They were nice and went way above and beyond. The younger guys were on top of it. Older guy was not as welcoming. An employee saved the day by knowing exactly about item i was there in regards to so i was able to get verification of purchase... Greatest Service from a Big 5.. thank you..

This is a little gem of a sports store, almost forgot it was here. Popped in for some soccer shoes and while selection was limited they had some good choices at various prices. Its an eclectic layout mind you, but that adds to the charm.

Not a ton of selection for any of the more main-stream sports. Definitely more of a hobbyist sport place as the fishing and gun selection is very large.

Quick stop to get a license - quick service.

If I could give less than one star to this location, I would. The staff were rude, and unprofessional. One of them literally shoved the shoes I asked for at me as he kept walking. There was no one at the counter for check out, and when they did get there, they stopped helping me to converse with another employee about the fact that neither of them had any idea where the manager had gone. WORST BIG 5 EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Price gouging on ammunition. Controlling demand with pricing is one thing, charging more than double the price when the factory hasnt changed the cost is another. Will be shopping elsewhere on principle.

My sister called to get fishing licenses and they told us they sold them. When we got there, the same person she spoke to on the phone told us the machine was down. We told him we would still like to see the fishing equipment. While he was showing us the equipment the manager came out. My sister asked him about the fishing license and he said that they were available. It seemed that Joe had an issue with us. I sure hope it was not our nationality. We spent almost $500 tonight and if we didnt hate Walmart we would have just gone there. Danielle did a wonderful job and we appreciate it.

Very limited items. Went looking for lifting straps and they didnt have any. And the funny this is they are located right in front of LA fitness. Not very friendly or good customer service.

They were one of the few stores with home exercise equipment during the pandemic and the staff is helpful. I bought some items back in April 2020 and lost my receipt. I called the store almost a year later and Joe helped me out by taking the time to dig up the receipt and sending it to me upon request.

Ive gone to this store to many times to count and most of the employees have done well and tried to help. The problem is that they have limited sizes of most products and Im left having to go elsewhere. Its not really the store/employees fault, as it is the corporate/warehouse that is so poorly set up and outdated way of operating. Like the company has just barely tried getting into online sales, yet the stores cant order specific items for customers.All in all this location is a decent one to try your luck.

I like Big 5. Miss their old location in Overlake Village shopping plaza. Was nice to have them in the neighborhood. This shop in Redmond is nice too. Employees were very helpful picking out a pair of new running shoes. Their selection is somewhat limited but if you can find what you need, their prices and service are A+.

Looks like a pic n save. Somehow too much merchandise and not enough at the same time. Store overcrowded with overstuffed rounds of mixed up clothing of every conceivable type. While an entire isle dedicated to empty fishing pegs.

He was so helpful and personable I told my son and he went in and is fully satisfied with his purchases also! The other staff member young with dishwater blond hair he was also so nice and helpful!!! We found a great place to shop.

Sporting goods places seem to be a dying breed with the quick and cheap development of internet ordering. Yet Big 5 seems to consistently have the thing we need, or at least something thing-adjacent. This group of employees seems friendly and helpful. They sold me a fishing license and some quick (though overpriced) tackle. Its also conveniently located next to a gym, for those folks who forgot their lifting gloves or basketball.

Helpful staff. Not a huge store, but a broad selection of essentials. A great starting point for sports gear now that REI has moved out.

I asked for a Men ski gear recommendation in December. The vendor tells me that he is a summer sports person and doesnt know. He tells me that the best brand they have is Columbia and takes me away from the men section to show me women only gear. I tell him this is not what I want and will do some research by myself online. I find out the very same gear, same brand is 25% cheaper on Amazon even with delivery costs. Whats the point of a brick and mortar store if they cant give you any useful advice??

This store has helpful staff and they can guide you finding what youre looking for or find it in other stores. Inventory is good and prices are reasonable.

Stacy is the owner and a super talented stylist and colorist. She keeps my hair looking fresh, attend shows to keep up with her craft, so she knows the latest trends. I highly recommend her sombre baliage technique, I get compliments on mine all the time.

Great place. Daughters go to place for hiking gear. Bought $20 hiking shoes that worked great for the Mt Rainier hike she took me on.

Is a really small and weird store doesnt have very much of anything would recommend going to a larger big 5 unless you know they have what you want. With that being said the staff are friendly and the store is relatively clean.

A fairly small sporting goods store, yet they have a variety of merchandise and at a reasonable price.

Picked up a couple summer Tees and a pair of sweats for $25.

Always like this chain, yoga clothing and workout shoes, love their winter slippers with reasonable price.

Sport and outdoor store for all occasions. Very often buy the fishing stuff and camping gears there. Shop assistants always glad to consult and help to find necessary goods.
