Today was not too busy. Only myself, my daughter and one other person. The cashier was very pleasant, kindly made some sales offers and helped me with my purchase. Good experience overall.

August 24th 2021. Friendly little place, no bathrooms available for customers. Parking lot not bad its the little intersection thats a tight squeeze specially for larger vehicles.

Helpful staff and wide selection for any gaming needs here. Checkout always seems too take a bit longer then it should be.

Employees have always been friendly and communicative here, and usually knowledgeable about modern video games. Ive spent anywhere from minutes to hours in this small store just talking to employees, and even other customers. Been a shopper at this GameStop since even before their old Smash Bros for the Wii U tournaments!

Make sure u want what u purchase because they will charge u for a return even with a receipt and 1 week of purchase and offered me store credit for brand new never opened Nintendo switch very disappointing when Im a member and get half of what I paid for it and only store credit

I asked for a new game that was out and they had no copies, um, Walmart, Fred Meyers and Target all had multiple copies of the game I wanted. Gamestop its right in the name, they stopped selling games! Pretty sad when your entire store is based on a product you dont carry!

Stock is up but Im still mad about a 360 the bought from me for 23 cents( needed a drive repair so that was 24 they gave me 24.23 for it. Just pay attention some employees are less honest then others.

Friendly staff, always willing to help you find what you want. I like how you can get in-store credit or cash ( a slightly lower amount than the in-store credit ). They have great discounts with their memberships. They have limited stock of older games but great selection over all.

Love it. The teem takes good care of me each time I go in. There willing to help with most problems you have.

The atmosphere is positive here most of the time. GameStop here tends to have some good items every now and then. Definitely a place to spend a bit of your time in! However, sometimes I find it unbelievable how low trade value can be on things... Just a nit-pick of mine, otherwise, I really enjoy this place! Id give this place four stars, but theres an employee there named Jesse. Hes an awesome guy, positive attitude and very enthusiastic! If it werent for him, I probably wouldnt have returned to this GameStop!

Rave: Redmond GameStop. Even though they were packed someone came to us and let us know about the sales. Our cashier was great as well (have had her ring us up before and she’s always awesome). Very impressed. I have been to lots of GameStop’s throughout the years and this is the best. Great job.

Every time that I have been there I see a game I want to play weather your into first person shooter, cars, farms, bikes, fantisy, whatever!!!!! They got all the good stuff! I personally like battlefield 3 and 4 maps

Best buy in bend here I come.

Best game stop in central oregon! This location more then likely has what youre looking for. I usually find what Im looking for. Plus the staff here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I tell everyone to go here for their gaming needs.

Bought a Gears 5 special edition collectible there for my kids and when i got it home i noticed parts were missing. I called the store and jesse the store manager acted quickly and had a replacement sent to the house just before Christmas...super happy with customer service dont ever close.

Are eight year old son wanted to purchase his own Nintendo switch we paid for half he pulled the money out of his bank account and paid for the other half he took about 45 minutes to get everything he wanted and everybody in the store was extremely helpful to him it was probably the best experience hes ever had in a game store thank you so much GameStop in Redmond Oregon for being there for my eight year old son!!

I went in there with my cousins, one which is over 18, to buy a rated M game. The boy worker that was working there would not let us buy the game because my 22 year old cousin was my 15 year old cousin’s sister who’s he lives with. His mom lives 16 hours away and couldn’t go with him to buy the game. The funny thing is about a week or two ago all three of us, my same cousins and me, bought COD 3 at the game stop in Bend, Oregon. We ended up going to the Bend GameStop and bought the same game that the Redmond GameStop refused to sell us. Props to you for losing customers, and a $20 sell which isn’t much but it is $20 more then you got now.

Unreal selection on 360 accessories and games. This store really helped me get back to my childhood gaming days with all my favorite games in stock and expert knowledge on each one of them.

A fun place to shop around at and a convenient way to get new games and consoles. I think its a little obnoxious how much the company itself tires to make their employees up-sell on so many things in a 3 second conversation, but the local employees rock!

Good selection of games, I was able to find what I wanted today. Remember to buy brand new as opposed to pre-owned if the pre-owned discount is not good enough.

My son and I love this store and mainly because of Reagen! Shes helpful and kind and a joy to work with. I hope the owners know just how valuable she is!

Stopped here a couple days ago and the lady working the store didnt want to return my tax with the game because i got it in another state. Just returned it at another location in another state right now. Some locations are good about giving back the full return but not all of em. If one doesnt wanna do it dont settle just take it to a better managed location like i did and get you tax back that you are entitled to

I go here for almost all of my non-online gaming needs. Reasonable pricing on most items and mostly reasonable trading prices. Not as much as you could sell a game for but with no fuss or stress.

The staff there are always helpful and very knowledgeable.

The employees that work there have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about almost every game that I inquire about. And you just cant beat GameStops used games return policy. Ive been going to gamestop for all of my games for years and dont plan on stopping anytime soon.

Terrible place. Terrible prices. Wal-Mart at least has nicer people working there. The manager at the Redmond store is terrible, rude, judgemental, awful person. And no I dont know her personally she is just a nasty rude person.
