you what you want to hear. Going forward - Ill ask for her every time.

We truly can say enough about Heather Hope!! She spent quality time with us, listened to our wants, and zoned in on our vision of our new bathroom. She made us feel like we were the only people she was working with and helped us in a time of crisis when our tile did not come in as planned. We came in to the store in a complete panic, as our tile guy was coming the next day. She dropped everything and worked with us to find new tile that was local so we could go pick it up. Our bathroom is real master piece and we have Heather to thank for it.

When my tile installers sent me to Contract Furnishings Mart (CFM) to choose the tiles for our two bathrooms (floor, trim, shower), I didnt anticipate such stellar customer service from CFM. Cristi in particular was fantastic--she not only offered attention to detail for the multiple orders and delivery, she also provided services as a designer that I never expected. As a designer, Cristi helped me choose tiles for a given theme and provided design choices based on my taste, not necessarily hers. She was customer-oriented, patient, thorough, and also fun to work with. It was refreshing to work with someone who seems to enjoy what she does and thus turned what could be a stressful project into a more creative project with a great outcome.

Tony is very helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure we get the products we need in a timely manner. Hes always cheerful and I enjoy working with him.

I feel very fortunate that I met Traci DeLaRosa on my first or second visit to the store while I was planning my master bathroom remodel. She was cheerful and always ready to help even though I wasnt the easiest customer because I changed my mind frequently about my vision for the room. Traci was always patient, and with her design knowledge and keen eye for color, she helped me choose the perfect wall and floor tile for my bathroom. Then she kept me informed about my order and helped resolve a small problem that arose later. I dont know what I would have done without her help. Truly, she is amazing, and now I have a bathroom that I love!

Great staff, good selection!

As a tile contractor ive been working with CFM and other construction materials distributors in the area for over 15 years now, and bottom line CFM is the best to work with. In particular the Redmond location has a great staff. For example I had an entire house of tile to order and Heather Hope had helped maintain a high level of customer service by continually going above and beyond in assisting me in getting that project completed. Its great to see the concept of good customer service hasnt become a lost art!

I was brought here by my contractor and love the tile selection. I later went by myself a couple of times for additional tile purchase. Staffs are very friendly and extremely helpful. I’ve personally been helped by Traci and love her. She is patient and knowledgeable and fun to work with. The glass mosaic tiles they have are so beautiful. I got all my remodeling tiles from them and really love how they look on the floor and wall.

When I first went to CFM, no one really wanted to assist me with what I need or helped suggesting products till I met Traci Delarosa. She is excellent at customer service. She goes above and beyond her job responsibilities. She makes sure that I or other customers get what we need and always contact us for updates. Even when shes busy, she doesnt hesitate to pick up phone calls or greet other customers when she sees them walking in. Also, I wanted to thank the tall George (not sure what his last name is). He helped me couple times carrying samples out the door. No one in that showroom would offer to even open the door for me but he just came and ask if I needed help. I think these 2 people should get the employees of the year.

We had a great experience with George Geare at CFM in Redmond. He spent several hours helping us pick out flooring for our new home. We selected engineered wood and carpet. We have no background in construction or design. George not only explained the various types of flooring but also helped pick out an excellent color and finish for our family’s needs. We have gotten many compliments on the flooring. It’s such a very big purchase. It’s a relief to know we will always be taken care of at CFM.

My orders are all checked through thoroughly and when working with CFM I can relax knowing that they are taking care of all the details so I dont have to. From the help desk staff to the Redmond manager, Paul, they all treat me and my business as if I were their primary customer. Its a pleasure to do business with such a professional company.

Sadly, wholesale only - normal folks cant buy their stuff. But you can look. They seem to have best tile selection on east side, and dont seem to mind answering questions ( if their not to busy).

Prices are fine. Selection is fine. But its too much work flipping through all those tile boards. And staff are not helpful.

My husband & I needed to pick out carpeting for 3 bedrooms, shower & floor tile for our master & main bathrooms as well as quartz countertops. We also needed to choose flooring & a countertop for the laundry/pantry...and we were dreading the whole process. However, when we got to CFM, Tony Medecke helped walk us through the whole process with professionalism, kindness & humor. The product selection was good and the rest of staff were pleasant & helpful as well. We accomplished all we set out to do in just a few hours & actually enjoyed the whole experience much more than we thought we would. All in all, we were very satisfied with CFM.

I purchased hardwood from CFM Redmond for a condo unit. Some of pieces in the boxes had significant damage which I didnt realize until I brought them home.I contacted CFM and Ron, the manager, gave me credit for the damaged pieces and supplied an additional new box. Ron was very professional, immediately remedying the situation.A+ customer service. I would highly recommend CFM because of professionals like Ron who really care about excellent customer experience.

I’ve visited this location 3 times now and the staff is always so unfriendly and today when I had much more communication with them, the gentleman who works the front counter was extremely rude and unwilling to help after an error was made on the store end on a selection that is not being made any longer. I literally left this place being so frustrated with the way I was being treated and will place my orders elsewhere. No way does this place deserve my business

Rodney at CFM has been great to work with. He knows his stuff and is always quick to respond. He quickly learned what products I like and how to get the look I was after within my budget. When we had a problem with some glass tile that came in looking less than perfect, they quickly made it right and found me a comparable product and matched the price of the first. Rodney/CFM have been very professional and a pleasure to work with.
