Its a little coffee shop with a couple of bar stools. I left my car at the Firestone a block away. The two ladies (Kaylie & Amber) working were genuinely warm to everyone they greeted and often offered personal observations to many customers (like on a t-shirt or a hat). They work really fast. They also have regulars. It was a nice experience hanging out for a bit before heading over to Whole Foods for some food.They have some light pastries and breakfast burritos/sandwiches, but Im gluten free and there isnt anything I can eat here. The drink options are yummy (The Bees Knees!) and their coffee is really good.

Love this place so much. The staff are all so sweet and the coffee is delicious. I always come back to this specific location for the staff though.

I walk to this coffee shop all the time. Everyone here is always very friendly and my experience is always great. Only downside is that this location is so small they dont have all the pastries and goodies from the bigger locations.

Been going here for years! Consistently good coffee and main reason i go is the coupons they send out. Higher prices without coupon, difficult to park for Redmond Way location and a sometimes youngish inattentive younger set of baristas keeps me from being more regular.

Love this coffee shop! It’s organic and gives their unsold food to the St. Vincent de Paul who host a nightly hot meal line for homeless or anyone who hungry. Helping their community shows they’re not just making $ but appreciating the people.

This was a memorable experience for me! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine hello while some eclectic music was playing in the background. The coffee these ladies made for me was out of this world so much so that I went back in to give them a better tip as they earned it. This experience made my day. I was in Redmond picking up a piece of electronic equipment and needed a coffee so I stopped in. The flavor of the crema was so rich the temperature was hot but drinkable right in the zone the mixture of flavors perfect. Thank you lovely ladies and Mercury Coffee ☕ I will come back even though I am on the west side the experience as a whole is that good. I love what you do here! Happy holidays 🎉💞😙.

Quality quality quality; Coffee, food and the staff. And a great outside sitting in the sun (??? Between the rain). What a great place for coffee and light fare. We joked that they are so nice that if we ask if they would wash our car they might say no problem. We get this drink, not on the menu - that we call creamed 2 plus 4; its two scoops of gelato and 4 shots of espresso over that and a touch 1/2 and 1/2. Or a 1 plus 2. Wow! This is a dessert and coffee power combo. Will add a photo or 2 next time. Enjoy. PS, parking is a challenge, bit worth it.

I used to be a frequent flyer of the Fall City and Redmond-Fall City locations and their coffee and service really went downhill.I started visiting the Redmond Way location because it’s closer to work. I visit around 4:30 am and the barista (I think her name is Maddie?) is extremely sweet and makes a really good cup of coffee. My white chocolate americano from Mercury’s hasn’t tasted this good in years. She’s consistent with her service and drinks and I look forward to every Friday when I treat myself to Mercury’s.Thank you, Maddie.

This is the Mercury coffee thats been sitting down empty in Redmond for a couple of years there finally open I am so happy about that its a cute place and it has a lot of potential it kind of simulates the Mercury coffee in Bellevue but a lot smaller its a great place I like it.

Best drinks, pretty good coffee. I love their mixed and blended coffee drinks, very consistent. Their coffee, for me is pretty good, not amazing but I keep going back for their protein coffee smoothie.

Always excellent coffee, and the baristas are super nice. I have a Starbucks closer to my house, but Id rather drive out of my way to get Mercury instead. Sometimes the lines are a little long, but they move pretty quickly and Ive never waited more than a few minutes.

Latte and Starburst Iced teas were perfect. Personnel were awesome!

I work right across the street and since this locations opening, i have made a pre-shift visit ritual. i always have such amazing service and the baristas are so incredibly friendly and always happy to give amazing recommendations. i’m not really a coffee person, i usually get the red bull drink or tea, but i love mercury’s coffee. it is a tad in the expensive side but i would highly recommend, it is worth every penny. also make sure you sign up for their rewards card! thank you again for your amazing service :)

Hands down my favourite coffee shop ever. Theres one barista in particular that I had as my first barista there, and because of her customer service and fantastic coffee making skills, I will never stop going. Tip: ask for half the flavour.

