I am new to this area, and both times Ive visited this store, staff are discourteous. I was always treated kindly at the Coastal store in the area I moved from. So, my experiences at this store have been very disappointing. Yet, my husband has had great customer service at this store.

Good selections of boots: hiking, work for men & women...of course cowboy boots too~ lots of jeans & tops for women as well~ wood stoves, feed, all things farm - garden🍃

Was looking for a Redmond Tshirt - no luck but cool store. GPS is poor in locating the entrance.

Very good store. Lots of selection put rather pricey. Shop the sales and / or check on - line. Great price on wood stove pellets and they give a 10% veterans discount every day. I very much appreciate them honoring veterans.

We love Coastal. Staff is always super helpful!Prices are good.Sales are super good. Big PLUS they are dog friendly. We live in the boonies so when we make a trip to town we usually have 1 or 2 dogs with us. Thank you Coastal!!

Good supply of stock on hand in various departments.They are not checking or enforcing any mask restrictions. So if you have any health issues, go somewhere else...maybe Wilco in Bend.

This is NOT the stores fault. We went I to get my daughter jeans 4 schl. They didnt have a SINGLE pair of kids jeans in stock :( we asked 1 of the associates if they had any. He told us there is over 3,000 truck drivers that want 2 stay on unemployment. So costal cant even get a delivery 🙄 😒So Im giving them a 5 star rating cuz customer service was GREAT & like I said... its not there fault.

Not a good place to buying chickens or plantsWe where there this afternoon around 4 pm taking time to choose some chickens.We get help with Whitney very nice store personAnd my wife chooses some plants andAt the time to pay, the cashier took more than 20 minutes to figure it out and she can’t complete the sale, and I asked more than once for a different person to help me and she did refusedAnd we did ended on buying Nothing and wasting time and energy wit a non trained person thereHorrible:(

Great experience with the Coastal employees! I called ahead to make sure the item I wanted was in stock, and when I arrived, they wheeled it out to my car and helped me assemble it to make sure it would fit (I was purchasing a dog crate) before I bought it. They were very friendly and helpful, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent customer service and easy to get too from the main road. We were passing through on a road trip and got some essentials.

It’s a good store! With many items we do need!But seems like the management it’s saving money on good employees, and hiring nonsense people with not costumer service vocation!Not a good branch to buy and leave with a lot of wasting time, because the rookie employees.

I don’t really do reviews or anything but when I do, I’ve either had a really good a experience, or a bad one. It’s mainly with the sporting goods. Nothing else with the store so far. Sporting goods is my main complaint. Every time I call to check for something in sporting goods the man that answers the phone has horrible customer service. No “hello this is so and so” and no “thanks for calling” or “goodbye” it’s always short and quick responses and immediately hangs up the phone as soon as you say there isn’t anything else. Nothing makes me more aggravated then an employee that works in customer service with 0 customer service. Please fix this issue. Other than that, the store overall is great. They have everything you need and a good selection of things.

Items can be found 100s of other ... better ... places. Staff were rude to this veteran. Supposed to give a veteran’s discount. When pointed out at the register they said that there was nothing that they could do. So if you go, make sure that YOU ask for the discount. This place is Not recommended.

Nice store. Was my first visit. Good deals. Employees need to know more about their specific jobs though. What they are selling. Ingredients animal in food, supplements, etc.

After living here for a few years I finally made it to this establishment.... Holy cow you could get lost in there for hours!!! There are so many things to look at from clothing to farm equipment to hunting, guns, bows, camping gear, automotive equipment, outdoor furniture, beef jerky, pickled items... Holy cow I could go on and on forget !! If you havent go check it out!

You were out if the dear blocks so we had to go to a different store. We got everything at the other store and that was a disappointment because we made an effort to come from prineville to come to your store.We did find overalls on sale so I got those.

Great place to shop as long as you are in a comfortable tax bracket. I went to exchange a coat I received for Christmas and I found the prices a little to high for my taste. The sizing for women did not accomadate women of larger sizes, in fact I had to exchange my coat for a mans coat due to the size issues. With my exchange and marked down prices for after Christmas, I still had to pay out of pocket for the coat.
