The stores layout is weird, but the staff are nice.
The team was very helpful and courteous. I needed to buy a headset and games for a friend and had no idea what I needed. I was treated with respect, the products were well explained, and my purchase was a success. Thanks Gamestop! Ill be back.
Lovely staff here. Kinda sad these types of in person stores are becoming more rare but I guess thats how the world works.
The staff here are great. From Matt the manager of the store, to Jesse and Brice they are the best.Always friendly and nice and very helpful.
The store rep was amazing very helpful
The person working was very helpful, but gave us our time while we browsed around the store. Ended up saving a couple dollars due to the employees knowledge.
Friendly helpful associate! Wish they had more Pokemon tcg product to keep up with the crazy demand recently.
$0.99 preowned games. Insane deals
One of the worst gamestops out there. The guys are douchey neckbeards that do their best to cheat you while being a condescending ahole at the same time. Seriously save yourself the trouble and take the extra 15 min to go to the one in Bellevue they are so much nicer there.
Cashier was very helpful.
Called in to ask about the release of a game and was met by the utmost positive, professional service! he made sure i knew about the pre-order, free shipping through the store process rather than simply ordering online. five stars well earned for this location’s excellent service!
Wish there was more stock in for game merch.
Pokemon Advent Calendar from GameStop. Best X-MAS gift ever!! GameStop rules!! 💎🙌🚀
Small store but great service. Not much at all for used items.
The staff was very kind and energetic!
Didnt find Monster Hunter Rise, but had a nice chat with the employee.
Cheap selection like that
Great staff. Helped me out with an issue I had with a gift card. I knew what I wanted to buy and they didnt stray me otherwise. However only 4 stars because the guy behind the counter pushed a Gamestop Membership too hard.
Nice shop with many update games and hardwares
Very helpful staff, funny and knowledgeable. The store has a great selection of products as well. Im still old school and like an actual game copy and they got what I need.
Not sure if it was that it was in the morning or their moral just seemed low. I was met by frowning faces along with a forced good morning. Other then their time they made quick of my purchases and questions I had.
While it is a GameStop which means youll be trying to be sold on their membership program. This has got to be one of the least pressuring establishments I have been to. Great staff during the morning and early afternoons. Only complaint I have was that they were sold out of what I was after, but thats not their fault
One employee (possibly the store manager) who is always there is very enthusiastic and helpful. Additionally, I havent had an experience buying a used game that completely doesnt work in several years, which is all I can really ask for.
Amazing if you want great customer service go to matt
Really good place wouldn’t rate to sell but I would recommend to buy games toys or anything else
Really great staff that knows what they know and is honest about it all. Bryce is the best, always remembers me and gives me time to hunt for a great game, plus offers me insight on what I may havent tried yet. Its location is just out of the way enough to make it the sweet spot for your gaming needs.
This my GameStop home in Redmond, thanks for everything Jesse!
I dont buy physical copies of games often anymore, but if I do or if I need hardware this is the place. Great friendly service, good inventory. Really solid for a GameStop.
The folks here have always been pretty great, its been my regular GameStop destination, but lately theyve seriously been impressing me- Ive enjoyed every last visit and never left without a smile on my face, even when I didnt buy something. Fantastic customer service, with the added bonus of fantastic folks. 10/10 would recommend.
I was really impressed with the knowledge & help I recieved in my search of buying a ps4.. I was able to complete my shopping in one stop! I love it
Friendly low pressure & helpful staff. Good selection of new and used games and consoles in stock. While its a small location it is crammed with goodies. Found some great deals on Nintendo DS games. Thumbs up!
Nice but smaller store
I had some questions about games and these guys were telling me stuff that was completely false. I kept asking if certain games had 4 player split screen. And several of the games that they said didnt have it I was playing 4 player split screen with 60 minutes later at my buddys house. Either theyre lying or just making stuff up to seem knowledgeable
GameStop overall was a good experience. All the staff was nice...expect the lady at the front counter. I came in to sell my console and some games. Simple enough but no she made the experience like pulling teeth even though her job is to work with customers. She was rude to me and I wont be returning.
One of the better GameStop stores. They have never been pushy with me to sell anything. I have always been asked if they can help me, but they are quick to accept an answer of just here to browse.
