We recently purchased a toilet from the Redmond Home depot and we had an excellent experience. We had bought one at the other home depot like outfit and had a nightmare regarding installation. We got a refund and would up at HD where Patrice took us through the process of selection, purchase and installation. She was patient and knowledgeable. I know there are good employees and not so good ones but Patrice is an example of what good service should be.

We had a major issue with an out of town Home Depot with non-delivery of our appliances. Loriann from the Redmond Home Depot was amazing and went above and beyond helping to solve the issues caused by another store. We will continue to shop at Home Depot and make sure we come to the Redmond Home Depot location!! Again, amazing customer service!!!!

Great help and plenty of stock for me to get what I needed.

Hands down better customer service and selection than Lowes in town. There is always someone available to help and getting a forklift isnt an hour long operation

Been trying to get a job put together through them and it really seems like most of the employees have no idea what is going on. I kept getting different answers from every person that tried to help. I decided to just go another route and not use them because it doesnt seem like they will be able to do anything they have promised...

A went to look for the item I needed and called me back twice with information and directions once in the store to retrieve my item. Adrienne was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me! The only positive thing is the store is close to my house. Otherwise, the experience here has been very poor. Issues with installing my stove incorrectly. Then, Ive had issues with both my counter and carpet purchases. Lastly, the Customer Service at this store is horrible. The customer service desk is always snarky and a poor experience. Ive had better experience at other locations. In Redmond, Id recommend going to Lowes.

We purchased a dishwasher with installation service. Upon arrival the installer told us this would not fit and left. We contacted Home Depot after measuring to tell them it DOES fit...they told us they would not install it and would only issue a refund. We had to hire an outside contractor to install and hardwire our new dishwasher that FITS PERFECTLY. This was a nightmare and absolute HORRIBLE customer service. So disappointed with the Redmond Home Depot.

Have just about everything you need great customer service

I have always been able to find what I need shopping at any Home Depot. The floor personnel were extremely helpful directing me to the right aisle for what I was looking for.

Efficient and well stocked. Staff was very helpful.

Its a nice home Depot big wide iles and staff leave you alone unless you ask them always fully stocked.

There was stuff on the floor everywhere. Stuff pulled off shelves. Couldnt get down some of the Isles. Come on Sunday has to be one of the busiest days. Why would you allow a guy to be building wagons right in the way of the outdoors stuff.

Didnt carry double reflective bubble insulation, had to go to bend if I wanted it from HD.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our Redmond Home Depot... especially the amazing staff: Linda, Bonnie, Debbie, Trina, and the manager Zy. Kind helpful people, and plenty of staff to help. I purchase a LOT of materials and found Lowes frustrating so Redmond Home Depot is my go-to supply store.

Home Depot has gone way down hill, there inventory is easily matched at a local Ace Hardware and the associates at HD dont know a darn thing about there departments, but they are well exersized as HD has all workers at front of store doing Physical Education in front of customers.....

I go to Home Depot because they have a military discount of 10%.The service and knowledge of staff is alright, its hit or miss.

ALWAYS have what I need! Love how the staff is always helpful! So glad they are near!

Worst customer service I have ever had. I am surprised what has happened to home depot. The last straw was being left standing by yourself for close to 30 min while people just walk by and say let me see if I can find you help.Also do not order appliances from them I had ordered all my appliances from them and got a phone call stating my stuff was not ordered (they did manage to charge me) so my time line for my appliances pushed out over a month due to one day of them not ordering. This place is just garbage. If you need any appliances I suggest Best Buy they went up and above, they even price matched all of home depots pro sales bid room.Happy shopping.

Cool stuff to buy.

No customer service if needed assistance to get large items. Waited over a hour for a mower!!! Would not have waited, but needed one today.The only saving grace to this experience was Dayna!! In lumber, the cashier in lumber Diana. She was persistent in getting us help with the mower.To our great surprise the young man in garden center that loaded the mower was so very sweet, Gabriel.This was a very sad experience we were there over 2 hours and spent over $700.At least there were three employees that cared.

Update: 8/18 - Two recent orders have gone off without a hitch and were ready in 3 hours or less. Much improved!Love home depots helpful folks, but the curbside pickup in Redmond is simply terrible, Ive waited nearly 3 days before my order was ready one time, even then I had to call and that triggered them getting it ready. Never has it been ready the same day even when ordering early. They need more help in the curbside pickup department. We moved from Florida and were remodeling to sell our home. Did over a dozen curbside pickups and all were available the same day. Including several large orders. They even had someone outside in a tent waiting for folks to pull up to help them. Have done 5 curbsides with Redmond, all have been painfully slow and Ive had to call twice to trigger them getting it ready. Latest order was put in Saturday night...Sunday came and went. Will I get it Monday? I wonder.Update: 8/6 seems this was an issue with their website and the order was ready a few days ago. Website says still processing and no email was sent out letting me know it was ready. This is the first time this has happened hopefully it was a one time glitch.