Unique drinks that set this place apart. My personal favorite is the Bees Knees black tea drink. I cant drink coffee and often end up getting very similar drinks almost everywhere I go due to lack of specialty tea drinks. The bees knees is very unique, and I get it every time I go. Its delicious!

The customer service is the worst ever! Upon entering I got yelled at! Yes yelled at... I didnt even order, the barista wanted to fight with me and called the cops because I was on the phone in her parking lot. I will never go back and I dont recommend this treatment to anyone else.

Looove this so much more than Starbucks. Plus they give you chocolate covered espresso beans! They also have a redbull drink. Yum! Perfect for surviving New Years Day.

The blended strawberry and creme drink is to die for. I recommend this drink to everyone I know. I am addicted to these things and I cant find another coffee shop who who even comes close to making this drink. Its one of a kind and worth a try.

Mercurys coffee service is always great and their environment stays clean and fast. However, I fine the coffee itself is always too sweet for me despite my efforts to tame it down. I think mercury is great for sweet treat drinks, but for the morning wake up? Its not my top choice.

Quick, kind, and lived up to the high mercury coffee standard. Much better than Starbucks but they are similarly priced. It doesnt taste like they burn their beans here like many other coffee shops.

The chai was sickly sweet..not what i expected, i even asked and was told hardly any sugar, meaning the staff had not tried it, so they were probably guessingthe scone was okay not great.

Efficient and clean and friendly place. Easy access right before 520 on-ramp. Would give 5 stars but the cafe is tiny and not set up for hanging out with your laptop.

The team there is incredibly friendly. The coffee is delicious ( I had the White Russian). I also had a breakfast burrito and it really “hit the spot” - the tortilla was perfect and it came out piping hot. Definitely will visit again.

I love Mercurys coffee. Would rather get it here than elsewhere. It is pricey, but similar to the big brand.

Usually excellent but today had Red Bull blended drink that came full of coffee grounds in it. Also asked for whip on top, didn’t come with that. Hate coffee so ruined the drink. Tried to filter grounds out at home in another cup but still had coffee taste to the drink!!

Just went here for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. I got one of their unique lattes and it was delicious. It was the Hawaiian one, it was a great recommendation from the barista. She asked how sweet I like my coffee, recommended half sweet and it was perfect. The foam was nice and creamy, the flavour was unique and wonderful. I will definitely be going back for it again, and to try other beverages. They have Italian sodas and smoothies, as well as a variety of coffee, lattes, and mochas, both hot and iced. The tiny cafe was full of people ordering, now I know why. There isnt really anywhere to sit, it is more of a grab and go cafe.

Great coffee- best on the East Side. One of the only places that will actually give me a cappuccino (vs a latte) without me explaining how much foam there should be. Employees are always friendly and willing to give recommendations, and I love supporting a local business.

Their motto is outrageously good coffee and I believe it. Honestly I dont know what makes it good -- the coffee, the syrups, the organic milk, or what -- but it comes together in a tasty treat. I love the Snickers mocha and the Mexican chocolate signature drinks. Look for coupons in valpak if you live in the area. If not its still worth it!

Great local coffee. Not a place to sit down, but there are lots of people coming through to pick up a coffee and go!

The sandwiches are pretty tasty. We like to get the turkey with bacon and avocado. My only complaint is that it is usually soggy since they are heating up a cold sandwich, and it is a bit pricey for what it is. Also, the red onions dont go at all. I pick those out (and I love onions, when appropriate). Coffee is decent.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Awful service from this place today. Stood there patiently while she waited on her friends. After waiting for social hour to end, I waited for her to acknowledge me, but she was still in her own little world. . I finally made it known that I needed to order by standing directly at the counter. She then told me that she had to wait on the gentleman that came in AFTER me. (the gentlemans daughter was still looking in their pastry display case and the guy hadnt even acknowledged the Barista, so it was clear that he knew he was after me). I literally had to tell her twice and explain myself to her just to be waited on. Definitely avoiding this place again and will be spreading the word. Train your employees on how to provide good service.

Not sure how this location got positive reviews. Worst coffee ever had at this location. Just to get rid of this hot water taste I had to drive to find a better coffee shop. Kirkland location seems to better. Stay away from this place if you wanna taste a better coffee. Waste of time and money. Bad experience overall