Bryce was the clerk that helped me at checkout. He was very knowledgeable about the games, and very fun to talk to. The store is organized, and has the GameStop feel that you can only get there: feeling immersed in gaming!
Someone in front of me was chatting it up with the store manager and was not really doing any purchasing, so I stood there for about ten minutes before they finally finished and I was able to complete my purchase. I dont mind if you chat at work, but not when customers are waiting.
Matt at GameStop delivered incredible customer service here at the Bear Creek store by understanding my issue and frustration and making everything easy with the snap of his fingers. Thanks!
Typical Gamestop store. This store is nestled near a Taco Time but there is plenty of parking. The staff at this store are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Please note that the best deals are online but if the store has that item, you can pick it up at the online price. You will need to buy it by requesting a hold online and wait for confirmation from the store. The store is clean but cluttered.
Great selection of games here. This is one of the bigger gamestops in the area so it has a better variety of games. Staff here is also very friendly and good with recommendations. Was my go-to place for pokemon event cards.
Bryce was the employee that helped me. We talked for a while, since I got there early when the store has just opened. I could tell he cared about games, and didnt just want to push used games onto me as some might expect when going to a Gamestop. Made some purchases, and left the store a happy customer.
Not a very great experience. Cannot cancel things that were accidentally bought (Digital informer subscription??). Be careful when they add stuffs.
Got there at 9pm thanksgiving night for PS5. 20 people already in line! :o
Good location and good hours. The people there are really helpful. Good deals on not yet released games.
I stopped in here to trade in a handful of old video games. The staff seemed to have their act together, which was great.Unfortunately, they apparently have a policy that prevents them from accepting games that are still in their wrappers - even if you unwrap it for them. Still, about as good a Gamestop as can be expected.
It is small compared to others but the staff are the most helpful I’ve ever met
Very helpful staff and very nice as well
Great place staff know their stuff
Can find good products at good prices. Staff are so friendly they helped us to find what we need.
Love been able to trade video games and get some money back.
Lots of great stuff and obviously video games. Also great attention.
Crowded, not a lot of parking. Better selection, fair prices!
They are truely all about great customer service... going above and beyond... support this place... they sell games other places are scared of selling...
The employees were very personable and friendly and didnt pressure me into anything at all.
Gamestop policies on used games havent changed much over the years, but this site has some nice people, so that works well enough in a pinch.
I love the fact they have a solid pre-owned game program.
They cap trade-ins for PRO MEMBERS. Corporate doesnt answer any questions without your entire identity and account information.
Best GS on the East-side. Normally I find GS employees obnoxious, but everyone at this location is always laid back and cool. Very nice atmosphere for sure.
Great place to stop in to see if they have used games for the kids. The selection is hit or miss though.
Super nice employees and the store is usually clean and easy to navigate despite it being a little small
Not exactly a fan of this particular games stop. And this morning it was really busy but there was only one guy on staff handong like 4 or 5 customers and it was agonizingly long to get what i needed and get out! Its forgivable since there was only one guy... but not good gamestop, not good...
Great place! Great staff!
The staff was nice, even though there was only one staff member that was actually there when I came. Small business, but overall good deals/good games.
Great staff, super friendly.
Small store but helpful staff and prime selection of products.
Very helpful and cautioned me on buying a game that needed a platform and figures before working on my system. That was great.
Great service but they didnt have what I wanted in stock.
I enjoy browsing at GameStop. The employees give you time to look around, but are always willing to help.
Very small location, compared to other Gamestop locations I frequent... as such, selection is not too great - but sometimes gems can be found!
The store is average, but the employees are friendly and helpful.
WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!Trade in two consoles - took 1 hour.Place an online order in store - took 1.5 hours. When I arrived, there was one person handling the checkout. When its my turn to trade in consoles, I was asked to wait aside because it may take a long time to process trade-ins and he wanted to checkout for other customers first. Waited 15 minutes and finally another staff came and started processing my trade-in (while helping other customers at the same time). Trade-in took another 45 minutes because they needed to fully set up the console, including requesting me to login my personal online account, in order to verify the storage. Then I was told that because theres a Refurbished sticker, they need to deduct $11 from the trade-in value. They were able to see the sticker as soon as the console was taken out but they didnt mention it until Ive already spent 30 minutes in the store. They bet I would let the time waste just to save $11. Thats the first hour. Then I was told that the store credit I got from trade-in could only be applied in-store, so they needed to place an order for me. The staff wanted to rush up and put the address on my driver license as shipping address without checking with me. I told him that the address was not current, and he told me that I have to wait 2.5 hours to have this issue corrected, and I have to be in the store all the time!! How ridiculous it is, but I have no other choice unless I want to give up $500+. Fortunately his call to the warehouse went through after 15 minutes and the address was changed after another 10 minutes. Shortly after I left the store, I found on the webpage that the address was still incorrect after me confirming so many times - the street name had a missing digit! I went back immediately and talked to the person who placed the order for me, but he refused to help me and asked me to call the customer service. He knew very well that it may take several hours to have my call answered by CS and theres a chance that my order got shipped out, but he still asked me to leave the store and handle this myself. I then called customer service and waited on the line, waited for an hour and finally got through. This is my second time buying at GameStop, and my first time experience was not good either. I wont ever do business with GameStop. Glad that I didnt join their paid membership which I once seriously considered.
Forrest is the best! Make sure to ask for his help. :)
Young adults run it, not much you can expect from people that communicate better in text than they do in a verbal discussion
This is my home video game store if I need to preorder a game or pick up a game I will come here first used to work for this company it was an honest Joy also be in that I love video games
Nice and knowledgeable staff. Lots of used stuff for a variety of systems. Lots of game relates toys and other such gimicks.
Staff is always friendly, helpful and never rushes you, even when its packed. Great selection, never been let down.
They hooked me up with the last copy of the game I wanted. The guy at Redmonds location was busy but still made time to reserve the copy at Bellevue for me, then that guy had it all set up when I walked in the door.
Fredmyes has better cash back.
Employees were nice, informed and attentive.
I love how eager they always are to help you find what you need even in another store.
You can consider this store if your looking for trading gaming cds they do accept PS4 & Xbox games
Great selection of games and devices, and super friendly and helpful staff!
Very nice and very helpful employees good GameStop
Friendly staff and good selection of games and hardware
Good selection. Nice, helpful staff.
I went to the GameStop Redmond to trade in my old Apple TV, and the sales person insisted that in order to trade in the device, I have to provide a HDMI cable with it, he also lied about the store did NOT having a test HDMI cable so that he could not run test on the Apple TV, then he wanted me to buy a brandy new HDMI cable from the store for 15 USD, the trade in value for the Apple TV( including the cable he wanted me to purchase) is 7.99 USD. What a Deal!!!!I asked him to double check the trade in policy on the store website and found out no HDMI cable is required for trade in Apply TV device, then he connected the Apply TV to the store TV with a HDMI cable which he claimed they didnt have and ran some test....Rude and Sneaky, thats all I have to say
This place needs work. Employee seemed over worked or something. Went into the back and threw a temper tantrum. I made a mistake during a trade in that cost me $100 and then they said they don’t know how to fix it. Then they said they would contact their manager only to call a bit later claiming there was an issue with my controller that would’ve lost me money anyway. Total BS as it was fine before. I dropped it anyway and just said thanks but it sucks it went that way. I also was never rude or intimidating the whole time.
Staff was very helpful, going back and forth to the back trying to find what I was looking for!
If youre shopping for video games in Redmond, this is the place 😉
The staff is amazing
Not a lot of choices for games and their vita selection is slim to none. The female coworker here kept complaining to one of her male.friends that she was moving soon to get out of the dump that is Gamestop. If you detest your job that bad, quit complaining and just quit.
Staff are informative and welcoming when you walk in.
Easy exchange services, and good selection
The staff are nice but yoy are bombarded at checkout with ways for GameStop to make money off you. I wish buying games wasnt so corporate, Id rather buy games somewhere else.
Great selection, friendly & knowledgeable staff.
Great staff, parking can be tight
I like this Game Stop. They are usually pretty quick and have good recommendations.
Although sometimes the games your want arent there, the staff is very nice. Overall very cozy place.
Great used game selection
Good friendly service and clean establishment.