I got help from Steve here at the Redmond location, in the plumbing department. What an expert in knowledge this guy has! He went above and beyond to help myself, my sister and brother, to install a new faucet we purchased here. We live in a manufacture home, and the plumbing is way different then a normal home would be. He helped us two times, one time when we came in the morning, and another when we came later on. He knew what to ask, what to look for, and found out that the faucet that we purchased had a deffect in it. We purchased a new one and returned the defective one right away. Lets just say, we now have a brand new WORKING FAUCET, THANKS TO STEVE! Thank you Steve and everyone at Home Depot, for always going above and beyond to help our family out! Just a FYI, anything and everything we get at Home Depot, is used to help my grandma out, to fix something for her, to remodel something for her, etc. Just know you all rock for helping us, help her! Shout out as well to the lady in the customer service department, she always asks how Im doing and how my gma is doing all the time, asks what project Im working on when I come in as well, and always helps guide me to the correct location. Home Depot was great today. Had a better variety of Air Conditioners than other places. I came home happily with an A/C unit! I refuse to be uncomfortable. My situation makes it hard to just get up & move around or go outside to get cooled off.

Not good. The old adage you cant sell it if you dont have it on the shelves definitely applies to the Redmond home depot. Example - there is a great area in the store where pop up sprinklers are supposed to exist. When you get to that area, empty boxes and empty boxes of exactly what it states they have in stock online. If a business is going to sell a product, when and if it is ever stocked, common courtesy would be to stock the paraphernalia for that product. They sell Rainbird pop up sprinklers, or the empty boxes say that they do, however, even though every other place I have purchased them, which I will have to go somewhere else to do that, again, there are several different nozzle sizes that come with the head. Not at Redmond home depot. A person cannot even buy the nozzles at Redmond home depot, because they dont have them, not even the empty boxes where at one point they would have been. Thanks for nothing

We were very impressed with Home Depot and their customer service today. Our experience was amazing from the minute we called the customer service desk to the minute we drove out of the parking lot. Once our garden block purchase was made, Ann and Annette in the garden center went out of their way to locate, package and load our order into the back of our truck. We couldnt be happier.

Awful customer care. We have spent a lot of money over the last 2 years. We have learned they do not stand behind their deliveries or products. Multiple errors.... no apology or compensation.

All the staff have always been good to me here. I have noticed that this location gets really busy at times and gets low on typical products. I imagine this had to do with growing Redmond.

Staff assisted in determining how much product I needed for my home. One associate had experience with what I wanted because his brother in law did the same thing. There was only one check out lane however, forcing us to use a self check out with a cart full of stuff.

Had what I needed and the website was accurate. Mask mandate enforced. Just wear the mask.

We just picked up our new snow blower and they were so fast getting it loaded into our truck. They even used a forklift to get it loaded. With no room to spare they figured out a solution and made sure it was safe and secure. Awesome teamwork! Thank you!!

Terrible. I am consistently disappointed as a contractor. 100% of the times I have to go there for something particular there is never any carts inside, never an associate to answer questions, any time I have to make a return even with a receipt its a hour long process. Always a super painful experience.

Tonight I stopped by this home depot with a very oddball list of things to get for the next day at work. Out of all the things I had on the list, there was only 1 thing that they didnt have. The fact they had everything else was pretty amazing. Also, if you go there around 7 or 8pm, there isnt really anyone else shopping. Its great.

Called them about a part I saw that they had online. People I talked to were very rude and disrespectful. Dont think they want my business. All other home depot have been great. Dont go there. Be better to go to bend home depot.

Better off to go to Bend if you need anything, been there three times and each time they were rude and wouldnt help. At least the Bend store and really any other Home Depot Ive been to honors the company return policy and willingness to help you get what you need for your project.

Curbside pickup does NOT work in Redmond and you will be sitting in your car for 30+ minutes, so dont even bother. The Redmond store is having massive problems with the curbside pickup. Terrible service.

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I asked for help in the door/window department... and I was told ..Im busy and theres no one else in that department to help you need to wait until someone comes back from lunch.. last week I asked for help same department person told me that he was going to call someone to help i must have waited 15min got tired of waiting and went somewheres else... this week I did the same went to lowes. I got help there right away..I will move my account to lowes for sure after coming to this store for years shame...

Sadly this place has gone from 5 stars down to 1. Rude, unhelpful employees. I actually had to call customer service from inside the store twice to find someone to help me and still waited half hour and then they refused to cut the materials I needed after I drove 3 hours 1 way to get there.
